According to some embodiments of the present application, there is provided a method of preparing an electronic cigarette liquid, comprising the steps of: dissolving a certain amount of melatonin in a basic solvent, then adding flavor components, essence, nicotine or salt thereof, and uniformly mixing to obtain the electronic cigarette liquid.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided an atomization device including the electronic cigarette liquid according to any one of the above embodiments. The electronic cigarette liquid can be atomized by the atomizing device to generate aerosol for a user to inhale, wherein the aerosol contains melatonin which is not damaged by high temperature, and the effects of resisting fatigue, regulating immunity, delaying senility, improving sleep and the like can be generated after the aerosol is absorbed by the user.
In some embodiments, the nebulizing device comprises an electronic cigarette, an ultrasonic nebulizer, or a mesh nebulizer.

7. The e-liquid of claim 1 or 2, further comprising a flavor, wherein the flavor is selected from the group consisting of alpha-pinene, alpha-terpineol, myrcene, benzaldehyde, ethyl butyrate, isoamyl butyrate, eugenol, beta-caryophyllene, benzyl acetate, butyl acetate, and combinations thereof.
8. The e-liquid of claim 7, wherein the flavor is present in the e-liquid in an amount of 0.01% to 5.0% by weight based on the total weight of the e-liquid.
9. An aerosolization device comprising the e-liquid of any one of claims 1-8.
10. The atomization device of claim 9 in which the atomization device comprises an electronic cigarette, an ultrasonic atomizer, or a mesh atomizer.
