1. A cutting device for wart body of skin disease is characterized by comprising a positioning and pressing device (1), a shearing device (2), a wart body clamping device (3), a rapid hemostasis device (4) and a blood guiding and collecting tank (5);
the positioning and pressing device (1) comprises a pressing ring (6) for pressing skin to enable a wart to protrude and prevent blood around the wart from flowing, supporting plates (7) on two sides of the pressing ring (6), a rotating shaft (8) at one side of each supporting plate (7) far away from the pressing ring (6), a left positioning frame (9) and a right positioning frame (10) which are respectively connected to the rotating shafts (8) on the left side and the right side, a height adjusting device (11) in the middle of the left positioning frame and the right positioning frame, and a flat plate (12) connected with the extending ends of the left positioning frame and the right positioning frame (10), wherein the wart is upwards stretched through a wart clamping device (3), and after the wart is cut through a shearing device (2), the rapid hemostatic device (4) rapidly presses hemostatic articles;
