Abstract

The application relates to a flavor composition and electronic cigarette liquid containing the flavor composition. The flavor composition of some embodiments of the present application comprises the following parts by weight: 1 to 10 parts of raspberry ketone, 20 to 35 parts of isoamyl acetate, 25 to 45 parts of benzyl acetate and 25 to 40 parts of ethyl butyrate. The electronic cigarette liquid can enable a user to produce the taste of the blueberry flavor when the user absorbs the electronic cigarette liquid through the flavor composition, and the electronic cigarette liquid can form uniform and rich aerial fog, so that the user experience is effectively improved.

Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of electronic aerosols or electronic nebulization devices, in particular to electronic cigarette liquid.
Background
Due to the pursuit of personal health, environmental protection, and convenience in use, electronic cigarettes are becoming more and more popular with consumers as a substitute for conventional tobacco. The electronic cigarette or the electronic atomizer replaces the smoke generated by the traditional high-temperature combustion mode of tobacco by atomizing the smoking material at low temperature to form aerosol for the user to inhale. The electronic cigarette liquid has certain influence on the experience and the taste of a user.
Therefore, there is a need for further improvement and research on the composition of electronic cigarette liquid.
Disclosure of Invention
The application can be used in electronic cigarette liquid by providing a flavor composition which is also called as a flavor additive, wherein the flavor composition can be used for generating the flavor of blueberries by a user through aerosol which is formed after atomization of an atomization device and is inhaled by the user, and harmful substances such as tar and suspended particles are not generated. Simultaneously, this electron tobacco juice can form the even and strong aerial fog of smell when the user smokes, and this aerial fog taste is gentle and agreeable and do not have and remain the sense to promote user experience.
According to one aspect of the present application, there is provided a flavour composition, wherein the flavour composition comprises the following substances in parts by weight: from about 1 to about 10 parts raspberry ketone, from about 20 to about 35 parts isoamyl acetate, from about 25 to about 45 parts benzyl acetate, and from about 25 to about 40 parts ethyl butyrate.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided an electronic smoking fluid comprising the flavour composition described above.
According to yet another aspect of the present application, there is provided an aerosolization device comprising the above-described e-liquid.

Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below. The examples of the present application should not be construed as limiting the present application.
Additionally, amounts, ratios, and other numerical values are sometimes presented herein in a range format. According to one aspect of the present application, there is provided an electronic cigarette liquid comprising a flavor composition, wherein the flavor composition comprises the following materials in parts by weight: from about 1 to about 10 parts raspberry ketone, from about 20 to about 35 parts isoamyl acetate, from about 25 to about 45 parts benzyl acetate, and from about 25 to about 40 parts ethyl butyrate. In some embodiments, the flavor compositions of the present application can be comprised of the above parts by weight materials.
In some embodiments of the flavor composition, the raspberry ketone can be approximately 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts, 10 parts, or a range consisting of any two of these parts by weight; isoamyl acetate can be approximately 20 parts, 25 parts, 30 parts, 35 parts or a range consisting of any two of these parts by weight; benzyl acetate can be present in an amount of about 25 parts, 30 parts, 35 parts, 40 parts, 45 parts, or any combination of two of these parts by weight; and ethyl butyrate may be present in amounts ranging from about 25 parts, 30 parts, 35 parts, 40 parts, or any two of these parts by weight.
The flavor composition is an additive, and when the flavor composition is added into the electronic cigarette liquid, the electronic cigarette liquid can enable a user to generate taste and smell feeling of the blueberry flavor when in use.
In some embodiments, the weight of the flavor composition in the e-liquid is approximately, e.g., 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 0.7%, 0.8%, 0.9%, 1.0%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, or a range consisting of any two of these weight percentages, based on the total weight of the e-liquid. In some embodiments, the flavor composition is present in the e-liquid in an amount of about 0.1% to about 1.0% by weight to provide a mild taste to the aerosol generated thereby optimizing the user experience.
The e-liquid also includes a base solvent, wherein the base solvent includes propylene glycol and glycerol (glycerin). In some embodiments, the weight of propylene glycol in the e-liquid is approximately, e.g., 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, or a range consisting of any two of these weight percentages, based on the total weight of the e-liquid; and glycerol, for example, in the range of about 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, or any two of these weight percentages. In some embodiments, the propylene glycol is present in the e-liquid in an amount of about 20% to about 60% by weight, and the glycerin is present in the e-liquid in an amount of about 40% to about 70% by weight, so as to achieve optimal atomization of the e-liquid and improve the user experience.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the base solvent may be selected from any solvent known in the art according to specific needs, for example, deionized water, propylene glycol, glycerol, without limitation.
In some embodiments, the e-liquid further comprises a cooling agent.
Cooling agents are additives, which are chemicals that can produce a cooling effect sensation to the user when the product is used and are not irritating. In some embodiments, the cooling agent comprises a cooling agent selected from the group consisting of menthol, menthone, isomenthone, l-menthyl lactate, WS-23(N,2, 3-trimethyl-2-isopropylbutanamide), WS-3 (N-ethyl-p-menthyl-3-carboxamide), WS-5(N- (ethoxycarbonylmethyl) -p-alkane-3-carboxamide), WS-12(N- (4-methoxyphenyl) -p-menthyl-3-carboxamide), and combinations thereof.
In some embodiments, the cooling agent is present in the e-liquid in an amount of, for example, about 0.1%, about 0.2%, about 0.3%, about 0.5%, about 1.0%, about 1.5%, about 2.0%, about 2.5%, about 5%, about 10%, or in any two of these weight percentages, based on the total weight of the e-liquid. In some embodiments, the cooling agent is present in the e-liquid in an amount of about 1.0% to about 10% by weight of the e-liquid, based on the total weight of the e-liquid, to enhance the mouthfeel of the aerosol generated by the e-liquid for inhalation by a user.
In some embodiments, the e-liquid further comprises a nicotine salt. In some embodiments, the weight of the nicotine salt in the e-liquid is approximately, e.g., 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%, or a range consisting of any two of these weight percentages, based on the total weight of the e-liquid. In some embodiments, the nicotine salt is present in the electronic smoking fluid in an amount of about 1.8% to about 10.0% by weight based on the total weight of the electronic smoking fluid.
In some embodiments, the e-liquid further comprises nicotine. In some embodiments, the weight of nicotine in the e-liquid is approximately, e.g., 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5%, 5%, or a range consisting of any two of these weight percentages, based on the total weight of the e-liquid. In some embodiments, the nicotine is present in the electronic smoking fluid in an amount of about 0.9% to about 5.0% by weight based on the total weight of the electronic smoking fluid.
In some embodiments, the e-liquid further comprises a flavorant, wherein the flavorant is selected from the group consisting of ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, α -terpineol, α -ionone, β -damascone (β -damascone), γ -decalactone, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, propionic acid, ethyl propionate, myricetin, linalool, ethyl cinnamate, methyl anthranilate, vanillin, citronellol, folyl alcohol, 2-methylbutyl acetate, propyl acetate, neryl acetate, butyl acetate, citronellyl acetate, geranyl acetate, ethyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, isomenthol, ethyl isobutyrate, isopulegol, ethyl isovalerate, and combinations thereof.
In some embodiments, the flavor is present in the e-liquid in an amount of about 0.01% to about 5.0% by weight of the total weight of the e-liquid to add flavor to the e-liquid and to optimize the mouthfeel of the aerosol generated therefrom.
According to some embodiments of the present application, there is provided a method of preparing an electronic cigarette liquid, comprising the steps of: the ingredients in the flavor composition are mixed according to the specific proportion in the range provided by the embodiment, then essence, nicotine salt and cooling agent are added, and then the mixture is added into the basic tobacco juice and is uniformly mixed to obtain the electronic tobacco juice.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided an atomization device including the electronic cigarette liquid according to any one of the above embodiments. The electronic cigarette liquid can be atomized by the atomization device to generate aerosol for a user to inhale.
In some embodiments, the nebulizing device comprises an electronic cigarette, an ultrasonic nebulizer, or a mesh nebulizer.
Examples
In order to facilitate a better understanding of the present application, the following examples are set forth. These examples belong to the scope of protection of the present application, but do not limit the scope of protection of the present application.
Preparing basic tobacco juice:
the base tobacco juice is obtained by blending propylene glycol and glycerol according to the following weight ratio (35:55) and then uniformly mixing.
Preparing essence:
the components were mixed in the following weight ratio in table 1 to obtain the essence.
Example 1
Raspberry ketone, isoamyl acetate, benzyl acetate and ethyl butyrate are blended and mixed according to the following weight ratio (6.3: 23.2: 44.2: 26.3) to obtain a flavor composition, then 0.2 g of the flavor composition is mixed with 3 g of nicotine and 3 g of benzoic acid, then the mixture is added into 93.8 g of base cigarette liquid, and the mixture is stirred uniformly to obtain the electronic cigarette liquid.
Example 2
Raspberry ketone, isoamyl acetate, benzyl acetate and ethyl butyrate are blended and mixed according to the following weight ratio (6.3: 23.2: 44.2: 26.3) to obtain a flavor composition, then 0.2 g of the flavor composition, 3.0 g of nicotine, 3.0 g of benzoic acid, 1.0 g of WS-23, 1.5 g of menthol and 0.3 g of essence I are mixed and added into 91 g of basic tobacco juice, and the mixture is stirred uniformly to obtain the electronic tobacco juice.
Example 3
Raspberry ketone, isoamyl acetate, benzyl acetate and ethyl butyrate are blended and mixed according to the following weight ratio (3: 31: 32: 34) to obtain a flavor composition, then 0.14 g of the flavor composition, 2.0 g of nicotine, 3.0 g of benzoic acid, 1.0 g of WS-23, 1.7 g of menthol and 0.1 g of essence II are mixed and added into 92.06 g of basic tobacco juice, and the mixture is stirred uniformly to obtain the electronic cigarette juice.
Example 4
Raspberry ketone, isoamyl acetate, benzyl acetate and ethyl butyrate are blended and mixed according to the following weight ratio (5: 28: 28: 39) to obtain a flavor composition, then 0.17 g of the flavor composition, 3.0 g of nicotine, 5.0 g of benzoic acid, 1.5 g of WS-23, 3.0 g of menthol and 0.16 g of essence III are mixed and added into 87.17 g of basic cigarette liquid, and the mixture is stirred uniformly to obtain the electronic cigarette liquid.
The composition of the perfume in the above examples is shown in table 1 below.

Claims (11)

1. A flavour composition comprising the following materials in parts by weight:
1 to 10 parts of raspberry ketone, 20 to 35 parts of isoamyl acetate, 25 to 45 parts of benzyl acetate and 25 to 40 parts of ethyl butyrate.
2. An e-liquid comprising the flavor composition of claim 1.
3. The e-liquid of claim 2, wherein the flavor composition is present in the e-liquid in an amount of 0.1% to 1.0% by weight based on the total weight of the e-liquid.
4. The e-liquid of claim 2, further comprising a cooling agent, wherein the cooling agent is selected from the group consisting of menthol, menthone, isomenthone, l-menthyl lactate, WS-23(N,2, 3-trimethyl-2-isopropylbutanamide), WS-3 (N-ethyl-p-menthyl-3-carboxamide), WS-5(N- (ethoxycarbonylmethyl) -p-alkane-3-carboxamide), WS-12(N- (4-methoxyphenyl) -p-menthyl-3-carboxamide), and combinations thereof.
5. The e-liquid of claim 4, wherein the cooling agent is present in the e-liquid in an amount of 1% to 10% by weight of the total e-liquid.
6. The e-liquid of claim 2, further comprising a nicotine salt, and the nicotine salt is present in the e-liquid in an amount of 1.8% to 10.0% by weight based on the total weight of the e-liquid.
7. The e-liquid of claim 2, further comprising nicotine, and the weight of the nicotine in the e-liquid is from 0.9% to 5.0% based on the total weight of the e-liquid.
8. The e-liquid of claim 1, further comprising a flavor, wherein the flavor is selected from the group consisting of ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, α -terpineol, α -ionone, β -damascone, γ -decalactone, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, propionic acid, ethyl propionate, myricetin, linalool, ethyl cinnamate, methyl anthranilate, vanillin, citronellol, leaf alcohol, 2-methylbutyl acetate, propyl acetate, neryl acetate, butyl acetate, citronellyl acetate, geranyl acetate, leaf alcohol acetate, ethyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, isomenthol, ethyl isobutyrate, isopulegol, ethyl isovalerate, and combinations thereof.
9. The e-liquid of claim 8, wherein the flavor is present in the e-liquid in an amount of 0.01% to 5% by weight based on the total weight of the e-liquid.
10. An aerosolization device comprising the flavor composition of claim 1 or the e-liquid of any one of claims 2-9.
11. The atomization device of claim 10 in which the atomization device comprises an electronic cigarette, an ultrasonic atomizer, or a mesh atomizer.
