本发明涉及一种圆柱式空调柜机运动部件轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚动体、保持架和防尘盖;所述保持架内均匀设置滚动体;所述外圈两端防尘槽中分别压入防尘盖;本发明还包括芯轴,所述内圈的宽度大于外圈的宽度;所述内圈中间压入芯轴形成一体,内圈与芯轴紧配合连接,所述芯轴为阶梯轴。本发明的内圈比外圈宽,能提高产品的定位精度;并且在内圈内压入一根芯轴,可减少了客户的组装误差,避免组装的不稳定性,提高产品的整体精确度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆柱式空调柜机运动部件轴承,属于空调配件技术领域。
背景技术
目前,用于圆柱式空调柜机运动部件的轴承主要由外圈、内圈、保持架、滚动体、防尘盖、油脂等组成。采用在外圈和内圈之间安装滚动体,用保持架定位,保持架均匀隔开滚动体以及保持滚动体正确运动,两片金属防尘盖分别放于外圈的防尘槽内,起到防尘和防止油脂外漏,润滑脂起润滑作用。该种轴承装配在工作部件上运转时要求定位精度高,轴承周围环境因水汽多,容易使轴承生锈失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种圆柱式空调柜机运动部件轴承,从而保证轴承及整个部件正常工作、定位准确、运转平稳。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种圆柱式空调柜机运动部件轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚动体、保持架和防尘盖;所述保持架内均匀设置滚动体;所述外圈两端防尘槽中分别压入防尘盖;本发明还包括芯轴,所述内圈的宽度大于外圈的宽度;所述内圈中间压入芯轴形成一体,内圈与芯轴紧配合连接,所述芯轴为阶梯轴。
进一步地,所述外圈、内圈、防尘盖和芯轴分别采用不锈钢材料制成。
进一步地,所述外圈的宽度为4.4mm-4.6mm,所述内圈的宽度为5.4mm-5.6mm。
进一步地,所述外圈的直径为14mm-16mm。
进一步地,所述芯轴的长度为9mm-11mm。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1.套圈、防尘盖、芯轴采用不锈钢的材料,增强了产品在水汽多的环境中的抗生锈能力,延长了产品使用周期。
2.内圈比外圈宽的设计,提高了产品的定位精度。
3.在内圈内压入一根芯轴的设计,减少了客户的组装误差,避免组装的不稳定性,提高产品的整体精确度。

如图1所示,本发明涉及的一种圆柱式空调柜机运动部件轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2、滚动体3、保持架4和防尘盖5;所述保持架4内均匀设置滚动体3;所述外圈1两端防尘槽中分别压入防尘盖5;本发明还包括芯轴6,所述内圈2的宽度大于外圈1的宽度,提高了产品的定位精度;所述内圈2中间压入芯轴6形成一体,内圈2与芯轴6紧配合连接,所述芯轴6为阶梯轴。压入芯轴6减少了客户的组装误差,避免组装的不稳定性,提高产品的整体精确度。
所述外圈1、内圈2、防尘盖5和芯轴6采用不锈钢材料,不锈钢材料增强了产品在水汽多的环境中的抗生锈能力,延长了产品使用周期。
所述外圈1的宽度为4.4mm-4.6mm,所述内圈2的宽度为5.4mm-5.6mm。

1.一种圆柱式空调柜机运动部件轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚动体(3)、保持架(4)和防尘盖(5);所述保持架(4)内均匀设置滚动体(3);所述外圈(1)两端防尘槽中分别压入防尘盖(5);其特征在于,还包括芯轴(6),所述内圈(2)的宽度大于外圈(1)的宽度;所述内圈(2)中间压入芯轴(6)形成一体,内圈(2)与芯轴(6)紧配合连接,所述芯轴(6)为阶梯轴。
2.如权利要求1所述圆柱式空调柜机运动部件轴承,其特征在于,所述外圈(1)、内圈(2)、防尘盖(5)和芯轴(6)分别采用不锈钢材料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述圆柱式空调柜机运动部件轴承,其特征在于,所述外圈(1)的宽度为4.4mm-4.6mm,所述内圈(2)的宽度为5.4mm-5.6mm。
