In the method and the device, after the target cooperation task is finished, the cooperation state can be changed, the closed loop of the cooperation process is automatically realized, and the completion degree of the cooperation task is convenient to count.
As an optional implementation, after the status of the target collaboration task is updated to be completed, the method further includes: the target cooperation task is awakened again according to the awakening command of the target cooperation task; and sending a reminding message to the collaborators, wherein the reminding message is used for indicating that the target collaboration task is awakened again.
In this embodiment of the application, the cooperative task whose cooperative state is "solved" may also be wakened again, specifically, the user triggers the re-wakening function key, the visual cooperation platform may waken the target cooperative task again based on the re-wakening instruction, and the cooperative state of the target cooperative task is automatically changed to "unsolved". The re-awakening function key can be displayed in the collaboration message window, in each collaboration task of the collaboration management interface, or in the target task interface.
And after the target cooperation task is awakened again, a reminding message is sent to the collaborators to prompt that the target cooperation task is awakened again. Specifically, the visual cooperation platform sends a reminding message to collaborators in the visual cooperation platform; or sending the collaboration card to a separate dialog window of each collaborator in the instant messaging platform; or reestablishing a group conversation window containing the collaborators on the instant messaging platform, and sending the collaboration card to the group conversation window in the instant messaging platform (the group conversation window can be automatically dispersed after the collaboration task is finished).
Based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides a processing apparatus for collaborative tasks, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes:
a starting module 501, configured to start a collaboration message component when a component starting operation is detected in a visual collaboration platform, where the visual collaboration platform is a modular interface;
a display module 502, configured to display a collaboration message window in a modular interface based on a collaboration message component when a preset display instruction is received, where each collaboration message frame in the collaboration message window corresponds to one collaboration task card, and each collaboration task card corresponds to at least one module in the modular interface;
the processing module 503 is configured to perform cooperative processing on the target cooperative task corresponding to the target cooperative task card through a preset operation in the cooperative message window.
Optionally, the processing module 503 includes:
and the processing unit is used for performing cooperative task processing on a target cooperative task corresponding to the target cooperative task card through a first operation in a cooperative message window in the modularized interface, wherein the cooperative task processing comprises at least one of association display of the target cooperative task card and at least one module, attribute processing of the target cooperative task card and cooperative message editing in the target cooperative task card.
Optionally, the processing unit is configured to:
determining task attributes of each collaboration task card in a collaboration message window;
based on the task attribute, screening the collaboration task cards in the collaboration message window according to the screening instruction;
and displaying the screened target collaboration task card in a collaboration message window.
Optionally, the processing unit is further configured to:
aiming at the second operation of the target cooperation task card, entering a target task interface of a target cooperation task corresponding to the target cooperation task card;
and performing cooperation processing on the target cooperation task in the target task interface.
Optionally, the processing unit is further configured to:
the method comprises the steps of entering a collaboration management interface aiming at a first target operation of a target collaboration task card, wherein the collaboration management interface comprises a plurality of collaboration tasks;
displaying a target cooperation task corresponding to the target cooperation task card in a cooperation management interface according to a preset display scheme;
and aiming at the second target operation of the target cooperation task, entering a target task interface of the target cooperation task.
Optionally, the collaboration management interface includes a task attribute component, where the task attribute component is configured to select a target collaboration task from multiple collaboration tasks in the collaboration management interface based on multiple attribute dimensions.
Optionally, collaborators, latest collaboration messages, latest collaboration time, data snapshots and data components of each collaboration task are shown in the collaboration management interface,
the data snapshot is a display image of a module corresponding to the collaboration task;
each module in the modularized interface is provided with at least one hierarchical interface, and the data component is a hierarchical interface at least containing first-layer interface data of the module corresponding to the cooperative task.
Optionally, the processing unit is further configured to:
and aiming at a target collaboration task in the target task interface, executing at least one of a drill-down interface entering the data component, adjusting collaborator members, adjusting collaboration permission of the collaborators, modifying attributes of the target collaboration task, intercepting a current image in the target task interface and editing a collaboration message.
Optionally, the apparatus is further configured to:
generating a collaboration message editing frame in the target collaboration task card according to an editing instruction of the target collaboration task card;
and after the editing message is input in the collaboration message editing frame, finishing the sending of the collaboration message according to the sending instruction.
Optionally, the apparatus is further configured to:
and modifying the attribute mark of the target cooperation task under the condition of receiving a cooperation ending instruction.
Optionally, the apparatus is further configured to:

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided an electronic device, as shown in fig. 6, including a memory 603, a processor 601, a communication interface 602, and a communication bus 604, where a computer program operable on the processor 601 is stored in the memory 603, the memory 603 and the processor 601 communicate through the communication interface 602 and the communication bus 604, and the steps of the method are implemented when the processor 601 executes the computer program.
The memory and the processor in the electronic equipment are communicated with the communication interface through a communication bus. The communication bus may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc.
The Memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor.
The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the Integrated Circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, a discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or a discrete hardware component.
There is also provided, in accordance with yet another aspect of an embodiment of the present application, a computer-readable medium having non-volatile program code executable by a processor.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a computer readable medium is configured to store program codes for the processor to execute the above method:

It is to be understood that the embodiments described herein may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, middleware, microcode, or any combination thereof. For a hardware implementation, the Processing units may be implemented within one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), general purpose processors, controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors, other electronic units configured to perform the functions described herein, or a combination thereof.

Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.

Claims (14)

1. A method for processing a collaboration task, the method comprising:
starting a collaboration message component under the condition that component starting operation is detected in a visual collaboration platform, wherein the visual collaboration platform is a modularized interface;
displaying a collaboration message window in the modularized interface based on the collaboration message component under the condition that a preset display instruction is received, wherein each collaboration message frame in the collaboration message window corresponds to one collaboration task card, and each collaboration task card corresponds to at least one module in the modularized interface;
performing cooperation processing on a target cooperation task corresponding to the target cooperation task card through preset operation in the cooperation message window;
performing cooperative processing on the target cooperative task corresponding to the target cooperative task card through preset operation in the cooperative message window comprises the following steps:
in the modularized interface, at least one of attribute processing, collaborative message editing and associated display of at least one module of a target collaborative task card is carried out through a first operation in the collaborative message window; or the like, or, alternatively,
and entering a target task interface aiming at the second operation of the target collaboration task card, and performing at least one of drill-down interface entering a data assembly, collaborator member adjustment, collaborator collaboration permission adjustment, target collaboration task attribute adjustment, image interception and collaboration message editing in the target task interface.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the performing of the cooperation processing on the target cooperation task corresponding to the target cooperation task card through the preset operation in the cooperation message window comprises:
in the modularized interface, performing cooperative task processing on a target cooperative task corresponding to the target cooperative task card through a first operation in the cooperative message window, wherein the cooperative task processing includes at least one of association display of the target cooperative task card and at least one module, attribute processing of the target cooperative task card and editing of a cooperative message in the target cooperative task card.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein performing property processing of the target collaboration task card in the modular interface comprises:
determining task attributes of each collaboration task card in the collaboration message window;
based on the task attribute, screening the collaboration task cards in the collaboration message window according to a screening instruction;
and displaying the screened target collaboration task card in the collaboration message window.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the performing of the cooperation processing on the target cooperation task corresponding to the target cooperation task card through the preset operation in the cooperation message window comprises:
aiming at the second operation of the target cooperation task card, entering a target task interface of a target cooperation task corresponding to the target cooperation task card;
and performing cooperation processing on the target cooperation task in the target task interface.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the second operation for the target collaboration task card, entering a target task interface of a target collaboration task corresponding to the target collaboration task card comprises:
entering a collaboration management interface aiming at a first target operation of the target collaboration task card, wherein the collaboration management interface comprises a plurality of collaboration tasks;
displaying the target cooperation task corresponding to the target cooperation task card in the cooperation management interface according to a preset display scheme;
and aiming at the second target operation of the target cooperation task, entering a target task interface of the target cooperation task.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the collaboration management interface comprises a task properties component, wherein the task properties component is configured to select a target collaboration task from a plurality of collaboration tasks in the collaboration management interface based on a plurality of properties dimensions.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein collaborators, latest collaboration messages, latest collaboration time, data snapshots, and data components for each collaboration task are exposed in the collaboration management interface,
the data snapshot and the data component are generated when a cooperation task is created, and the data snapshot is a display image of a module corresponding to the cooperation task;
each module in the modularized interfaces is provided with at least one hierarchical interface, and the data components are hierarchical interfaces at least containing first-layer interface data of the modules corresponding to the cooperative tasks.
8. The method of claim 4, wherein collaboratively processing the target collaboration task at the target task interface comprises:
and aiming at the target collaboration task in the target task interface, executing at least one of a drill-down interface entering a data component, adjusting collaborator members, adjusting collaboration permission of collaborators, modifying attributes of the target collaboration task, intercepting a current image in the target task interface and editing collaboration messages.
9. The method of claim 2 or 8, wherein performing collaborative message editing comprises:
generating a collaboration message editing frame in the target collaboration task card aiming at the editing instruction of the target collaboration task card;
and after the editing message is input into the collaboration message editing frame, finishing the sending of the collaboration message according to a sending instruction.
10. The method of any of claims 1-3 or 5-8, further comprising:
and modifying the attribute mark of the target cooperation task under the condition of receiving a cooperation ending instruction.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein after updating the status of the target collaboration task to completed, the method further comprises:
the target cooperation task is awakened again aiming at a re-awakening instruction of the target cooperation task;
sending a reminding message to the collaborators, wherein the reminding message is used for indicating that the target collaboration task is awakened again.
12. An apparatus for processing cooperative tasks, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a starting module, a judging module and a display module, wherein the starting module is used for starting a collaboration message component under the condition that component starting operation is detected in a visual collaboration platform, and the visual collaboration platform is a modularized interface;
the display module is used for displaying a collaboration message window in the modularized interface under the condition that a preset display instruction is received based on the collaboration message component, wherein each collaboration message frame in the collaboration message window corresponds to one collaboration task card, and each collaboration task card corresponds to at least one module in the modularized interface;
the processing module is used for performing cooperative processing on the target cooperative task corresponding to the target cooperative task card through preset operation in the cooperative message window;
wherein the processing module is further configured to:
in the modularized interface, at least one of attribute processing, collaborative message editing and associated display of at least one module of a target collaborative task card is carried out through a first operation in the collaborative message window; or the like, or, alternatively,
and entering a target task interface aiming at the second operation of the target collaboration task card, and performing at least one of drill-down interface entering a data assembly, collaborator member adjustment, collaborator collaboration permission adjustment, target collaboration task attribute adjustment, image interception and collaboration message editing in the target task interface.
13. An electronic device is characterized by comprising a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor and the communication interface are used for realizing mutual communication by the memory through the communication bus;
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the method steps of any of claims 1 to 11 when executing a program stored in the memory.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method steps of any one of the claims 1-11.
