Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于轮作的温室蔬菜岩棉循环使用方法,所述温室蔬菜岩棉循环使用方法包括:在同一岩棉基质上进行番茄‑甜瓜‑茄子‑黄秋葵的轮作栽培。本发明成功的实现了果菜类蔬菜在同一岩棉基质中的栽培生产,岩棉使用期达到两年,有效延长了岩棉基质的有效使用时间,节省了生产成本,各种蔬菜的产量也比一般土壤栽培高。同时现代温室栽培管理容易标准化,温室环境可调控性强,可以有效结合生物防治,达到绿色高效生产的目的。

背景技术
现有技术中,果菜类蔬菜在栽培时一般通过岩棉进行栽培,而不同种类的蔬菜一般需要不同的岩棉基质,这样成本高,并且岩棉的使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题,从而提供一种基于轮作的温室蔬菜岩棉循环使用方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种基于轮作的温室蔬菜岩棉循环使用方法,其特征在于,所述温室蔬菜岩棉循环使用方法包括:
在同一岩棉基质上进行番茄-甜瓜-茄子-黄秋葵的轮作栽培。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述温室蔬菜岩棉循环使用方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先在岩棉基质上栽培番茄;
(2)在番茄拉秧前,在岩棉基质上同时栽培甜瓜,待甜瓜出苗后,将番茄老叶全部去掉,待甜瓜一叶一心时,将番茄拉秧;
(3)待岩棉基质上的甜瓜清除后,栽培茄子;
(4)待岩棉基质上的茄子清除后,栽培黄秋葵。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述岩棉基质包括若干个岩棉条、若干个岩棉块、若干个岩棉穴盘,所述岩棉穴盘240孔,每个孔内内置一个岩棉塞。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,步骤(1)包括如下步骤:
S1先将栽培所用的温室和苗床进行消毒,并在播种前保证整个温室处理封闭状态;
S2然后进行播种:将岩棉上的每个岩棉塞中播种1粒番茄种子,上面覆盖0.5-1cm蛭石,之后放入培养箱中,设置培养箱温度28℃,湿度90%,出苗后放置到苗床上;
S3然后进行育苗:将岩棉块放置到干净的苗床上,每个苗床可以放置960个岩棉块,移栽前一天用EC为2.0dS·m-1,PH为5.5的营养液浸泡24小时,待番茄苗子叶完全展开后,将苗子移栽至的岩棉块中,移栽时注意轻拿轻放;
S4育苗完毕后,经过20日~30日进行定植:定植前将所有岩棉条放置在栽培架指定位置并开孔,于定植前一天灌满营养液浸泡24小时,定植时将苗子直接放置到开好孔的岩棉条上,每株幼苗的岩棉上插1个滴箭,以插入2/3的深度为宜,每个岩棉条上定植5株,定植密度为2.3株·m-2,定植后岩棉条末端底部开口,将多余的水分排掉,此时,岩棉中营养液较多,要适当控制灌水,前三天每天滴灌1次即可,滴水量为200mL·m-2,以促进番茄根系尽快生长进入岩棉条中,3天后可以正常灌溉,灌水最大等待时间可以设置为3小时,最小等待时间为1小时,光辐射累积的影响设置为200J·cm-2,每次灌水量为200mL·m-2,至果实采收前滴灌营养液EC值为2.0-2.5dS·m-1,pH值5.5,设置日出后2小时开始滴灌,日落前2小时停止灌溉,定植后每天要记录单个滴箭的灌水量及EC值、pH值,岩棉条内的EC值、pH值,排液量及其EC值、pH值,通过适当修正光照累积的影响和单次灌水量,使温室中的排液量控制在灌溉水20%左右,此时,通过遮阳网和温室降温设备,使温室白天温度尽量不高于30℃,夜间尽量增加通风和使用降温设备,降低温室夜间温度,尽量使温室白天和晚上有10℃左右的温差,湿度不高于90%,及时将所有的侧枝去掉,植株只保留一个主枝生长,保证成株约有20个展开的功能叶。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,步骤(2)包括如下步骤:
S1播种:将甜瓜种子进行55℃热水烫种15分钟,之后浸种5小时,之后30℃培养箱中催芽,第二天种子出芽后,在栽培温室中制种番茄的岩棉块中直接用食指戳一个1cm深度的小洞,将制种直接放入洞中,然后盖上蛭石,此时番茄正常生长,对岩棉进行遮荫降温,同时因为番茄植株的蒸腾作用,温室温度也方便控制,有利于甜瓜出苗,2-3天后,甜瓜全部出苗,种植密度为2.5株·m-2;
S2出苗:甜瓜出苗后,将岩棉条上方50cm的番茄老叶都要去掉,防止过度遮荫造成甜瓜苗的徒长,当甜瓜一叶一心时,将番茄植株全部拉秧,灌溉方式更换为甜瓜苗期灌溉方法,同样,灌溉营养液EC为2.0dS·m-1,pH为5.5,灌溉量以光照累积和每天排液20%为依据进行设置,温室用ATU进行降温,尽量确保温室白天温度不高于35℃,晚上温度25℃左右;
S3授粉及授粉后管理:
甜瓜植株在第12-14节保留侧枝,一般侧枝第一节便会有雌花,侧枝留两片叶子后去头,待雌花开放当天早上,用当天开放的雄花在雌花柱头上轻轻涂抹授粉,如果因为工作量过大,下午也可以进行授粉,但授粉效果以早上9:00-11:00效果较好,一般要求每株上至少给两朵雌花授粉,确保有两个雌花授粉坐果,然后将其他多余的侧枝全部去除。当授粉的甜瓜长至鸡蛋大小后,对植株进行疏果,每株只保留一个长势好的甜瓜,当植株长至约25叶左右时,将其去顶,
甜瓜同样为吊挂栽培,去顶前要注意及时绕蔓,防止绕蔓不及时导致的断头现象,一般2-3天就要绕头一次,绕头时及时将新长出来的卷须去掉,减少养分消耗,此时温室电脑可以设置灌溉营养液的EC为2.5dS·m-1,pH为5.5,灌溉量以光照累积和每天排液20%为依据进行设置,同样,温室使用ATU、天窗和外遮阳运行进行降温,确保温室白天温度不高于35℃,晚上温度25℃左右,
根据品种不同,甜瓜从授粉到可以采收在40-55天,要做好授粉时间登记,到采收期时,要及时采收,否则过熟后果实品质变差,且不利于销售,同时授粉后要及时将老叶去除,防治消耗营养,同时有利于通风;
S4植保管理:现代温室因为设备配置高,通过温室ATU等设备的运行,可以有效控制温室的温湿度,所以真菌性病害很少发生,但白粉病时有发生,可以通过喷施1000倍乙醚酚或者2000倍露娜森进行防治,防治虫害,白粉虱可以通过张贴黄板,同时喷施2500倍啶虫脒进行防治;蓟马和红蜘蛛可以通过分别喷施1500倍艾绿士和3000倍来福录进行防治;同时,白粉虱、蚜虫、红蜘蛛等虫害也可以通过喷施100倍生物肥皂或者使用天敌捕食螨进行有效防治。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,步骤(3)包括如下步骤:
S1播种及出苗后管理:
将茄子种子的苗子叶展平后,小苗直接定植在温室原来甜瓜的岩棉块中,可以用滴箭插入岩棉块中约2cm深度,然后拿出来滴箭,之后将苗子种进后,轻轻压紧,然后将滴箭插在小苗子傍边1cm左右的位置,并对着苗子浇灌约50ml清水,定植前3天晴天时要适当遮荫,每天早上9:00开始滴灌EC1.5dS·m-1,pH5.5的营养液,每次每个滴箭滴灌60ml,每两小时滴灌一次,日落前两小时停止灌溉,以利于缓苗,缓苗后,每天滴灌一次EC1.5 dS·m-1,pH5.5的营养液即可,
苗期温室白天通风温度设置为23度,晚上设置为18度,此时室外温度比较适宜,温室不需要加温,ATU设置以通新风为主,晴天要适当打开外遮阳进行遮荫处理,一般当外界光照超过500W·m-2时,遮阳网可以设置80%打开,随着苗子不断长大,灌溉策略要逐步调整,适当增加灌溉量,确保温室每天的排液占灌水量的20%左右,同时灌溉营养液的EC要逐步提高至2.0dS·m-1,pH5.5;
S2结果期管理:
由于结果期在冬季,此时要注意温室保温,晚上加热温度最低设置为17℃,即温室低于17℃开始加温,日出前两小时通过ATU和加热管道开始提高温室加热温度至19℃,太阳出来之后,温室温度会迅速升高,早上通风温度设置为22-24℃,下午23-24℃,日落后温室温度较快降低,一般保温帘幕在日落前1-2小时便开始打开保温,日出后1-2小时再重新收起来,
结果期灌溉营养液的EC为2.5dS·m-1,pH5.5,同样一般日出后2小时开始灌溉,日落前2小时停止灌溉,以光照的累积量来设置灌溉时间和灌溉量,确保温室每天的排液占灌水量的20%左右,结果期要及时采收和将衰老的老叶去除,注意温室湿度不能太高,尤其是夜间湿度要尽可能控制在90%以下,这样可以有效防止真菌性病害发生,同时注意及时通风,尽量增加温室CO2的含量,晴朗天气可以结合天窗开启和ATU换新风策略有效补充温室内的CO2不足。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,步骤(4)包括如下步骤:
S1播种及出苗后管理:
先对黄秋葵种子进行浸种,出芽后直接播种到原来茄子的岩棉块中,播种前用手指戳一个直径约1cm、深1cm左右的小洞,播种后盖上蛭石,将滴灌插在种子旁边,播种后先浇灌一次清水,种植密度为2株·m-2,出苗前设置每天自动滴灌2次,每次约200ml·m-2,滴灌的营养液EC值设置为1.0dS·m-1,pH5.5,出苗后设置灌溉营养液EC值设置为1.5dS·m-1,pH5.5,设置灌溉最大等待时间4小时,最小等待时间2小时,光照积累设置为300J·cm-2,最终的灌溉测量还是依据排液量为灌溉量的20-30%,白天设置通风温度25℃,晚上设置加温16℃,白天外界气温较为适宜,可以设置ATU换新风的比例超过50%,此时外界光照充足,苗期当外界光照超过500W·m-2时,遮阳网设置为80%打开;
S2结果期管理:
黄秋葵到采收期时,外界温度已经较高,同时光照充足,此时通风降温以及适当遮荫成为温度和光照管理的重点,使用ATU结合遮阳网进行降温,确保温室白天温度不高于35℃,晚上温度25℃左右,白天设置当光照超过700W·m-2时,外遮阳打开80%,白天ATU运行仍以换新风为主,一方面降温温室空气温度,另一方面补充温室CO2,灌溉的营养液EC逐渐增加到2.5dS·m-1,pH5.5,同样日出后2小时开始灌溉,日落前2小时停止灌溉,以光照的累积量来设置灌溉时间和灌溉量,确保温室每天的排液占灌水量的20%左右。黄秋葵开花之后,要及时将败掉的花瓣去掉,防止湿度过多导致果实腐烂,下部叶片衰老时要及时去除,同时要尽量增加通风和ATU运行,降温温室湿度,预防真菌性病害发生,果实成熟后及时采收,过熟后果实会变硬,影响品质和口感;
S3植保管理:
现代温室栽培黄秋葵,没有发现有虫害发生,但是发现有凋零花瓣未去掉导致的灰霉病,生产管理中应及时去掉凋零花瓣,同时加强天窗通风和ATU换新风运行,也可以使用50%异菌脲1000-1500倍液喷施防治。

由于某些植物可以通过地上部分淋溶,根系分泌物和植株残茬等途径来释放一些物质对同茬或下茬同种或同科植物的生长产生抑制作用,这种现象被称为自毒作用,而通过上述方案的实施,本申请根据不同作物对营养元素的吸收情况不同,通过不同科属作物的轮作,可以使岩棉基质中残留的营养元素进行充分吸收,同时可以有效避免植物自毒作用的发生。从而增加岩棉的有效使用时间。
另外,本申请经过无数次试验和付出创造性劳动得知,在同一岩棉基质上进行番茄-甜瓜-茄子-黄秋葵的轮作栽培时,岩棉基质的使用寿命最长和栽培效果最好,如将“甜瓜-茄子-甜瓜-番茄”、“番茄-西瓜”、“番茄-甜瓜”等组合在同一岩棉基质上进行轮作栽培,岩棉基质的使用寿命只能达到一年左右,并且栽培效果也不好。
基于上述方案的实施,本申请还提供一个具体应用实例:
1番茄岩棉栽培
1.1温室和苗床消毒
栽培所用温室为Velon型联栋玻璃温室。首先,用0.5%的“卫可”或者次氯酸钙(漂白粉)对整个育苗温室进行喷施消毒,播种前再次对温室所有空间喷施800倍百菌清和2000倍的啶虫脒,并确保温室没有杂草,播种前保证整个温室处理封闭状态。用0.3%的八四消毒液对所有要使用的苗床(所用苗床大小为6.1m*1.7m)进行消毒,晾晒干之后移至栽培温室中待用。
1.2岩棉基质及营养液控制
栽培基质选择荷兰GRODAN生产:岩棉条为100cm*20cm*7.5cm(Master)岩棉块为10cm*10cm*7.5cm,岩棉穴盘为60cm*41cm*5cm,穴盘为240孔,内置240个岩棉塞,播种前将岩棉塞用EC为1.5-2.0dS·m-1,PH为5.5的营养液浸泡24小时,保证所有岩棉塞充分吸水,养液配方参考栽培咨询公司并加以改进。现代温室灌溉用水全部为收集的雨水,将雨水经过超滤后再使用到温室蔬菜中。
1.3播种和育苗
本次栽培试验选用品种为“佳西娜”,由瑞克斯旺(中国)农业科技有限公司提供,于2016年8月29日播种于岩棉塞中,每个岩棉塞中播种1粒种子,上面覆盖0.5-1cm蛭石,之后放入培养箱中,设置培养箱温度28℃,湿度90%,出苗后放置到栽培温室苗床上。设置温室光照大于400W·m-2时,外遮阳打开,当温室温度超过30℃,打开风机排管降温。晚上将所有温室天窗打开降温,有降温条件的温室,根据降温成本,可以降温至22℃左右。
将岩棉块放置到干净的苗床上,每个苗床可以放置960个岩棉块,移栽前一天用EC为2.0dS·m-1,PH为5.5的营养液浸泡24小时,番茄苗子叶完全展开后(出苗5天左右),将苗子移栽至的岩棉块中,移栽时注意轻拿轻放。
当苗子长至两叶一心时,为防止苗子徒长,将苗子距离拉开,根据定植时间安排,可以12-20株·m-2,如果现花蕾时定植,苗子间距最好不超过12株·m-2。此时灌溉策略可以根据称重法进行,保证每个岩棉块苗子重量不低于300g为宜,每次灌溉营养液EC为2.0dS·m-1,PH为5.5,苗床上以灌至岩棉块1/2以上高度为宜,半小时后将多余的营养液排掉。
1.4定植及定植后管理
2016年9月20日番茄现蕾时进行定植,定植前将所有岩棉条放置在栽培架指定位置并开孔,于定植前一天灌满营养液浸泡24小时,定植时将苗子直接放置到开好孔的岩棉条上,每株幼苗的岩棉上插1个滴箭,以插入2/3的深度为宜。每个岩棉条上定植5株,定植密度为2.3株·m-2,定植后岩棉条末端底部开口,将多余的水分排掉。此时,岩棉中营养液较多,要适当控制灌水,前三天每天滴灌1次即可,滴水量为200mL·m-2,以促进番茄根系尽快生长进入岩棉条中。3d(天)后可以正常灌溉,灌水最大等待时间可以设置为3小时,最小等待时间为1小时,光辐射累积的影响设置为200J·cm-2,每次灌水量为200mL·m-2。至果实采收前滴灌营养液EC值为2.0-2.5dS·m-1,pH值5.5。设置日出后2小时开始滴灌,日落前2小时停止灌溉。定植后每天要记录单个滴箭的灌水量及EC值、pH值,岩棉条内的EC值、pH值,排液量及其EC值、pH值,通过适当修正光照累积的影响和单次灌水量,使温室中的排液量控制在灌溉水20%左右。此时,通过遮阳网和温室降温设备,使温室白天温度尽量不高于30℃,夜间尽量增加通风和使用降温设备,降低温室夜间温度,尽量使温室白天和晚上有10℃左右的温差,湿度不高于90%。及时将所有的侧枝去掉,植株只保留一个主枝生长,保证成株约有20个展开的功能叶。
开花前一天将熊蜂放入温室,一般一箱熊蜂(50只)可以维持800m2的授粉空间,果实坐住后及时疏果,佳西娜为鸡尾酒串番茄品种,一串保留8个果实既可;待整串番茄都转色变红后,及时采收,一般玻璃温室每周采收一次。到采收期后,灌溉测量应适当调整,随着植株长大,EC值调整为2.5-3.0dS·m-1,pH值5.5;光辐射累积的影响设置为100J·cm-2,每次灌水量为240mL·m-2。灌溉最小等待时间为15分钟,最大等待时间为1.5小时。植株采收后应该根据情况进行去除老叶和落蔓的工作,一般一周去掉下部老叶一次,并落蔓一次。现代温室生产中因温室湿度可以有效控制,同时保持空气持续循环,所有没有任何真菌性病害发生;主要虫害为白粉虱,尤其是是4月份白粉虱逐渐增多,此时要严格控制温室卫生和减少无关人员进入温室,同时采收番茄后可以使用100倍生物肥皂或者2500倍啶虫脒喷雾防治;当白粉虱不严重时,也可以通过定期投放天敌捕食螨(斯氏螨)进行防治。
番茄2016年11月25日开始采收,采收至2018年7月24日拉秧,采收期8个月,产量达到26.13kg·m-2,亩产量174000kg。
2甜瓜岩棉循环栽培
2.1播种及出苗后管理
2017年7月14日,对甜瓜品种脆禧、绿天使(由上海市农业科学院园艺所提供)进行55℃热水烫种15分钟,之后浸种5小时,之后30℃培养箱中催芽,第二天种子出芽后,在栽培温室中制种番茄的岩棉块中直接用食指戳一个1cm深度的小洞,将制种直接放入洞中,然后盖上蛭石。此时番茄正常生长,对岩棉进行遮荫降温,同时因为番茄植株的蒸腾作用,温室温度也方便控制,有利于甜瓜出苗,2-3天后,甜瓜全部出苗,种植密度为2.5株·m-2,。
甜瓜出苗后,岩棉条上方50cm的番茄老叶都要去掉,防止过度遮荫造成甜瓜苗的徒长。甜瓜一叶一心时,将番茄植株全部拉秧,灌溉策略更换为甜瓜苗期的。同样,灌溉营养液EC为2.0dS·m-1,pH为5.5,灌溉量以光照累积和每天排液20%为依据进行设置。温室用ATU进行降温,尽量确保温室白天温度不高于35℃,晚上温度25℃左右。
2.2授粉及授粉后管理
甜瓜植株在第12-14节保留侧枝,一般侧枝第一节便会有雌花,侧枝留两片叶子后去头,待雌花开放当天早上,用当天开放的雄花在雌花柱头上轻轻涂抹授粉。如果因为工作量过大,下午也可以进行授粉,但授粉效果以早上9:00-11:00效果较好。一般要求每株上至少给两朵雌花授粉,确保有两个雌花授粉坐果,然后将其他多余的侧枝全部去除。当授粉的甜瓜长至鸡蛋大小后,对植株进行疏果,每株只保留一个长势好的甜瓜。当植株长至约25叶左右时(根据温室高度和植株生长状况确定),将其去顶。
甜瓜同样为吊挂栽培,去顶前要注意及时绕蔓,防止绕蔓不及时导致的断头现象,一般2-3天就要绕头一次,绕头时及时将新长出来的卷须去掉,减少养分消耗。此时温室电脑可以设置灌溉营养液的EC为2.5dS·m-1,pH为5.5,灌溉量以光照累积和每天排液20%为依据进行设置。同样,温室使用ATU、天窗和外遮阳运行进行降温,确保温室白天温度不高于35℃,晚上温度25℃左右。
根据品种不同,甜瓜从授粉到可以采收一般在40-55天,要做好授粉时间登记,到采收期时,要及时采收,否则过熟后果实品质变差,且不利于销售。同时授粉后要及时将老叶去除,防治消耗营养,同时有利于通风。本茬口甜瓜脆禧在授粉后约45天采收,单果重2.5-3kg;绿天使授粉后55天采收,单果重2-2.5kg。整个栽培茬口甜瓜亩产量达到4060kg。
2.3植保管理
现代温室因为设备配置高,通过温室ATU等设备的运行,可以有效控制温室的温湿度,所以真菌性病害很少发生,但白粉病时有发生,可以通过喷施1000倍乙醚酚或者2000倍露娜森进行防治。防治虫害,白粉虱可以通过张贴黄板,同时喷施2500倍啶虫脒进行防治;蓟马和红蜘蛛可以通过分别喷施1500倍艾绿士和3000倍来福录进行防治;同时,白粉虱、蚜虫、红蜘蛛等虫害也可以通过喷施100倍生物肥皂或者使用天敌捕食螨(根据虫害危害程度分次投放,每次500头/m2)进行有效防治。
3茄子岩棉循环栽培
3.1播种及出苗后管理
2017年10月9日蛭石中播种茄子两个品种(安吉拉、萨蔓莎,包衣种子,由瑞克斯旺(中国)农业科技有限公司提供),2017年10月18日出苗子叶展平后(约5天)小苗直接定植在温室原来甜瓜的岩棉块中,可以用滴箭插入岩棉块中约2cm深度,然后拿出来滴箭,之后将苗子种进后,轻轻压紧,然后将滴箭插在小苗子傍边1cm左右的位置,并对着苗子浇灌约50ml清水。定植前3天晴天时要适当遮荫,每天早上9:00开始滴灌EC1.5 dS·m-1,pH5.5的营养液,每次每个滴箭滴灌60ml,每两小时滴灌一次,日落前两小时停止灌溉,以利于缓苗。缓苗后,每天滴灌一次EC1.5 dS·m-1,pH5.5的营养液即可。
苗期温室白天通风温度设置为23度,晚上设置为18度,此时室外温度比较适宜,温室不需要加温,ATU设置以通新风为主,晴天要适当打开外遮阳进行遮荫处理,一般当外界光照超过500W·m-2时,遮阳网可以设置80%打开。随着苗子不断长大,灌溉策略要逐步调整,适当增加灌溉量,确保温室每天的排液占灌水量的20%左右,同时灌溉营养液的EC要逐步提高至2.0dS·m-1,pH5.5。
3.2结果期管理
至结果期已经到冬季,第一次采收日期为2018年1月17日,采收至4月23日拉秧。此时要注意温室保温,晚上加热温度最低设置为17℃,即温室低于17℃开始加温,日出前两小时通过ATU和加热管道开始提高温室加热温度至19℃,太阳出来之后,温室温度会迅速升高,早上通风温度设置为22-24℃,下午23-24℃,日落后温室温度较快降低,一般保温帘幕在日落前1-2小时便开始打开保温,日出后1-2小时再重新收起来。
结果期灌溉营养液的EC为2.5dS·m-1,pH5.5,同样一般日出后2小时开始灌溉,日落前2小时停止灌溉,以光照的累积量来设置灌溉时间和灌溉量,确保温室每天的排液占灌水量的20%左右。结果期要及时采收和将衰老的老叶去除,注意温室湿度不能太高,尤其是夜间湿度要尽可能控制在90%以下,这样可以有效防止真菌性病害发生。同时注意及时通风,尽量增加温室CO2的含量,晴朗天气可以结合天窗开启和ATU换新风策略有效补充温室内的CO2不足。
茄子采收期从2018年1月17日至2018年4月23日,平均产量达到6.2kg·m-2,亩产量约4130kg。拉秧之后,用0.5%的漂白粉对温室进行消毒。
3.3植保管理
现代温室栽培茄子的主要虫害为红蜘蛛、蓟马、茶黄螨,同甜瓜的管理方法,进行生物、物理和化学防治,可以有效控制虫害。茄子整个抗病性较强,同时温室环境可控,病害基本没有发生。
4黄秋葵岩棉循环栽培
4.1播种及出苗后管理
2018年4月25日对黄秋葵(黄秋葵1号)由上海市农业科学院园艺所提供)进行浸种,25度催芽,4-27出芽后直接播种到原来茄子的岩棉块中,播种前用手指戳一个直径约1cm、深1cm左右的小洞,播种后盖上蛭石,将滴灌插在种子旁边,播种后先浇灌一次清水(每个种子浇水约100ml),种植密度为2株·m-2,出苗前设置每天自动滴灌2次,每次约200ml·m-2,滴灌的营养液EC值设置为1.0dS·m-1,pH5.5。
出苗后设置灌溉营养液EC值设置为1.5dS·m-1,pH5.5,设置灌溉最大等待时间4小时,最小等待时间2小时,光照积累设置为300J·cm-2,最终的灌溉测量还是依据排液量为灌溉量的20-30%。白天设置通风温度25℃,晚上设置加温16℃,白天外界气温较为适宜,可以设置ATU换新风的比例超过50%。此时外界光照充足,苗期当外界光照超过500W·m-2时,遮阳网设置为80%打开。
4.2结果期管理
黄秋葵到采收期时,外界温度已经较高,同时光照充足,此时通风降温以及适当遮荫成为温度和光照管理的重点。使用ATU结合遮阳网进行降温,确保温室白天温度不高于35℃,晚上温度25℃左右。白天设置当光照超过700W·m-2时,外遮阳打开80%,白天ATU运行仍以换新风为主,一方面降温温室空气温度,另一方面补充温室CO2。灌溉的营养液EC逐渐增加到2.5dS·m-1,pH5.5,同样日出后2小时开始灌溉,日落前2小时停止灌溉,以光照的累积量来设置灌溉时间和灌溉量,确保温室每天的排液占灌水量的20%左右。黄秋葵开花之后,要及时将败掉的花瓣去掉,防止湿度过多导致果实腐烂,下部叶片衰老时要及时去除,同时要尽量增加通风和ATU运行,降温温室湿度,预防真菌性病害发生。果实成熟后及时采收,过熟后果实会变硬,影响品质和口感。黄秋葵采收期从2018年6月21日至2018年9月4日,产量达到2.5kg·m-2,亩产量约1650kg。
4.3植保管理
现代温室栽培黄秋葵,没有发现有虫害发生,但是发现有凋零花瓣未去掉导致的灰霉病,生产管理中应及时去掉凋零花瓣,同时加强天窗通风和ATU换新风运行,也可以使用50%异菌脲1000-1500倍液喷施防治。
通过上述实例的实施,成功的实现了果菜类蔬菜在同一岩棉基质中的栽培生产,岩棉使用期达到两年,有效延长了岩棉基质的有效使用时间,节省了生产成本,各种蔬菜的产量也比一般土壤栽培高。同时现代温室栽培管理容易标准化,温室环境可调控性强,可以有效结合生物防治,达到绿色高效生产的目的。
另外,经过实验,将上述实例中使用两年的岩棉,在2018年秋季一部分再次使用种植番茄,目前也表现出了良好的生长效果,和新的岩棉没有明显差异;同时,将使用两年的岩棉,浸泡后撒播青菜种子,也有很好的生长效果,目前已经连续收割5茬鸡毛菜。总之,通过不同科属蔬菜作物的轮作,完全可以使岩棉基质长期循环利用,从而达到有效节约生产成本,实现低碳绿色可循环的蔬菜岩棉栽培生产模式,丰富现代温室的栽培管理技术理论和实践。

在同一岩棉基质上进行番茄-甜瓜-茄子-黄秋葵的轮作栽培。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于轮作的温室蔬菜岩棉循环使用方法,其特征在于,所述温室蔬菜岩棉循环使用方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先在岩棉基质上栽培番茄;
(2)在番茄拉秧前,在岩棉基质上同时栽培甜瓜,待甜瓜出苗后,将番茄老叶全部去掉,待甜瓜一叶一心时,将番茄拉秧;
(3)待岩棉基质上的甜瓜清除后,栽培茄子;
(4)待岩棉基质上的茄子清除后,栽培黄秋葵。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于轮作的温室蔬菜岩棉循环使用方法,其特征在于,所述岩棉基质包括若干个岩棉条、若干个岩棉块、若干个岩棉穴盘,所述岩棉穴盘240孔,每个孔内内置一个岩棉塞。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于轮作的温室蔬菜岩棉循环使用方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)包括如下步骤:
S1先将栽培所用的温室和苗床进行消毒,并在播种前保证整个温室处理封闭状态;
S2然后进行播种:将岩棉上的每个岩棉塞中播种1粒番茄种子,上面覆盖0.5-1cm蛭石,之后放入培养箱中,设置培养箱温度28℃,湿度90%,出苗后放置到苗床上;
S3然后进行育苗:将岩棉块放置到干净的苗床上,每个苗床可以放置960个岩棉块,移栽前一天用EC为2.0dS·m-1,PH为5.5的营养液浸泡24小时,待番茄苗子叶完全展开后,将苗子移栽至的岩棉块中,移栽时注意轻拿轻放;

S1播种:将甜瓜种子进行55℃热水烫种15分钟,之后浸种5小时,之后30℃培养箱中催芽,第二天种子出芽后,在栽培温室中制种番茄的岩棉块中直接用食指戳一个1cm深度的小洞,将制种直接放入洞中,然后盖上蛭石,此时番茄正常生长,对岩棉进行遮荫降温,同时因为番茄植株的蒸腾作用,温室温度也方便控制,有利于甜瓜出苗,2-3天后,甜瓜全部出苗,种植密度为2.5株·m-2;
S2出苗:甜瓜出苗后,将岩棉条上方50cm的番茄老叶都要去掉,防止过度遮荫造成甜瓜苗的徒长,当甜瓜一叶一心时,将番茄植株全部拉秧,灌溉方式更换为甜瓜苗期灌溉方法,同样,灌溉营养液EC为2.0dS·m-1,pH为5.5,灌溉量以光照累积和每天排液20%为依据进行设置,温室用ATU进行降温,尽量确保温室白天温度不高于35℃,晚上温度25℃左右;
S3授粉及授粉后管理:

由于结果期在冬季,此时要注意温室保温,晚上加热温度最低设置为17℃,即温室低于17℃开始加温,日出前两小时通过ATU和加热管道开始提高温室加热温度至19℃,太阳出来之后,温室温度会迅速升高,早上通风温度设置为22-24℃,下午23-24℃,日落后温室温度较快降低,一般保温帘幕在日落前1-2小时便开始打开保温,日出后1-2小时再重新收起来,
结果期灌溉营养液的EC为2.5dS·m-1,pH5.5,同样一般日出后2小时开始灌溉,日落前2小时停止灌溉,以光照的累积量来设置灌溉时间和灌溉量,确保温室每天的排液占灌水量的20%左右,结果期要及时采收和将衰老的老叶去除,注意温室湿度不能太高,尤其是夜间湿度要尽可能控制在90%以下,这样可以有效防止真菌性病害发生,同时注意及时通风,尽量增加温室CO2的含量,晴朗天气可以结合天窗开启和ATU换新风策略有效补充温室内的CO2不足。

出苗后设置灌溉营养液EC值设置为1.5dS·m-1,pH5.5,设置灌溉最大等待时间4小时,最小等待时间2小时,光照积累设置为300J·cm-2,最终的灌溉测量还是依据排液量为灌溉量的20-30%,白天设置通风温度25℃,晚上设置加温16℃,白天外界气温较为适宜,可以设置ATU换新风的比例超过50%,此时外界光照充足,苗期当外界光照超过500W·m-2时,遮阳网设置为80%打开;
S2结果期管理:
黄秋葵到采收期时,外界温度已经较高,同时光照充足,此时通风降温以及适当遮荫成为温度和光照管理的重点,使用ATU结合遮阳网进行降温,确保温室白天温度不高于35℃,晚上温度25℃左右,白天设置当光照超过700W·m-2时,外遮阳打开80%,白天ATU运行仍以换新风为主,一方面降温温室空气温度,另一方面补充温室CO2,灌溉的营养液EC逐渐增加到2.5dS·m-1,pH5.5,同样日出后2小时开始灌溉,日落前2小时停止灌溉,以光照的累积量来设置灌溉时间和灌溉量,确保温室每天的排液占灌水量的20%左右。黄秋葵开花之后,要及时将败掉的花瓣去掉,防止湿度过多导致果实腐烂,下部叶片衰老时要及时去除,同时要尽量增加通风和ATU运行,降温温室湿度,预防真菌性病害发生,果实成熟后及时采收,过熟后果实会变硬,影响品质和口感;
S3植保管理:
现代温室栽培黄秋葵,没有发现有虫害发生,但是发现有凋零花瓣未去掉导致的灰霉病,生产管理中应及时去掉凋零花瓣,同时加强天窗通风和ATU换新风运行,也可以使用50%异菌脲1000-1500倍液喷施防治。
