本发明涉及一种牙冠生理磨耗面的仿生设计方法,有以下步骤:1)用牙冠计算机辅助设计软件设计牙冠的基本外形,记为数据D1;2)分别提取前伸、左右侧方运动的上下颌牙齿的对应磨耗面;3)以D1临牙上的磨耗面为共同区域,将D1对颌牙齿的磨耗面配准到D1的牙合面;4)用配准后的对颌牙齿磨耗面,作为待修复牙齿的生理磨耗面形态;5)采用3D打印或者数控切削获得生理磨耗面形态修复体。本发明能模仿高级牙科专家设计牙齿生理性磨耗面的过程,实现牙冠表面功能仿生磨耗形态的快速设计。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿生设计,具体涉及一种牙冠生理磨耗面的仿生设计方法。
背景技术
患者牙齿生理性磨耗,一般通过牙科医生凭借自己的经验设计牙齿生理性磨耗面修复体,但设计时间较长,误差较大,还有反复;因此,给患者带来痛苦。本发明能模仿高级牙科专家设计牙齿生理性磨耗面的过程,实现牙冠表面功能仿生磨耗形态的快速设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种牙冠生理磨耗面的仿生设计方法,能模仿高级牙科专家设计牙齿生理性磨耗面的过程,实现牙冠表面功能仿生磨耗形态的快速设计。
为了达到上述目的,本发明有如下技术方案:
本发明的一种牙冠生理磨耗面的仿生设计方法,有以下步骤:
1)用牙冠计算机辅助设计软件设计牙冠的基本外形,记为数据D1;
2)分别提取前伸、左右侧方运动的上下颌牙齿的对应磨耗面;
3)以D1临牙上的磨耗面为共同区域,将D1对颌牙齿的磨耗面配准到D1的牙合面;
4)用配准后的对颌牙齿磨耗面,作为待修复牙齿的生理磨耗面形态;
5)采用3D打印或者数控切削获得生理磨耗面形态修复体。
其中,所述步骤1)的基本外形包括牙冠的颊舌面、近远中邻面和解剖式咬合面。
本发明的优点在于:能显著提升可摘局部义齿的美学效果,降低对基牙的非生理性侧向力,提高可摘局部义齿修复的远期成功率和修复效果。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的一种牙冠生理磨耗面的仿生设计方法,有以下步骤:
1)用牙冠计算机辅助设计软件设计牙冠的基本外形,记为数据D1;
2)分别提取前伸、左右侧方运动的上下颌牙齿的对应磨耗面;
3)以D1临牙上的磨耗面为共同区域,将D1对颌牙齿的磨耗面配准到D1的牙合面;
4)用配准后的对颌牙齿磨耗面,作为待修复牙齿的生理磨耗面形态;
5)采用3D打印或者数控切削获得生理磨耗面形态修复体。
所述步骤1)的基本外形包括牙冠的颊舌面、近远中邻面和解剖式咬合面。

1)用牙冠计算机辅助设计软件设计牙冠的基本外形,记为数据D1;
2)分别提取前伸、左右侧方运动的上下颌牙齿的对应磨耗面;
3)以D1临牙上的磨耗面为共同区域,将D1对颌牙齿的磨耗面配准到D1的牙合面;
4)用配准后的对颌牙齿磨耗面,作为待修复牙齿的生理磨耗面形态;
5)采用3D打印或者数控切削获得生理磨耗面形态修复体。
