A message display method, a message display apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium according to the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a message display method, where the method includes:
step 101, displaying a program interface and a target identifier of a first application program, wherein the target identifier indicates an unread message of at least one second application program.
In this embodiment of the application, the first application is an application running in the foreground in the electronic device, and in the process of running the first application in the foreground, a program interface of the first application is displayed in a display screen of the electronic device. The second application is an application that is running in the background in the electronic device and that can receive messages. The unread message is a message that needs to interact with information of the user, such as: the method comprises the steps of timely communicating user information received by an application program, receiving a video call answering request, mails received by a mailbox, comment information received by a forum application program, user comment information received by a microblog, meeting invitation received by a meeting application program and the like.
The target identifier is a prompt message for prompting the user that the second application program receives the unread message, and is displayed in a preset area of a program interface of the second application program, for example: the function bar of the program interface, the side edge of the program interface and the like, and in order to reduce the influence on the normal use of the first application program by a user, the display position of the target mark avoids the display content of the program interface of the first application program as much as possible. The target mark can be in the form of an icon or a character, or in the form of a combination of an icon and a character, and when the target mark is displayed, auxiliary prompt can be performed along with prompt modes such as vibration and ringing, the number of unread messages, message states and the like can be displayed on the target mark, the second application program to which the unread messages belong is different, and the style of the target mark can be different. The display position, form and content of the target identifier may be specifically set according to actual requirements, and are not specifically limited herein.
Step 102, receiving a first input to the target identification.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first input may be an input in the form of a click, a long press, a slide, a gesture, a voice, and the like of the target identifier by the user.
Step 103, responding to the first input, displaying a target window, wherein the target window comprises an icon display area and a message display area, the target window is included in a program interface of the first application program, the icon display area is used for displaying an icon of the at least one second application program, and the message display area is used for displaying an unread message of the at least one second application program.
In an embodiment of the present application, the target window is a display window disposed on the first application program interface. In the process of background running of the second application program, if an unread message sent by other users is received, the second application program will usually push a notification to prompt the user to switch the second application program to foreground running for viewing. If the display screen of the current electronic device displays the program interface of the first application program, that is, the first application program is operated on the foreground, at this time, if the second application program is switched to the foreground to be operated and then switched back to the first application program, the steps are complex, and the use experience of the first application program is influenced. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, when the electronic device displays the program interface of the first application program, if the unread message of the second application program is received, the user does not need to switch the second application program to the foreground to operate and check the unread message one by one, but the target window containing the unread message is opened in the program interface of the first application program, so that the user can check the unread message in the first application program while normally using the first application program.
Specifically, the target window includes a message display area and an icon display area, and the message display area can be used for simultaneously displaying one or more unread messages belonging to the same second application program, and can also be used for simultaneously displaying a plurality of unread messages belonging to a plurality of second application programs; the icon display area is used for displaying icons of one or more second application programs so as to know which second application programs receive the unread messages at the same time.
Optionally, the embodiment of the application is applicable to an application scenario in which the first application is a video application, and referring to fig. 2, the current display screen is displaying a video playing interface of the video application, where a function bar at the lower left corner includes a target identifier, and a dot is further marked on the upper right side of the target identifier to indicate that an unread message is stored. The user may open a target window on the right side of the program interface of the video application by entering the target identification.
It should be noted that the target window in the present application is displayed in the program interface in the first application, and is not an interface for generating a split screen in the display screen to open the second application in the prior art. According to the scheme, the extracted unread messages are displayed by additionally arranging a target window in a program interface of the first application program by extracting the unread messages in the second application program. The user can conveniently check the unread messages through the target window without performing screen splitting operation on the display screen, so that the problem of desktop confusion caused by too many screen splits in the prior art is solved.
According to the message display method provided by the embodiment of the application, the target identification is displayed in the program interface of the first application program, so that the user can select the target window containing the icon display area and the message display area to display in the program interface of the first application program, the user can view the unread message in the second application program under the condition that the first application program is not switched to the second application program, the use experience of the user on the application program is guaranteed, and the viewing efficiency of the unread message is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides another message display method, where the method includes:
step 201, displaying a program interface and a target identifier of a first application program, wherein the target identifier indicates an unread message of at least one second application program.
This step can refer to the detailed description of step 101, which is not repeated herein.
Step 202, receiving a first input to the target identification.
This step can refer to the detailed description of step 102, which is not repeated here.
Step 203, responding to the first input, displaying a target window, where the target window includes an icon display area and a message display area, the target window is included in the program interface of the first application program, the icon display area is used to display an icon of the at least one second application program, and the message display area is used to display an unread message of the at least one second application program.
This step can refer to the detailed description of step 103, which is not repeated herein.
Step 204, receiving a third input of the icon of the target application program in the icons of the at least one second application program.
In this embodiment, the third input may be an input in the form of a click, a long press, a slide, a voice, a gesture, or the like for an icon of the target application, which is not limited herein. When the user needs to specifically view the unread message of the target application program in the second application program indicated by the icon display area, the user can perform third input on the icon of the target application program in the icon display area.
Step 205, in response to the third input, displaying the unread message of the target application in the message display area.
Optionally, step 205 specifically includes: in response to the third input, displaying the unread messages of the target application in the message display area at a message receipt time.
In the embodiment of the present application, the ranking may be performed according to the receiving time of the unread message, the priority of the message source, the data amount, the data format, and the like, and the specific ranking mode may be determined according to the actual requirement, which is not limited herein. Further, the unread message displayed by the target window may include identity information of the sender in the second application, such as: head portrait, nickname, name, contact information, etc. for the user to distinguish the unread message for subsequent operation.
After receiving a third input of the user for the target application icon, the to-be-processed message displayed in the message display area may be switched to an unread message corresponding to the target application icon. And then, if the unread message corresponding to the target application program icon is displayed in the message display area, the display switching is not carried out.
Furthermore, since there may be a plurality of messages to be replied belonging to the same second application program, after the user selects a message to be replied that needs to be replied through the second input, the message to be replied selected by the user may be adjusted to the preset position of the message display area for display. The preset position may be the top, the bottom, or the like of the message display area, or may be a position set by the user, as long as the user can conveniently view and reply, and this is not limited here.
According to the method and the device, the unread messages displayed in the message display area are switched by setting the icon display area, so that a user can flexibly switch the displayed unread messages according to the self requirement, and the efficiency of viewing the unread messages by the user is improved.
Optionally, the message display area further includes at least one control, and the controls correspond to the unread messages one to one.
Step 206, receiving a second input to a target control of the at least one control.
In this embodiment of the application, the second input may be input in the form of clicking, long pressing, sliding, gesture input, text input, video recording input, image input, voice input, and the like for the target control, and may be specifically determined according to the type of the unread message corresponding to the target control, for example: for the unread messages of the conversation type, the user can input the unread messages by means of text input or image input, for the unread messages of the video call type, the user can select whether to start the video call by clicking to answer or hang up, for the unread messages of the voice type, the user can input voice, and the like, and the unread messages of the voice type can be determined according to actual requirements, and the unread messages of the voice type are not limited here. The control is obtained by encapsulating the message processing function component of the second application program, the control is integrated in the target window, and a user can trigger corresponding functions by clicking different controls, for example: display a reply message entry field, open a video call, and so on.
Step 207, responding to the second input, processing a target unread message through the target control, wherein the target control corresponds to the target unread message.
In the embodiment of the present application, in the prior art, when a user uses a first application program, if the user wants to process an unread message in a second application program, the first application program needs to be switched to a background operation, and the second application program needs to be switched to a foreground operation to process the unread message in a program interface of the second application program; or the unread messages are processed by opening the split screen to open the second application program, and all the modes require that the user specially opens the second application program to process the unread messages one by one, so that the use experience of the user on the first application program is influenced, and the processing efficiency is low.
In the embodiment of the application, each unread message is provided with one or more corresponding controls in the message display area. Correspondingly, according to the target control selected by the user through the second input, a corresponding function is triggered, for example, a reply message input field is displayed for the user to input a reply message to reply the target unread message, or answering and hanging-up options of the video call are displayed to carry out the video call with the sender of the unread message, and the like.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 4, a target window including an icon display area and a message display area is displayed on the right side of a program interface of a video application, and the target control may be a "processing" option or a "video" option in fig. 4, where the icon display area includes an application icon 1, an application icon 2, and an application icon 3, the message display area includes an unread message 1 and an unread message 2, and there are a "processing" option and a "video" option on the right side of the unread message 1 and the unread message 2, and there is a user avatar corresponding to a sender of the unread message on the left side, which is convenient for a user to identify. The user may process the corresponding unread message by clicking the "process" option. A video call can be made to the sender of the unread message by clicking on the "video" option.
According to the embodiment of the application, the control corresponding to each unread message is displayed in the target window, so that a user does not need to switch the program interface of the first application program to the program interface of the second application program, the unread message can be processed through the control, and the unread message can be efficiently processed.
Optionally, step 207 includes at least one of:
s1, replying the target unread message through the target control;

For example, referring to fig. 5, after a user inputs a message to be replied, which needs to be replied, an input field may be displayed under the message to be replied, and an input method interface, the user inputs a reply message in the input field by operating the input method interface, and finally sends the reply message to the sender of the message to be replied by inputting a "reply option".
According to the method and the device, the target window is opened in the program interface of the first application program to display the message to be replied, which is received by the second application program, so that the user can reply the message to be replied in the target window, the user does not need to open and switch to the second application program to reply the message, the steps are simple, and the message replying efficiency is improved under the condition that the normal use of the first application program by the user is not influenced.
And S2, establishing a call connection with the sender corresponding to the target unread message through the target control.
In the embodiment of the application, the target control may include a video call function component, so that a user may trigger the target control to display a video call interface, so as to perform a video call with a sender corresponding to the target unread message.
Further, after the target control is triggered, a video call answering option and a video call initiating option can be displayed, the video call answering option is displayed when a sender receiving the unread message sends a video call request through the second application program with the video call function, and the video call initiating option is displayed when the unread message of the second application program with the video call function is displayed.
And the user passively answers the video call by selecting and inputting the video call answering option or actively initiates the call by selecting and inputting the video call initiating option. The interface for the video call may be displayed in the target window without the user switching to the second application.
Furthermore, the user can also select and input the interface of the video call by aiming at the zooming option in the interface of the video call, and zoom in or zoom out or move the interface of the video call. Of course, the interface of the video call may also include other control options, such as: volume adjustment, brightness adjustment, recording options and the like, and the user can close the interface of the video call by selecting and inputting the closing options, so that the hanging-up of the video call can be specifically determined according to actual requirements, and the method is not limited here.
Illustratively, the user may cause the target window to switch to display the interface of the video call shown in fig. 6 by inputting a "video" option on the right side of the unread message in fig. 4, so as to perform the video call with the sender of the unread message, and display the interface of the video call on the upper right side of the video playing interface. The left upper side of the video call interface comprises a closing option, and a user can hang up the call and close the interface of the video call by inputting the closing option.
