The invention has the advantages of exquisite structure and simple operation, can be used as a clamp or a scissors according to requirements, can realize effective positioning during shearing, ensures the orderliness of an incision, can effectively avoid secondary injury possibly occurring in the operation process of direct contact with a patient such as stitch removal and the like, and improves the use safety.

Preferably, the hinged part of the sliding rod 12 and the supporting rod 9 is provided with a roller 15, the outer edge surface of the roller 15 is contacted with the lower end surface of the upper arm 4, and the roller 15 can play a good guiding and supporting role when the sliding rod 12 slides on the upper clamp body 1.

After the cutting is finished, reverse acting force is exerted on the upper grab handle 6 and the lower grab handle 5 to enable the upper grab handle and the lower grab handle to be far away from each other, under the combined action of the acting force and the spring 13, the blade 10 slides rightwards and gradually resets, and the support rod 9 also slides to the initial position so as to be used for next cutting.
When the cutting machine is used for cutting, the cutter 10 starts to cut after the jaw clamps an article, so that the article is effectively positioned by the jaw, and the cut after cutting is ensured to be tidy; meanwhile, when the cutter is used for cutting, the lower end of the edge part of the blade 10 is arranged in the abdicating groove 11, so that the edge part is completely contacted with an article, one-time cutting can be ensured to be finished, and the condition that the local part cannot be cut can not be generated; in addition, when the stitches are removed, since the lower clamp body 2 itself has no knife edge, when the lower clamp body 2 is inserted into a portion of the gauze or bandage in contact with the body of the patient, secondary damage such as scratching or pricking does not occur to the body of the patient, and the use safety is improved.
The multifunctional scissors are exquisite in structure and convenient and fast to use, functions of the clamp and the scissors are integrated, and the two functions can be switched by only rotating the bolt; meanwhile, different from the conventional scissors, the shearing operation provided by the invention not only can realize effective positioning during shearing and ensure the orderliness of the cut, but also can effectively avoid secondary damage possibly occurring in the operation process of directly contacting with a patient, such as stitch removal and the like, and greatly improve the use safety; in addition, when the clamp is used as a clamp or a pair of scissors, the clamping and cutting operations are controlled by the grab handle, other control mechanisms are not needed, and the convenience in use is ensured.
