In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, one of the inner lid 90 and the pressing rod 62 is provided with a guide post 91, and the other is provided with a sleeve hole, and the guide post 91 is connected to the sleeve hole in a penetrating manner, so that the pressing rod 62 moves to the contact position along the axial direction of the guide post 91 under the driving of the rotating arm 63.

In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the upper lid of the cooking apparatus further includes a reset driving member 100, and the reset driving member 100 is connected to the plunger 62 for driving the plunger 62 to move away from the touch position.
In the scheme, when the cover body 10 moves from the cover closing position to the cover opening position, the reset driving piece 100 can drive the pressing rod 62 to move towards the direction away from the touch position, so that the pressing rod 62 is forced to leave the touch position, and the automatic reset of the pressing rod 62 is realized.
Optionally, the reset driving member 100 is a spring, a spring sheet or an elastic rubber member, and the reset driving member 100 elastically supports the pressing rod 62, wherein when the pressing rod 62 moves to the contact position, the reset driving member 100 is compressed, and when the reset driving member 100 elastically recovers, a force for driving the pressing rod 62 to leave the contact position is provided.

In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the upper cover of the cooking apparatus further includes a cover opening operation member 50, and the rotating arm 63 is connected to the cover opening operation member 50 and can rotate under the driving of the cover opening operation member 50.
Alternatively, the lid opening operation member 50 may be a lid opening control button, a lid opening rotation handle, or the like, which is used by the cooking apparatus to control the opening and closing actions (i.e., the lid opening operation member 50 is used to control the lid body 10 to switch between the lid opening position and the lid closing position).

Of course, the above is only a preferred technical solution of the present design, it can be understood that the present solution is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art may also design that, according to the requirement, the cover opening operation element 50 is directly connected to the lock ring 70, or the cover opening operation element 50 directly controls the motion of the lock ring 70 through other transmission mechanisms, etc., and only it is required to ensure that the motion of the lock ring 70 and the motion of the float element 30 meet the requirement of one-key cover opening and air discharging, and the problem of cover opening and pot sucking does not occur, and even the present solution is not limited to the case of using the lock ring 70 to lock the opening and closing cover, for example, for the case of locking between the upper cover and the pot body 150 through the clamping structure, those skilled in the art may also design the cover opening operation element 50 to control the locking and unlocking of the clamping structure between the upper cover and the pot body 150, and also can achieve the purpose of avoiding the problem of cover opening and pot sucking during one-key opening, or, for example, those skilled in the art may also design the cover opening operation element 50 to control the motion of the inner pot 152, the purpose of preventing the pot from being sucked when the cover is opened by one key can be achieved by unlocking and locking the pot teeth 153 on the inner pot 152 and the cover teeth 71 of the locking ring 70 in the upper cover in a driving manner, and it can be understood that various structural forms for unlocking the cover and locking the cover in a closing manner are provided, and the structure is not limited to the situations of the locking ring 70, the buckling structure and the like listed here, and one of the situations is not listed here any more, but the design concept is not departed from, and the protection scope of the scheme is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, one of the rotation member 61 and the locking ring 70 is provided with a pin 120, and the other is provided with a fork 130, the fork 130 is provided with a notch 131, and the pin 120 is inserted into the notch 131, so that the rotation member 61 rotates to drive the locking ring 70 to rotate.
In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the float member 30 includes: the air exhaust device comprises a float rod 32 and a sealing element 33, wherein an air exhaust channel 31 is arranged on the float rod 32, the cover body 10 is provided with a cover plate 20, a through hole is formed in the cover plate 20, and the float rod 32 is connected with the through hole in a penetrating manner and can move along the axial direction of the through hole; a seal 33 is provided on the float rod 32, wherein, as shown in fig. 2, when the float member 30 is in the sealing position, the seal 33 abuts against the cover plate 20 so that the exhaust passage 31 is sealed in the through hole, and, as shown in fig. 6, when the float member 30 is in the opening position, the seal 33 is separated from the cover plate 20 so that the exhaust passage 31 is opened.
In the scheme, when the float member 30 is at the sealing position, the sealing member 33 abuts against the cover plate 20, so that one end of the through hole close to the sealing member 33 is closed, gas cannot pass through one end of the through hole close to the sealing member 33, the exhaust passage 31 is sealed in the through hole, and the possibility of gas leakage through the through hole and the exhaust passage 31 is low. Meanwhile, when the float member 30 is in the open position, the cover plate 20 is separated from the sealing member 33, one end of the through hole close to the sealing member 33 is opened, and simultaneously, the float rod 32 floats to one side of the sealing member 33 along the axial direction of the through hole, so that the air inlet of the exhaust passage 31 is communicated with the inside of the cooking device, the balance of the air pressure inside and outside the pot is facilitated, the problem of sucking the pot is avoided, and the smoothness of opening the pot is improved.
In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the fixing structure includes an elastic member 40, and the elastic member 40 elastically supports the float member 30 to provide a force for driving the float member 30 to move to the sealing position, wherein the elastic member 40 can be compressed, and the float member 30 can move to the opening position when the elastic member 40 is compressed.
Of course, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and it is also possible to design the fixing structure to include a first buckle located on the float member 30 and a second buckle located on the cover 10, where when the float member 30 is located at the sealing position, the first buckle and the second buckle are buckled to maintain the float member 30 at the sealing position, where the first buckle and the second buckle can be released, and when the first buckle and the second buckle are released, the float member 30 is released to be able to move between the sealing position and the opening position.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, taking an electric pressure cooker as an example for illustration, the electric pressure cooker mainly includes a pot body 150 and an upper cover, wherein the upper cover includes a cover body 10, a float member 30, an adjusting device, a fixing structure, and the like, the cover body 10 includes a face cover, an inner cover 90, a cover plate 20, a locking ring 70, and the like, the cover plate 20 is provided with an exhaust valve seat 140, a shaft hole of the exhaust valve seat 140 is coaxial with a through hole on the cover plate 20, the float member 30 includes a float rod 32 disposed in the through hole, a sealing member 33 disposed on a side of the float rod 32 close to the pot body 150, and a stopping portion 34 disposed on a side of the float rod 32 away from the pot body 150, the float rod 32 is provided with an exhaust channel 31, the fixing structure is preferably an elastic member 40, wherein two ends of the elastic member 40 (specifically, preferably, a spring, naturally, an elastic sheet, an elastic rubber member, and the like) respectively abut against the stopping portion 34 and the exhaust valve seat 140, and the float rod 32 is elastically supported by the elastic member 40, the float member 30 is maintained in a position in which its seal 33 abuts the cover plate 20 and seals the through hole of the cover plate 20, at which time the vent passage 31 is sealed within the through hole, effecting maintenance of the float member 30 in a sealed position.
The side of the upper cover away from the cooker body 150 is provided with an opening cover operating part 50, the opening cover operating part 50 in this embodiment is a rotating handle, a rotating arm 63 is connected with the rotating handle, the rotating arm 63 is driven by the rotating handle to rotate on the inner cover 90, the rotating arm 63 is provided with a sliding part 82, and the pressure lever 62 is provided with a guide inclined plane 81 matched with the sliding part 82. One end of the pressing rod 62 is provided with a pressing part 621 for pressing the float element 30 to move, the other end of the pressing rod 62 is provided with a sleeve hole, the inner cover 90 of the upper cover is provided with a guide post 91, the sleeve hole of the pressing rod 62 is sleeved outside the guide post 91, and the guide post 91 is sleeved with a reset driving element 100 (for example, a spring, but of course, an elastic sheet, an elastic rubber element, etc.) for connecting the inner cover 90 and the pressing rod 62. The space where the pressing portion 621 is located is separated from the space where the float member 30 is located by the sealing sleeve 110.
In addition, a rotating member 61 is connected to the lid opening operating member 50, a fork 130 is provided on the rotating member 61, the lid body 10 of the upper lid further includes a rotatable locking ring 70, a pin shaft 120 is provided on the locking ring 70, the fork 130 has a notch 131, and the pin shaft 120 is inserted into the notch 131. The locking ring 70 is provided with cover teeth 71, the cooker body 150 comprises an inner pot 152, and the inner pot 152 is provided with pot teeth 153 matched with the cover teeth 71.
The rotating handle is rotatable, and the cover body 10 for controlling the upper cover to switch between the cover opening position and the cover closing position is realized when the rotating handle rotates, for the scheme, the switching of the cover body 10 between the cover opening position and the cover closing position is embodied on the rotation of the locking ring 70, specifically, when the cover opening operation part 50 drives the locking ring 70 through the rotating part 61 to enable the cover teeth 71 to be located at the separation position, the cover body 10 is located at the cover opening position, and when the cover opening operation part 50 drives the locking ring 70 through the rotating part 61 to enable the cover teeth 71 to be located at the locking position, the cover body 10 is located at the cover closing position.
More specifically, when the handle is rotated to drive the cover body 10 to the cover closing position, the corresponding control cover teeth 71 are buckled with the pot teeth 153, and the pressing portion 621 of the pressing rod 62 does not press and drive the float rod 32, that is, the float rod 32 is not driven to the opening position by the pressing portion 621, at this time, the float member 30 can be maintained at the sealing position by the fixing structure, for example, the float member 30 is elastically supported by the elastic member 40 to keep the float member 30 at the sealing position in the initial state to close the exhaust passage 31, that is, the float member 30 is kept normally closed, so that the requirement that the float member 30 is in the closing state in the initial state can be met, and the control flow of the cooking device is simplified. When the rotating handle drives the cover body 10 to rotate from the cover closing position to the cover opening position, the rotating part 61 drives the locking ring 70 to rotate through the matching of the shifting fork 130 and the pin shaft 120, so that the cover teeth 71 and the pot teeth 153 are separated from each other through buckling, meanwhile, the rotating arm 63 drives the pressing rod 62 to move to the touch position through the matching of the guide inclined plane 81 and the sliding part 82, so that the touch part 621 correspondingly drives the float element 30 to the opening position, namely, when the cover body 10 is in the cover opening position, the float element 30 is simultaneously controlled to the opening position, and the problem of cover opening and pot sucking can be avoided.
For the transmission process between the rotating arm 63 and the pressing rod 62, in the process of rotating the rotating handle from the cover closing position to the cover opening position, the rotating handle drives the rotating arm 63 to rotate, the sliding part 82 climbs along the guide inclined plane 81, at this time, the pressing rod 62 is pressed downwards by the rotating arm 63 to be displaced downwards (for example, the pressing rod 62 is driven to float downwards in fig. 5 and 6), the pressing part 621 moves downwards along with the pressing rod 62 and presses the float member 30 downwards in the moving process, so that the float member 30 moves to a position where the exhaust passage 31 is opened, that is, the rotating output of the rotating arm 63 is converted into the linear downward pressing output of the pressing part 621 of the pressing rod 62 to the float member 30, the upper cover can be saved in the moving space in the up-down direction, the upper cover is convenient to compact, the driving force can be amplified, and the operation force of a user on the rotating handle is smaller while the floating piece is driven. In the structure, the pressing rod 62 is pressed down and the reset driving member 100 is compressed to enable the pressing rod 62 to move downwards, and the pressing portion 621 drives the float member 30 downwards, so that the float member 30 moves downwards to the open position (i.e. to the state shown in fig. 5 and 6) against the elastic supporting force of the elastic member 40, which is beneficial to vertically stressing the float member 30, and the friction force between the rotating member 61 and the pressing rod 62 in the structure is not transmitted to the pressing rod 62, i.e. the float member 30 is not stressed by the transverse friction force, so that the float member 30 is not deviated, and the accuracy of the normal air exhaust and sealing functions of the float member 30 is ensured.
During the process that the cover opening operation piece 50 controls the cover body 10 to return from the cover opening position to the cover closing position, the sliding part 82 moves down along the guide inclined surface 81, at this time, the abutting stress between the sliding part 82 and the guide inclined surface 81 is gradually reduced, the pressing rod 62 is displaced to the side away from the touch position under the action of the reset driving piece 100, that is, the pressing rod 62 is driven by the reset driving piece 100 to move upwards until the touch part 621 leaves the float member 30 (that is, the state shown in fig. 1 and 2 is reached), at this time, the float member 30 can move to the sealing position under the action of the elastic piece 40, so that the float member 30 is kept normally closed when the cover teeth 71 and the pot teeth 153 are in the buckled state.
In summary, the cooking apparatus and the upper lid thereof provided by the present invention can maintain the float member at the sealing position through the positioning structure, so as to keep the float member normally closed, and meet the requirement that the float member is in the closed state in the initial state, which is beneficial to simplify the control process of the cooking apparatus, in addition, the adjusting device correspondingly drives the float member according to the position states of the lid at the opening position and the closing position, specifically, when the lid is at the opening position, the adjusting device correspondingly drives the float member to move from the sealing position to the opening position, at this time, the exhaust channel is opened to communicate the inside of the cooking apparatus with the external environment to balance the air pressure, thereby avoiding the problem of opening the lid and sucking the pot, that is, realizing one-key control of opening the lid without the problem of sucking the pot, the operation experience of opening the lid is good, and when the lid is at the closing position, the adjusting device correspondingly releases the float member to enable the float member to move between the sealing position and the opening position, thereby not interfering the normal exhaust function of the float piece and having safe and reliable use.

an adjustment device disposed on the cover, the adjustment device configured to: when the cover body is in an open cover position, the adjusting device drives the floating part to move from the sealing position to the open position, and when the cover body is in a close cover position, the adjusting device releases the floating part to enable the floating part to move between the sealing position and the open position;
the lid has the inner cup, adjusting device sets up and covers including, adjusting device includes:
a rotating arm which can rotate on the inner cover,
the pressing rod is matched with the rotating arm and provided with a pressing part, when the cover body is positioned at the cover opening position, the rotating arm drives the pressing rod to move to a pressing position, and when the pressing rod moves to the pressing position, the pressing part drives the float piece to move to the opening position;
one of the inner cover and the pressure lever is provided with a guide post, the other one of the inner cover and the pressure lever is provided with a sleeve hole, and the guide post is connected in the sleeve hole in a penetrating manner, so that the pressure lever moves to the contact position along the axial direction of the guide post under the driving of the rotating arm;

the reset driving part is a spring or an elastic sheet, and the pressure lever is elastically supported by the reset driving part, wherein when the pressure lever moves to the touch position, the reset driving part is compressed, and when the reset driving part elastically recovers, a force for driving the pressure lever to leave the touch position is provided.
