本发明公开了一种橡胶圈,涉及密封圈制造技术领域,包括橡胶圈本体,橡胶圈本体包括内橡胶复合层、外橡胶复合层和设在外橡胶复合层与内橡胶复合层之间的中间骨架层;中间骨架层具有设置在环形橡胶圈内的金属网筒,环形橡胶圈包括下列重量份的材料:丁二烯:45份〜55份,丙烯腈21份〜24份,防老剂8份〜11份;外橡胶复合层包括下列重量份的材料:聚氯乙烯树脂80份〜90份,有机桂橡胶20份〜50份,硝酸镁10份〜20份,硝酸锌10份〜20份重量份,纳米氧化钙3份〜5份,石錯的5份〜15份;内橡胶复合层为潘给包芯线。较之现有技术,本发明可以解决现有在高温静密封状态下使用的0型橡胶圈使用寿命的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及密封圈制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于密封的大型橡胶圈。
背景技术
橡胶通常可以分为合成橡胶和天然橡胶两类,两者皆有相当多的应用及产品,例如轮胎、垫圈等。其中,橡胶圈多用作密封或者缓冲领域,特别是0型橡胶圈在气压或者液压密封场合应用广泛。有一种在高温静密封状态下使用的大型的0型橡胶圈;由于0型圈受到密封处的长时间高温的作用,容易出现老化变形导致降低使用寿命的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种橡胶圈,以解决现有在高温静密封状态下使用的0型橡胶圈使用寿命的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:这种橡胶圈包括橡胶圈本体,其特征在于:所述橡胶圈本体包括内橡胶复合层、外橡胶复合层和设在所述外橡胶复合层与所述内橡胶复合层之间的中间骨架层;所述中间骨架层具有设置在环形橡胶圈内的金属网筒,所述环形橡胶圈包括下列重量 份的材料:丁二稀: 45份〜55份,丙烯腈21份〜24份,防老剂8份〜11份;所述外橡胶复合层包括下列重量份的材料:聚氯乙烯树脂80份〜90份,有机硅橡胶20 份〜50份,硝酸镁10份〜20份,硝酸锌10份〜20份重量份,纳米氧化钓3份〜5份,石蜡的5份 〜15份;
所述内橡胶复合层为涤纶包芯线。
上述橡胶圈技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述外橡胶复合层的厚度为0.9毫米〜1.2毫米,所述中间骨架层的厚度为2.5毫米〜3毫米。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:1、由于设置了内、外橡胶复合层、和位于两者之间的中间骨架层,且中间骨架层设有金属网筒,增加了该橡胶圈的刚性; 2、外橡胶复合层采用耐高温材料,内橡胶复合层采用不易变形的涤纶包芯线延长了本橡胶圈的使用寿命。

如图1所示的橡胶圈包括橡胶圈本体,该橡胶圈本体包括内橡胶复合层4、外橡胶复合层1和设在外橡胶复合层1与内橡胶复合层4之间的中间骨架层2;本实施例中间骨架层2的
厚度为2.5毫米;中间骨架层2具有设置在环形橡胶圈内的金属网筒3,金属网筒3由钢丝线 制成,该钢丝线的直径为0.08毫米;环形橡胶圈包括下列重量份的材料:丁二烯:45份,丙烯 腈21份,防老剂8份;外橡胶复合层包括下列重量份的材料:聚氯乙烯树脂80份,有机硅橡胶 20份,硝酸镁10份,硝酸锌10份,纳米氧化钙3份,石蜡的5份;外橡胶复合层的厚度为0.9毫 米;内橡胶复合层4为涤纶包芯线。
实施例2:
本实施例中间骨架层2的厚度为3毫米;中间骨架层2具有设置在环形橡胶圈内的金属网筒3,金属网筒3由钢丝线制成,该钢丝线的直径为0.08毫米;环形橡胶圈包括下列重量份的材料:丁二烯:55份,丙烯腈24份,防老剂11份,金属网筒3由钢丝线制成,该钢丝线的直径为0.08毫米;外橡胶复合层包括下列重量份的材料:聚氯乙烯树脂90份,有机硅橡胶50份,硝酸镁20份,硝酸锌20份重量份,纳米氧化钙5份,石蜡的15份;外橡胶复合层的厚度为0.9毫米〜1.2毫米;内橡胶复合层4为涤纶包芯线;其他特征与实施例1相同。

1.一种橡胶圈,包括橡胶圈本体,其特征在于:所述橡胶圈本体包括内橡胶复合层(4)、外橡胶复合层(1)和设在所述外橡胶复合层(1)与所述内橡胶复合层(4)之间的中间骨架层⑵;所述中间骨架层(2)具有设置在环形橡胶圈内的金属网筒(3),所述环形橡胶圈包括下列重量份的材料:丁二烯: 45份〜55份,丙稀腈21份〜24份,防老剂8份〜11份;所述外橡胶复合层包括下列重量份的材料:聚氯乙烯树脂80份〜90份,有机硅橡胶20 份〜50份,硝酸镁10份〜20份,硝酸锌10份〜20份重量份,纳米氧化钓3份〜5份,石蜡的5份 〜15份;所述内橡胶复合层为涤纶包芯线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶圈,其特征在于:所述外橡胶复合层的厚度为0.9毫米〜1.2毫米,所述中间骨架层⑵的厚度为2.5毫米〜3毫米。
