Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械,尤其涉及用于肝内门体静脉的覆膜支架。一种用于肝内门体静脉覆膜支架,包括支架本体,支架本体包括覆膜段和裸膜段,裸膜段处于覆膜段的两端,覆膜段为相互连接的波浪形支架杆组成,波浪形支架杆之间相互不间断连接,裸膜段包括横向和纵向交错连接的支架杆,裸膜段展开后呈由内向外延伸的喇叭口状,一侧的裸膜段置入肝静脉内,另一侧的裸膜段置入门静脉内,支架本体装在置入装置上。为了完成支架两侧展开成喇叭口状,必须用专门的置入装置,此置入装置在原先的基础上改进了让两侧固定更牢靠,定位更准确,抽走通路套管后,不会引起支架本体的偏移,术后的使用中支架本体处于畅通。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,尤其涉及用于肝内门体静脉的覆膜支架。
背景技术
在早期支架内血栓,常见于支架贴壁不良、支架扩张不全、支架过长、置入多个串联支架、支架置入术后残余狭窄等等原因,如何降低TIPS支架内血栓形成,制定适合病变特点的手术方式,选择适合病变类型的支架,严格遵循TIPS手术操作规范,避免造成支架内血栓的发生。如:避免支架贴壁不良,应进行充分预扩,支架植入后如支架膨胀不良,可行高压球囊后扩张等等。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种结构简单,固定牢靠的用于肝内门体静脉覆膜支架。
为实现本发明之目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种用于肝内门体静脉覆膜支架,包括支架本体,支架本体包括覆膜段和裸膜段,裸膜段处于覆膜段的两端,覆膜段为相互连接的波浪形支架杆组成,波浪形支架杆之间相互不间断连接,裸膜段包括横向和纵向交错连接的支架杆,裸膜段展开后呈由内向外延伸的喇叭口状,一侧的裸膜段置入肝静脉内,另一侧的裸膜段置入门静脉内,支架本体装在置入装置上。
作为优选方案, 支架本体喇叭口的大小为8-12mm。
作为优选方案, 支架本体的长度为6-8cm。
作为优选方案,所述一种用于肝内门体静脉覆膜支架的置入装置,包括控制组件、连接管、通路套管和心轴,控制组件包括止血端口、冲洗端口和延展旋钮,控制组件和通路套管还连接有控制旋钮,控制组件和通路套管均连接在连接管上,连接管的另一端部设有所述心轴,通路套管内包裹有所述的支架本体,通路套管的一侧上设有固定头,固定头的两侧分别设有连接线,连接线固定在所述裸膜段的端面上,连接线将裸膜段收合在一起,通路套管的另一端面上还设有连接头,连接头固定在另一侧的所述裸膜段上。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:喇叭口的设计使固定更牢固,支架贴壁更紧,由于喇叭口的两侧固定结构覆膜段在使用中不会向两侧晃动,可以延长支架的使用寿命,保持通路流畅;为了完成支架两侧展开成喇叭口状,必须用专门的置入装置,此置入装置在原先的基础上改进了让两侧固定更牢靠,定位更准确,抽走通路套管后,不会引起支架本体的偏移,术后的使用中支架本体处于畅通。

具体实施方式
一种用于肝内门体静脉覆膜支架,包括支架本体1,支架本体1包括覆膜段2和裸膜段3,裸膜段3处于覆膜段2的两端,覆膜段2为相互连接的波浪形支架杆4组成,波浪形支架杆4之间相互不间断连接,裸膜段3包括横向和纵向交错连接的支架杆5,裸膜段3展开后呈由内向外延伸的喇叭口状,一侧的裸膜段3置入肝静脉6内,另一侧的裸膜段3置入门静脉7内,支架本体1的喇叭口大小为8-12mm,支架本体1的长度为6-8cm,支架本体1装在置入装置8上。置入装置8包括控制组件9、连接管10、通路套管11和心轴12,控制组件9包括止血端口9-1、冲洗端口9-2和延展旋钮9-3,控制组件9和通路套管11还连接有控制旋钮13,控制组件9和通路套管11均连接在连接管10上,连接管10的另一端部设有所述心轴12,通路套管11内包裹有所述的支架本体1,通路套管11的一侧上设有固定头13,固定头13的两侧分别设有连接线14,连接线14固定在所述裸膜段3的端面上,连接线14将裸膜段3收合在一起,通路套管11的另一端面上还设有连接头15,连接头15固定在另一侧的所述裸膜段3上。
手术过程:右颈部通过一约5mm小切口穿刺右颈内静脉,置入导管通过上腔静脉、右心房及下腔静脉进入肝静脉6,经过肝静脉6穿刺入门静脉7,使用球囊扩张分流道,然后在肝实质内置入覆膜金属支架建立门静脉7与肝静脉6之间的通道,因为肝静脉6压力低,门静脉7部分血流通过支架分流至肝静脉6,以达到降低门脉压力根治消化道出血的目的。
操作中架本体1的覆膜段2上已经涂有抗凝药膜,支架本体1整体包裹在通路导管内,将置入装置8的心轴12延图2的线路插入,连接管10向内延伸。当置入装置8经过图3的线路,心轴12穿出,裸膜段3分别在肝静脉6和门静脉7上,对前后进行固定,拉动最下端穿出的心轴12后,先移除心轴12,再将通路导管11从支架本体1上端取出。在拉动过程中,裸膜段3变成喇叭口状态分别置入肝静脉6内和置入门静脉7内,首先置入装置8上有固定在静脉上的固定头13和连接头15,裸膜段3固定后,在拉力的作用下慢慢撑开,最终两侧的裸膜段3均向外形成喇叭口状,加以固定,将置入装置8的通路套管11等都移除,只留下支架本体1,整个手术完成。

1.一种用于肝内门体静脉覆膜支架,其特征在于,包括支架本体,支架本体包括覆膜段和裸膜段,裸膜段处于覆膜段的两端,覆膜段为相互连接的波浪形支架杆组成,波浪形支架杆之间相互不间断连接,裸膜段包括横向和纵向交错连接的支架杆,裸膜段展开后呈由内向外延伸的喇叭口状,一侧的裸膜段置入肝静脉内,另一侧的裸膜段置入门静脉内,支架本体装在置入装置上。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于肝内门体静脉覆膜支架, 其特征在于,支架本体喇叭口的大小为8-12mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种用于肝内门体静脉覆膜支架, 其特征在于,支架本体的长度为6-8cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种用于肝内门体静脉覆膜支架的置入装置,其特征在于,包括控制组件、连接管、通路套管和心轴,控制组件包括止血端口、冲洗端口和延展旋钮,控制组件和通路套管还连接有控制旋钮,控制组件和通路套管均连接在连接管上,连接管的另一端部设有所述心轴,通路套管内包裹有所述的支架本体,通路套管的一侧上设有固定头,固定头的两侧分别设有连接线,连接线固定在所述裸膜段的端面上,连接线将裸膜段收合在一起,通路套管的另一端面上还设有连接头,连接头固定在另一侧的所述裸膜段上。
