In the product, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the linkage slider 120 is driven to the open position by the handle, the magnet 141 reaches the exhaust valve assembly in the upper lid 100 and is located above the exhaust valve 133, at this time, a suitable magnetic attraction force is generated between the magnet 141 and the cooperating body 142, and the magnetic attraction force can pull the exhaust valve 133 to move upward to the exhaust position, wherein the exhaust passage 132 has an opening, the opening is used for cooperating with the sealing portion 135 of the exhaust valve 133, so that the sealing portion 135 can open or seal the exhaust passage 132, when the exhaust valve 133 is located at the exhaust position, the sealing portion 135 avoids the opening of the exhaust passage 132 of the valve core 131, that is, the sealing portion 135 of the exhaust valve 133 no longer blocks the opening of the exhaust passage 132, so that the exhaust passage 132 is opened, so that the inner cavity of the inner pot 210 is communicated with the external atmosphere by the exhaust passage 132, when the linkage sliding block 120 is driven to the cover closing position by the handle, the magnet 141 avoids the position of the exhaust valve component in the upper cover 100, so that the magnet 141 leaves the position above the exhaust valve 133, at this time, the magnetic attraction between the magnet 141 and the matching body 142 is small or no magnetic attraction, the exhaust valve 133 can not be pulled upwards to the exhaust position, so that when the pot does not need to exhaust through the exhaust valve component, the exhaust valve 133 normally falls back to the sealing position, when the exhaust valve 133 is at the sealing position, the sealing part 135 just blocks the opening of the exhaust channel 132 to seal the exhaust channel 132, therefore, the gas in the inner cavity of the pot can not leak from the exhaust valve component, and when the pot needs to exhaust through the exhaust valve component, the exhaust valve component can perform the normal exhaust function (such as the exhaust function of the exhaust valve controlled by the adjusting structure), that is, for example, in the exhaust stage of the exhaust valve component in the cooking process, the exhaust passage 132 can be opened for exhaust by the floating movement of the exhaust valve 133 to the exhaust position without affecting the normal use of the exhaust valve assembly.
According to the cooking equipment and the upper cover thereof, the problem that the pot is sucked when the cover is opened is avoided, the problem that the cover cannot be normally closed even if the operation of closing the cover in a thermal state is carried out is avoided, and the use experience of products is good.

the exhaust valve assembly comprises a valve core and an exhaust valve, the valve core is provided with an exhaust channel, the exhaust valve can move between a sealing position and an exhaust position, the exhaust channel is sealed when the exhaust valve is located at the sealing position, and the exhaust channel is opened when the exhaust valve is located at the exhaust position;
the linkage sliding block can form traction fit with the exhaust valve through the traction structure when the linkage sliding block is located at the cover opening position and can be used for drawing the exhaust valve to the exhaust position, and the traction fit with the exhaust valve is released when the linkage sliding block is located at the cover closing position;
the traction structure includes:
the exhaust valve comprises a magnet and a matching body which can be matched with the magnet in a magnetic attraction manner, wherein the magnet is arranged on one of the exhaust valve and the linkage sliding block, and the matching body is arranged on the other one of the exhaust valve and the linkage sliding block;
the linkage sliding block comprises a body part and an extending arm on the body part, and the magnet or the matching body on the linkage sliding block is positioned on the extending arm;
the linkage sliding block is connected with the inner cover through a rotatable connecting structure, and the linkage sliding block is switched between the cover opening position and the cover closing position through rotation.
2. The upper cover of a cooking apparatus according to claim 1,
the magnet is a magnet, and the matching body is a magnet or a magnetic body which can be matched with the magnet in a magnetic attraction manner.
3. The upper cover of a cooking apparatus according to claim 1 or 2,
the linkage sliding block is provided with a mounting hole, and the magnet or the matching body on the linkage sliding block is embedded in the mounting hole.
4. The upper cover of a cooking apparatus according to claim 1 or 2,
when the linkage sliding block is positioned at the uncovering position, the magnet or the matching body on the linkage sliding block is positioned above the exhaust valve.
5. The upper cover of the cooking apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
the linkage sliding block further comprises a locking ring driving arm, the locking ring driving arm is connected with the body part, the locking ring is connected with the locking ring driving arm and driven by the locking ring driving arm, cover teeth used for being buckled with or separated from pot teeth of cooking equipment are arranged on the locking ring, when the linkage sliding block moves to the cover opening position, the locking ring driving arm drives the locking ring to the position where the cover teeth are separated from the pot teeth, and when the linkage sliding block moves to the cover closing position, the locking ring driving arm drives the locking ring to the position where the cover teeth are buckled with the pot teeth.
6. The upper cover of the cooking apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the exhaust valve comprises:
the exhaust passage is provided with an opening, the sealing part is arranged on the valve body, closes the opening when the exhaust valve is at the sealing position, and avoids the opening when the exhaust valve is at the exhaust position so as to open the opening,
the matching body or the magnet on the exhaust valve and the valve body are formed in a split mode and are installed on the valve body, or the matching body or the magnet on the exhaust valve serves as the valve body.
