The result of the progressive operation may be a result expressed in text or a result expressed in graphics.
Since the progressive operation may be an export operation or a format conversion operation, S706 may be divided into the following two scenario descriptions:
scene 1: when the progressive operation is an export operation.
Specifically, when the progressive operation ends, the terminal presents the result of the export progressive operation in the resident tab, which may be a result indicating success and failure of the export.
For example, as shown in fig. 8(b) and (c), fig. 8(b) and (c) show schematic diagrams of the presentation of the derived results in one embodiment. Referring to fig. 8(b), the terminal displays export success information of the multi-party collaboration task in the top resident tab bar, and the export success information is "exported Excel document". Referring to fig. 8(c), the terminal displays the export failure information of the multi-party collaboration task in the top resident label bar, and the export failure information is "export failure, click retry".
Here, the terminal may perform the export operation in the background and display the export result when switching the cooperative operation page to the message page, thereby optimizing the waiting experience of the user.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the multi-party cooperative task derivation fails and a retry instruction is detected, the terminal resumes the derivation operation and performs S702.
Scene 2: when the progressive operation is a format conversion operation.
Specifically, when the progressive operation ends, the terminal presents the result of the conversion progressive operation in the resident tab, which may be a result indicating the conversion success and the conversion failure.
For example, as shown in fig. 9(b) and (c), fig. 9(b) and (c) show schematic diagrams of the presentation of the conversion result in one embodiment. Referring to fig. 9(b), the terminal displays the successful conversion information of the multi-party cooperative task in the top resident tab, and the successful conversion information is "successful conversion". Referring to fig. 9(c), the terminal displays the conversion failure information of the multi-party collaborative task in the top resident tab, and the conversion failure information is "conversion failure, click retry".
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the multi-party cooperative task conversion fails and a retry instruction is detected, the terminal resumes the conversion operation and performs S702.
In one embodiment, when the progressive operation ends, the terminal generates a result corresponding to the end of the progressive operation. Or, if the terminal stores the result set corresponding to the progressive operation ending, the terminal acquires the result corresponding to the progressive operation ending in the result set.
In the embodiment, when the progress operation of the multi-party cooperative task occurs, the operation progress information is displayed in the resident label bar in real time, on one hand, when the page is switched from the cooperative operation page to the message page, the operation is not interrupted, the efficiency of the progress operation is improved, and the quick switching between the on-line social contact and the multi-party cooperative task operation is favorably realized in the progress operation process; on the other hand, the user can conveniently view the progress information on the message page of the social application. When the progressive operation is completed, the result of the progressive operation is displayed in the resident label bar, so that a user can conveniently check the operation result on the message page of the social application, and the progress operation prompting efficiency and the operation result prompting efficiency of the multi-party cooperative task are improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the method further comprises:

Among them, the multi-party collaboration task here is a multi-party collaboration document. The progressive operation includes a document conversion operation and/or a document export operation.
In one embodiment, when the operation of the multi-party cooperative task is completed, or in the process of exporting or converting the format of the multi-party cooperative task, the terminal detects an offline instruction for exiting the multi-party cooperative task through the cooperative operation page.
In one embodiment, when detecting an offline instruction for exiting the multi-party cooperative task when a progressive operation for the multi-party cooperative task occurs, the terminal sends an offline hosting notification to a server for maintaining the multi-party cooperative task; the offline hosting notification is used to instruct the server to continue performing the progressive operation.
And S1004, stopping monitoring the update information of the multi-party cooperative task according to the offline instruction.
In one embodiment, after the terminal stops monitoring the update information of the multi-party cooperative task according to the offline instruction, the terminal stops receiving the update information about the multi-party cooperative task sent by the server.
S1006, canceling the display of the resident label bar embedded in the message page.
In one embodiment, the terminal cancels the top-setting display of the embedded resident label bar in the message page, i.e. does not perform the top-setting display on the resident label bar.
In the embodiment, when the offline instruction for exiting the multi-party cooperative task is detected in the process of the progressive operation of the multi-party cooperative task, the terminal hosting server continues to execute the progressive operation, so that the ongoing progressive operation is offline processed when the multi-party cooperative task exits, useless waiting of a user is avoided, and convenience of the progressive operation of the multi-party cooperative task is improved. In addition, when the offline instruction is detected, the monitoring of the update information of the multi-party cooperative task is stopped, and the display resident label bar is cancelled, so that the multi-party cooperative task is prevented from occupying thread resources of the terminal after the multi-party cooperative task is completed.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: when the cooperative operation page carries out updating operation on the multi-party cooperative task, sending updating information generated by the updating operation to a server for maintaining the multi-party cooperative task; the sent updating information is used for indicating the server to synchronously send the updating information to the participants of the multi-party cooperative task; or receiving timing reminding information which is sent by a server maintaining the multi-party cooperative task at a timing and corresponds to the multi-party cooperative task, and updating and displaying the timing reminding information in the cooperative operation page.
When the updating party for updating the multi-party cooperative task is the local user, the timing reminding information comprises characters which represent the latest storage and the storage time. When the updating party for updating the multi-party cooperative task is a network side user, the timing reminding information comprises characters for representing the updating of the network side user and updating time, and when the preset display time is met, the content of the displayed timing reminding information is changed into: most recent save and time of save.
In one embodiment, the terminal obtains the input editing operation, edits the multi-party cooperative task according to the editing operation, wherein the editing of the multi-party cooperative task can be adding, modifying or deleting the content in the multi-party cooperative task, so as to obtain the update information, and sends the update information to the server maintaining the multi-party cooperative task.

For example, as shown in fig. 3(a), "last save: 21:57".
In the embodiment, the terminal sends the update information generated when the multi-party cooperative task is operated to the server maintaining the multi-party cooperative task, so that the multi-party cooperative task is updated in the server in time. In addition, the terminal updates and displays the timing reminding information in the cooperative operation page, so that the updating information can be timely reminded no matter in the message page or the cooperative operation page, and the reminding efficiency of the updating information is improved.
FIG. 11 is a flow diagram that illustrates another method for collaborative task state processing in one embodiment. Referring to fig. 11, the flow of the cooperative task state processing method may be divided into three parts: the processing flow of the server, the processing flow of the terminal A and the processing flow of the terminal B; wherein:
(1) and (5) processing flow of the server.
And the server respectively receives the updating information sent by the terminal A and the terminal B, and sequentially and synchronously updates the multi-party cooperative task according to the received updating information and the received sequence. If the server receives the update information a sent by the terminal a, the server pushes the update information a to the terminal B which is monitoring. If the server receives the update information B sent by the terminal B, the server pushes the update information B to the terminal a which is monitoring. In addition, the server also pushes the timing reminding information related to the multi-party cooperative task to all the participants (including the terminal a and the terminal B) in the process of pushing the update information.
In the process that the terminal A or the terminal B initiates the export operation, the server receives an offline instruction sent by the terminal A or the terminal B, and the offline instruction is used for processing an export task by the hosting server. At this time, the server exports the multi-party cooperative task and sends the exported multi-party cooperative task to the terminal A or the terminal B. And after the hosting task is finished, ending the processing flow of the multi-party cooperative task. The exported format may be an Excel format or other file format.
When the terminal A or the terminal B initiates a conversion operation, the server receives an offline instruction sent by the terminal A or the terminal B, and the offline instruction is used for processing a conversion task by the hosting server. And the server converts the multi-party cooperative task sent by the terminal A or the terminal B into an online cooperative task. And after the hosting task is finished, finishing the processing flow of the multi-party cooperative task.
(2) And (5) processing flow of the terminal A.
The terminal A enters an editing state of the multi-party cooperative task, and when a user sets the top display, the terminal A sets the resident label bar of the multi-party cooperative task to the top display. When a page switching instruction is received, the terminal A switches the cooperative operation page to a message page, and a resident label bar is displayed in a juxtaposed manner.
And after the terminal A is switched to the message page, the terminal A enters a background monitoring state, receives the updating information pushed by the server in real time in the monitoring process, updates the multi-party cooperative task displayed by the terminal A according to the updating information, and synchronizes the task state in the resident label bar. In addition, the terminal A receives the timing reminding information which is pushed by the server and is related to the multi-party cooperative task in real time in the monitoring process, and displays the timing reminding information at the corresponding position of the cooperative operation page.
When detecting the export instruction input by the user, the terminal A enters an export state. When the user selects online export, the terminal A exports the multi-party cooperative task to the local. When the user selects offline export, the terminal A sends an offline instruction to the server, and the offline instruction is used for processing an export task of the multi-party collaborative document by the hosting server. When the export is successful, the identification information of successful export is displayed in the resident label bar. The exported format may be an Excel format or other file format.
And when the terminal A detects a switching instruction input by a user, the terminal A enters a switching state. When the user selects on-line conversion, the terminal A converts the local multi-party cooperative task into the multi-party cooperative task in the on-line format. For example, a multi-party collaboration task in an Excel format is converted into an online collaboration task. When the user selects offline conversion, the terminal A sends an offline instruction to the server, and the offline instruction is used for processing a conversion task of the multi-party collaborative document by the hosting server. And when the conversion is successful, displaying the identification information of the successful conversion in the resident label bar.
It should be noted that, during the process of performing export operation or conversion operation, the terminal a may switch the collaborative operation page to the message page, and view the export progress and the export result, or view the conversion progress and the conversion result in the resident tab of the message page.
When the terminal A obtains the updating information after editing the multi-party cooperative task, the updating information obtained after editing is synchronized to the server, so that the server can update the stored multi-party cooperative task according to the updating information.
When the terminal A receives an operation instruction for finishing background monitoring, the terminal A prompts a user whether to continue editing the multi-party cooperative task, the user can select to continue editing the multi-party cooperative task or directly quit a processing flow for finishing the multi-party cooperative task, and a resident label bar displayed on the top is cancelled.

In addition, the terminal B receives the timing reminding information which is pushed by the server and is related to the multi-party cooperative task in real time in the monitoring process, and displays the timing reminding information at the corresponding position of the cooperative operation page.
And when detecting the export instruction input by the user, the terminal B enters an export state. When the user selects online export, the terminal B exports the multi-party cooperative task to the local. When the user selects offline export, the terminal B sends an offline instruction to the server, and the offline instruction is used for processing an export task of the multi-party collaborative document by the hosting server. When the export is successful, the identification information of successful export is displayed in the resident label bar. The exported format may be an Excel format or other file format.
And when the terminal B detects a switching instruction input by the user, the terminal B enters a switching state. When the user selects the online conversion, the terminal B converts the local multi-party cooperative task into the multi-party cooperative task in the online format. For example, a multi-party collaboration task in an Excel format is converted into a multi-party collaboration task in an online format. When the user selects offline conversion, the terminal B sends an offline instruction to the server, and the offline instruction is used for processing a conversion task of the multi-party collaborative document by the hosting server. And when the conversion is successful, displaying the identification information of the successful conversion in the resident label bar.
