Furthermore, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
An upper cover assembly 100 of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, an upper cover assembly 100 of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an upper cover body 10, a locker 20, an operating member 30, an actuating mechanism 40, and an exhaust valve 50.
The locker 20 is provided to the upper cover body 10 and is switchable between a locking position and an unlocking position. The operating member 30 is movable between the first position and the second position with respect to the cover body 10 and a moving locus includes at least one of a straight line and an arc line. The transmission mechanism 40 is disposed on the upper cover body 10 and is in transmission connection with the locking member 20 and the operating member 30 respectively, so that the operating member 30 drives the locking member 20 to switch between the locking position and the unlocking position through the transmission mechanism 40 when moving. The exhaust valve 50 is switchable between an exhaust state for decompressing the cooking cavity 210 of the cooking appliance and a sealing state for sealing the cooking cavity 210, the exhaust valve 50 is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism 40,
when the operating member 30 moves to the first position, the transmission mechanism 40 drives the locking member 20 to move to the locking position and switches the exhaust valve 50 to the sealing state, and when the operating member 30 moves to the second position, the transmission mechanism 40 drives the locking member 20 to move to the unlocking position and switches the exhaust valve 50 to the exhaust state.
Therefore, in the process of opening and closing the cover, a user only needs to slide the operating part 30, the reciprocating movement of the operating part 30 can be converted into the rotation of the locking part 20 through the transmission mechanism 40, the user does not need to provide a torque moment, the operation is more labor-saving, the operation is easy, and the transmission structure is simple and compact.
For example, in the example shown in fig. 1 to 8, the moving track of the operating member 30 extends in the front-rear direction, and the user can rotate the locking member 20 between the locking position and the unlocking position by pushing and pulling the operating member 30 to open and close the cover.
When a user pushes the operating part 30 to move the operating part 30 to the rear side of the upper cover body 10 shown in fig. 1, the operating part 30 can drive the transmission mechanism 40 to move, and then the transmission mechanism 40 drives the locking part 20 to rotate around the axis in the counterclockwise direction to the unlocking position, so as to open the cover.
When a user pulls the operating member 30 to move the operating member 30 forward in fig. 1 relative to the upper cover body 10, the operating member 30 can drive the transmission mechanism 40 to move, and then the transmission mechanism 40 drives the locking member 20 to rotate clockwise around the axis to the locking position, so as to close the cover.
Of course, the direction in which the operation element 30 reciprocates includes, but is not limited to, the front-back direction shown in fig. 1 to 8, and may be a left-right direction, a direction inclined to the front-back direction, or the like. Locking member 20 can also be rotated in a clockwise direction to an unlocked position and in a counterclockwise direction to a locked position.
Alternatively, the moving trajectory of the operating member 30 with respect to the upper cover body 10 may include at least one of a straight line and an arc line, as long as the requirement for opening and closing the cover by reciprocating the operating member 30 is satisfied. For example, the operating member 30 may be linearly movable in the forward-backward direction shown in fig. 1, linearly movable, movable in an arc relative to the forward-backward direction shown in fig. 1, or movable in both a linear movement and an arc relative to the forward-backward direction shown in fig. 1.
In the present invention, opening the lid is not generally considered to open the opening of the pot assembly 200 of the cooking device 300 by opening the lid assembly 100, and closing the lid is not considered to close the opening of the pot assembly 200 of the cooking device 300 by closing the lid assembly 100. Instead, when the locking member 20 is in the locking position by closing the lid, the upper cover assembly 100 is locked with the pot body assembly 200 of the cooking utensil 300, and the upper cover assembly 100 cannot be separated from the pot body assembly 200; when the locking member 20 is unlocked by opening the cover, the upper cover assembly 100 is unlocked from the pot assembly 200 of the cooking utensil 300, and the upper cover assembly 100 can move relative to the pot assembly 200 to be separated from the pot assembly 200. In the embodiment where pan body assembly 200 is hinged to upper cover assembly 100, separation of upper cover assembly 100 from pan body assembly 200 may be understood as rotation of upper cover assembly 100 about the hinge axis to open the opening of pan body assembly 200.
Meanwhile, the transmission mechanism 40 drives the exhaust valve 50 in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism during movement, so that the exhaust valve 50 is switched between the exhaust state and the sealing state, and the operation state of the exhaust valve 50 is synchronously controlled.
For example, when the user pushes the operating member 30 to unlock the locking member 20 by the actuator 40, the actuator 40 simultaneously switches the exhaust valve 50 to the exhaust state.
When the user pulls the operating member 30 and the transmission mechanism 40 drives the locking member 20 to be locked, the transmission mechanism 40 simultaneously switches the exhaust valve 50 to the sealing state.
It should be understood that the state switching of the exhaust valve 50 is not limited to the above-mentioned manner, and the state of the exhaust valve 50 may be controlled simultaneously by various manners, such as by the self-pressure in the cooking chamber 210 and electromagnetic control.
According to the upper cover assembly 100 of the cooking utensil provided by the embodiment of the invention, the operating part 30 is arranged in a reciprocating translation manner, and the transmission mechanism 40 is arranged to drive the locking part 20, so that the locking part 20 can rotate back and forth between the locking position and the unlocking position, the cover opening and closing can be realized, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Moreover, the exhaust valve 50 is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism 40, so that the exhaust valve 50 can be driven to switch between a sealing state and an exhaust state when the user operates the operating part 30 to open and close the cooker cover, the driving device for driving the exhaust valve 50 independently does not need to be additionally arranged, and the opening and closing processes of the cooker and the exhaust valve can be completed simultaneously only by operating the operating part 30, so that the operation can be further simplified, and the cost of the upper cover assembly 100 is reduced.
Specifically, by switching the discharge valve 50 to the state while the operating member 30 drives the locking member 20 to be locked, and switching the discharge valve 50 to the discharge state while the operating member 30 drives the locking member 20 to be released, it is possible to ensure not only the sealability of the cooking chamber 210 when the upper cover assembly 100 is closed, but also the discharge valve 50 to be opened to prevent the excessive pressure in the cooking chamber 210 when the upper cover assembly 100 can be opened, thereby ensuring the reliability of the upper cover assembly 100.
In addition, through the transmission connection of the exhaust valve 50 and the transmission mechanism 40, compared with the transmission connection of the exhaust valve 50 and the locking member 20, because the exhaust valve is usually arranged on the top of the upper cover, the exhaust valve and the locking member need to pass through a plurality of cover internal structures for realizing transmission, and the connection between the exhaust valve 50 and the transmission mechanism 40 is more direct and effective, so that the exhaust valve 50 and the transmission mechanism 40 are conveniently arranged in the same layer in the upper cover assembly 100, the arrangement of an additional avoiding and positioning structure on the upper cover assembly 100 for realizing transmission of the exhaust valve 50 and the locking member 20 is avoided, the processing technology of the upper cover assembly 100 is simplified, and the cost of the upper cover assembly 100 is further reduced.
Therefore, the upper cover assembly 100 of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention can realize the reciprocal rotation of the locking member 20 between the locking position and the unlocking position by the reciprocal movement of the operating member 30, thereby realizing the opening and closing of the cover, and the user operation is simple and convenient, and can drive the exhaust valve 50 to open or close at the same time, thereby further simplifying the operation and reducing the cost.
An upper cover assembly 100 of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, an upper cover assembly 100 of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an upper cover body 10, a locker 20, an operating member 30, an actuator 40, and a discharge valve 50.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 7, the upper cover assembly 100 of the cooking appliance further includes a push rod member 60, and the transmission mechanism 40 is in transmission connection with the exhaust valve 50 through the push rod member 60. Therefore, the exhaust valve 50 and the transmission mechanism 40 can be conveniently in transmission connection, the flexibility of the position arrangement of the exhaust valve 50 and the transmission mechanism is improved, and the conversion of the movement direction can be facilitated.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 to 7, the pusher member 60 may be provided in the upper cover body 10 movably in a horizontal direction. This not only facilitates the driving connection of the driving mechanism 40, the pusher member 60 and the discharge valve 50, but also facilitates the control of the size of the upper cover assembly 100 in the up-down direction.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the push rod member 60 is an electromagnetic member, and the push rod member 60 drives the exhaust valve 50 to be switched to the exhaust state when being powered on and allows the exhaust valve 50 to be switched to the sealing state when being powered off. This makes it possible to actively control the state of the exhaust valve 50 not only by the operating member 30 but also by electromagnetism.
Fig. 3 to 7 illustrate an upper cover assembly 100 of a cooking appliance according to one specific example of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, the exhaust valve 50 includes a valve core 51 and a pressure limiter 52, the valve core 51 has a valve hole 511 communicating with the cooking cavity 210 of the cooking appliance, the pressure limiter 52 blocks the valve core 51, the pressure limiter 52 is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism 40 through a push rod member 60, the pressure limiter 52 opens the valve hole 511 when the exhaust valve 50 is in the exhaust state, and the pressure limiter 52 covers the valve hole 511 when the exhaust valve 50 is in the sealing state. This facilitates switching of the discharge valve 50 between the discharge state and the sealed state.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the operating member 30 is moved to the second position, the transmission mechanism 40 pushes the push rod member 60 to lift and/or swing the pressure-limiting member 52 to open the valve hole 511, and when the operating member 30 is moved to the first position, the transmission mechanism 40 and the push rod member 60 allow the pressure-limiting member 52 to be reset under the action of gravity to cover the valve hole 511. This can facilitate the pressure restricting member 52 to open or close the valve hole 511.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, the valve hole 511 is formed at an upper end surface of the valve spool 51, the pressure limiter 52 has a mounting groove 521 having a lower surface opened, the upper end of the valve spool 51 is relatively movably fitted in the mounting groove 521, a sealing protrusion 522 is provided on an inner top surface of the mounting groove 521, the sealing protrusion 522 opens the valve hole 511 when the exhaust valve 50 is in the exhaust state, and the sealing protrusion 522 covers the valve hole 511 when the exhaust valve 50 is in the sealing state. This improves the sealing performance of the valve hole 511 and ensures the reliability of the discharge valve 50.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the sealing protrusion 522 is a tapered protrusion with a diameter gradually increasing from bottom to top. This may further facilitate improved sealing of the vent valve 50.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, the pressure limiting member 52 is provided with an air outlet 523 communicating with the mounting groove 521. This allows the air discharged from the valve hole 511 to be further discharged through the air outlet 523, thereby facilitating the pressure relief of the cooking chamber 210.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, one end of the push rod member 60 close to the pressure-limiting member 52 is provided with a guide surface 61 extending upward and obliquely toward one end away from the pressure-limiting member 52, when the operating member 30 moves to the second position, the transmission mechanism 40 drives the push rod member 60 to move toward the pressure-limiting member 52 and the guide surface 61 abuts against the lower end of the pressure-limiting member 52 and drives the pressure-limiting member 52 to rise to open the valve hole 511, when the operating member 30 moves to the first position, the transmission mechanism 40 allows the push rod member 60 to move away from the pressure-limiting member 52, and the push rod member 60 allows the pressure-limiting member 52 to descend under the action of gravity to cover the valve hole 511. Thus, the horizontal movement of the push rod member 60 is converted into the up-and-down movement of the pressure limiting member 52, thereby realizing the control of the open/close state of the exhaust valve 50.
More advantageously, as shown in fig. 3 to 7, the upper cover assembly 100 of the cooking appliance further includes an elastic member 70 that constantly drives the push rod member 60 to move in a direction away from the pressure limiting member 52. This facilitates the resetting of the push rod member 60, and prevents the pressure limiting member 52 from failing to close the valve hole 511 due to the continuous support of the push rod member 60 against the pressure limiting member 52.
Fig. 3 to 8 illustrate an upper cover assembly 100 of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3 to 8, the transmission mechanism 40 at least includes a driving portion 41, the driving portion 41 is connected to the operating element 30 and moves along with the movement of the operating element 30, a push rod boss 411 is disposed on the driving portion 41, when the operating element 30 moves to the second position, the push rod boss 411 pushes the push rod 60 to move towards the direction close to the exhaust valve 50, when the operating element 30 moves to the first position, the push rod boss 411 releases the push rod 60, and the push rod 60 moves towards the direction away from the exhaust valve 50. This allows for positional actuation of the pusher member 60 using the pusher boss 411.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 8, the motion trajectory of the driving portion 41 is a straight line, the push rod boss 411 is a bump provided on the driving portion 41, a holding surface 4111 parallel to the motion direction of the driving portion 41 and a sliding surface 4112 connected to the holding surface 4111 are provided on the push rod boss 411, and the sliding surface 4112 extends obliquely from the holding surface 4111 to a direction away from the holding surface 4111 and away from the exhaust valve 50 along the motion direction of the driving portion 41. Therefore, the sliding surface 4112 is matched with the push rod piece 60 to gradually drive the push rod piece 60 to move and gradually drive the pressure limiting piece 52 to move in the moving process of the driving part 41, and the driving force of the driving part 41 can be conveniently converted into the axial driving force of the push rod piece 60, so that the flexibility of the arrangement positions of the push rod piece 60 and the driving part 41 is further improved.
Alternatively, the direction in which the operating member 30 moves from the first position to the second position is a direction from the edge of the upper lid body 10 toward the center of the upper lid body 10. Thus, the movement mode of the operating member 30 can be more matched with the use habit of the user, and the comfort of the user in use is improved.
Specifically, the active portion 41 is movable together with the operation element 30.
Advantageously, the transmission mechanism 40 further comprises a driven part 42, the locking member 20 is provided with a rotating shaft 21 extending upwards, and the driven part 42 is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft 21 and the driving part 41 respectively. This facilitates the translation of the linear motion of the driving portion 41 into a rotational motion of the retaining member 20.
More advantageously, the upper cap body 10 includes a face cap 11 and an inner cap 12 installed in the face cap 11, and the push rod member 60 is provided on the inner cap 12. As the surface cover 11 has relatively low strength and is easy to deform relative to the inner cover 12, the relative position precision of the push rod and the pressure limiting structure of the electromagnet can be influenced after long-term use, and finally, the pressure control precision and the service life reliability of the electromagnet are influenced. By providing the inner lid 12, the positional accuracy can be ensured, and the reliability of the upper lid body 10 can be improved.
For example, as shown in fig. 1-8, when the user pushes the operating element 30 backward, the driving portion 41 moves backward synchronously to drive the driven portion 42 to move, the driven portion 42 drives the locking member 20 to rotate to the unlocking position, meanwhile, the sliding surface 4112 of the pushing rod boss 411 on the driving portion 41 gradually pushes the pushing rod member 60 to move toward the pressure limiting member 52, and the pressure limiting member 52 gradually drives the pressure limiting member 52 to move upward to open the valve hole 511 under the action of the guiding surface 61 of the pushing rod member 60 until the retaining surface 4111 stops against the pushing rod member 60.
When a user pushes the operating element 30 forward, the driving part 41 synchronously moves forward to drive the driven part 42 to move, the driven part 42 drives the locking element 20 to rotate to the locking position, meanwhile, the retaining surface 4111 of the push rod boss 411 on the driving part 41 gradually disengages from the push rod member 60 and moves along the sliding surface 4112, the push rod member 60 gradually moves towards the direction away from the pressure limiting member 52 under the action of the elastic member 70, and the guide surface 61 of the push rod member 60 gradually disengages from the pressure limiting member 52, so that the pressure limiting member 52 can descend under the action of gravity until the valve hole 511 is covered.
