Abstract

本发明提供一种安全型幕墙窗户,包括框架,框架内设有外层窗扇与内层窗扇,其中外层窗扇固定于框架内靠近室外处,而内层窗扇可在外力作用下沿框架前后位移,从而靠近或远离外层窗扇;外层窗扇包括外层玻璃与包围外层玻璃的外窗框,内层窗扇包括内层玻璃与内窗框;外层玻璃与内层玻璃相对面呈平行的斜面,以使外层玻璃与内层玻璃的侧面呈中心对称的两个直角梯形,其中外层玻璃的侧面呈上宽下窄的倒梯形;外窗框底部与内窗框顶部形成条形通风口,以使外层玻璃与内层玻璃未贴紧时,室外的气流能够通过条形通风口与两层玻璃之间构成的通道流入室内。该安全型幕墙窗户打开通风时,不会向外开启形成安全隐患,同时仅占据极小室内空间。

本发明涉及建筑领域,特别地,涉及一种幕墙窗户。
背景技术
写字楼通常在外侧设有幕墙,以达到装饰和过滤紫外线的效果;对于幕墙上的窗户,需要打开通风时通常只能向外推开,而窗户在长时间地使用后由于老化可能产生零件脱落的现象,则可能在向外推窗的过程中造成高中坠物,由此形成安全隐患;若是改变窗户的设计使其向内开启,又会占据较多室内空间,带来不便。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种安全型幕墙窗户,该安全型幕墙窗户打开通风时,不会向外开启形成安全隐患,同时仅占据极小室内空间。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该安全型幕墙窗户包括嵌于墙体的框架,所述框架内设有外层窗扇与内层窗扇,其中所述外层窗扇固定于所述框架内靠近室外处,而所述内层窗扇设于所述框架内靠近室内处,且所述内层窗扇可在外力作用下沿所述框架前后位移,从而靠近或远离所述外层窗扇;所述外层窗扇包括外层玻璃与包围所述外层玻璃的外窗框,同样的,所述内层窗扇包括内层玻璃与内窗框;所述外层玻璃与所述内层玻璃相对的玻璃面呈平行的斜面,以使所述外层玻璃与所述内层玻璃的侧面呈中心对称的两个直角梯形,其中所述外层玻璃的侧面呈上宽下窄的倒梯形,而所述内层玻璃的侧面呈上窄下宽的梯形;所述外窗框的底部横条与所述内窗框的顶部横条上制有横向延伸的条形通风口,以使所述外层玻璃与所述内层玻璃未贴紧时,室外的气流能够通过所述条形通风口与两层玻璃之间构成的夹层通道流入室内。
作为优选,所述内层窗扇在顶部与底部各通过二至四个弹性结构连接所述外层窗扇,其中所述弹性结构在该幕墙窗户打开时处于自然状态,以使该幕墙窗户在打开时,随着吹来气流的大小变化,所述内层窗扇被风力推动而沿所述框架前后位移;由于光线通过该幕墙窗户后,由于折射会产生与两层玻璃间距离相关的竖向偏移,故所述内层窗扇在风力推动下前后位移时,透过室内观察远处的景物会产生上下移动、飘忽不定的效果,从而增加了观赏的情趣性。
进一步的,所述内窗框在顶部形成轴向正交于所述内窗框,且朝向所述外窗框的柱形凸起,同时所述外窗框在对应位置形成相适的凹槽以容纳所述柱形凸起,所述凹槽内设有弹簧以连接所述凹槽与所述柱形凸起,由此构成所述弹性结构。
进一步的,所述内窗框的左右侧边各设有把手与配套的窗锁,以使人得以通过所述把手控制所述窗锁的开闭,从而能够在该幕墙窗户处于关闭状态时,对所述内层窗扇进行固定,使其不会在弹性结构的弹力作用下产生位移。
作为优选,所述条形通风口设有金属网,以防止蚊虫进入室内。
作为优选,所述内窗框与外窗框的顶部与底部,在靠近窗玻璃处各设有相对应的橡胶横条,以使该幕墙窗户在关闭状态下,即所述内层窗扇与外层窗扇贴紧时,通过所述橡胶横条增强气密性,防止外界气流流入室内。
本发明的有益效果在于:该安全型幕墙窗户在关闭状态下,所述内层窗扇与所述外层窗扇贴合,此时外界气流无法流入;而在需要通风时,拉动所述内层窗扇使其远离所述外层窗扇,内层窗扇与外层窗扇之间构成通道,则外界气流可以经条形通风口通过该通道进入室内,达到通风效果,同时仅占据极小室内空间,并且不会构成高空坠物的安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
如图1至图3所示,该安全型幕墙窗户包括嵌于墙体的框架1,所述框架1内设有外层窗扇3与内层窗扇2,其中所述外层窗扇3固定于所述框架1内靠近室外处,而所述内层窗扇2设于所述框架1内靠近室内处,且可在外力作用下沿所述框架1前后位移,从而靠近或远离所述外层窗扇3;所述外层窗扇3包括外层玻璃32与包围所述外层玻璃32的外窗框31,同样的,所述内层窗扇2包括内层玻璃22与内窗框21;所述外层玻璃32与所述内层玻璃22相对的玻璃面呈平行的斜面,以使所述外层玻璃32与所述内层玻璃22的侧面呈中心对称的两个直角梯形,其中所述外层玻璃32的侧面呈上宽下窄的倒梯形,而所述内层玻璃22的侧面呈上窄下宽的梯形;所述外窗框31的底部横条与所述内窗框21的顶部横条上分别制有横向延伸的条形通风口23、33,以使所述外层玻璃32与所述内层玻璃22未贴紧时,室外的气流能够通过所述条形通风口23、33与两层玻璃之间构成的夹层通道流入室内。
另外,所述内层窗扇2在顶部与底部各通过二至四个弹性结构连接所述外层窗扇3,其中所述弹性结构在该幕墙窗户打开时处于自然状态,以使该幕墙窗户在打开时,随着吹来气流的大小变化,所述内层窗扇2被风力推动而沿所述框架1前后位移;由于光线通过该幕墙窗户后,由于折射会产生与两层玻璃间距离相关的竖向偏移,如图4所示,光线从外界经该幕墙窗户照射入室内的路径经O、A、B、C四点,其中当两扇窗户间的距离越大时,A、B两点间的竖直距离越大,最终出射光线BC段的水平高度越高;故所述内层窗扇2在风力推动下前后位移时,透过室内观察远处的景物会产生上下移动、飘忽不定的效果,从而增加了观赏的情趣性。
进一步的,所述内窗框21在顶部形成轴向正交于所述内窗框21,且朝向所述外窗框31的柱形凸起41,同时所述外窗框31在对应位置形成相适的凹槽42以容纳所述柱形凸起41,所述凹槽42内设有弹簧43以连接所述凹槽42与所述柱形凸起41,由此构成所述弹性结构。进一步的,所述内窗框21的左右侧边各设有把手5与配套的窗锁,以使人得以通过所述把手5控制所述窗锁的开闭,从而能够在该幕墙窗户处于关闭状态时,对所述内层窗扇2进行固定,使其不会在弹性结构的弹力作用下产生位移。
另外,所述条形通风口23、33设有金属网,以防止蚊虫进入室内。
另外,所述内窗框21与外窗框31的顶部与底部,在靠近窗玻璃处各设有相对应的橡胶横条6,以使该幕墙窗户在关闭状态下,即所述内层窗扇2与外层窗扇3贴紧时,通过所述橡胶横条6增强气密性,防止外界气流流入室内。
上述安全型幕墙窗户在关闭状态下,所述内层窗扇2与所述外层窗扇3贴合,此时外界气流无法流入;而在需要通风时,拉动所述内层窗扇2使其远离所述外层窗扇3,内层窗扇2与外层窗扇3之间构成通道,则外界气流可以经条形通风口23、33通过该通道进入室内,达到通风效果,同时仅占据极小室内空间,并且不会构成高空坠物的安全隐患。

1.一种安全型幕墙窗户,包括嵌于墙体的框架(1),其特征在于:所述框架(1)内设有外层窗扇(3)与内层窗扇(2),其中所述外层窗扇(3)固定于所述框架(1)内靠近室外处,而所述内层窗扇(2)设于所述框架(1)内靠近室内处,且可在外力作用下沿所述框架(1)前后位移,从而靠近或远离所述外层窗扇(3);所述外层窗扇(3)包括外层玻璃(32)与包围所述外层玻璃(32)的外窗框(31),同样的,所述内层窗扇(2)包括内层玻璃(22)与内窗框(21);所述外层玻璃(32)与所述内层玻璃(22)相对的玻璃面呈平行的斜面,以使所述外层玻璃(32)与所述内层玻璃(22)的侧面呈中心对称的两个直角梯形,其中所述外层玻璃(32)的侧面呈上宽下窄的倒梯形,而所述内层玻璃(22)的侧面呈上窄下宽的梯形;所述外窗框(31)的底部横条与所述内窗框(21)的顶部横条上形成条形通风口(23,33),以使所述外层玻璃(32)与所述内层玻璃(22)未贴紧时,室外的气流能够通过所述条形通风口(23,33)与两层玻璃之间构成的夹层通道流入室内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全型幕墙窗户,其特征在于:所述内层窗扇(2)在顶部与底部各通过二至四个弹性结构连接所述外层窗扇(3),其中所述弹性结构在该幕墙窗户打开时处于自然状态,以使该幕墙窗户在打开时,随着吹来气流的大小变化,所述内层窗扇(2)被风力推动而沿所述框架(1)前后位移。
3.根据权利要求2所述的安全型幕墙窗户,其特征在于:所述内窗框(21)在顶部形成轴向正交于所述内窗框(21),且朝向所述外窗框(31)的柱形凸起(41),同时所述外窗框(31)在对应位置形成相适的凹槽(42)以容纳所述柱形凸起(41),所述凹槽(42)内设有弹簧(43)以连接所述凹槽(42)与所述柱形凸起(41),由此构成所述弹性结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的安全型幕墙窗户,其特征在于:所述内窗框(21)的左右侧边各设有把手与配套的窗锁,使该幕墙窗户处于关闭状态时得以对所述内层窗扇(2)进行固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的安全型幕墙窗户,其特征在于:所述条形通风口(23,33)设有金属网。
6.根据权利要求1所述的安全型幕墙窗户,其特征在于:所述内窗框(21)与外窗框(31)的顶部与底部,在靠近窗玻璃处各设有相对应的橡胶横条(6)。
