在建筑用外窗发展进程中,钢窗替代了木窗,铝窗替代了钢窗,塑窗替代了铝窗,断桥铝窗与塑窗共存于现在的市场。断桥铝合金窗通过技术创新将尼龙隔热条与铝型材进行复合达到隔热保温、强度高、耐老化、外形美观等市场需求特点,但材料的保温系数降低带来的材料成本大大增加,市场难于接收。塑窗通过多腔体设计和制造能够使整樘窗的保温系数达到1.0[W/(m2.k)]以下,达到节能80%的需求,却存在窗框焊角开裂的问题,造成保温效果降低。市场上的铝木结合门窗可以满足被动式建筑的节能要求,但整窗造价更高,加工步骤多还不能在市场上广泛推广使用。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种高节能保温铝塑结合窗,兼顾塑窗和铝窗的优势,又能解决加工安装存在问题是十分必要的。
本发明采用的技术解决方案是:一种高节能保温铝塑结合窗,包括窗框、开启扇、批水、中梃、纱网,整窗的最外层上下左右各有一根窗框连接成为外框,窗框由L型断桥铝合金型材和L型塑料异型材组合成多腔体结构,外框内横中和竖中设有中梃,中梃由T型断桥铝合金型材和U型塑料异型材组合成多腔体结构,中梃通过中梃连接件与窗框连为一体,外框和中挺内由上下左右各一根塑料异型材连接成为开启扇,开启扇通过五金件与窗框连接,批水卡到窗框与中梃上面通过五金连接螺钉固定,金刚纱网插入到窗框的室外侧。

本发明的有益效果是不改变现有加工设备,采用巧妙的设计,解决了塑料异型材框焊角开裂的问题,兼顾断桥铝合金型材强度高、耐老化、外形美观的特点,使整樘窗的保温性能满足国家节能要求,优化了整窗成本,降低了加工工艺难度,利于市场推广。

如图5,中梃2是由内侧多腔体铝塑结合中梃U型塑料异型材15、外侧铝塑结合中梃T型断桥铝合金型材14、扣件10组成的T型结构;中挺2内侧型材是上下对称的多腔体铝塑结合中梃U型塑料异型材15,铝塑结合中U型梃塑料异型材15包括凸起结构15-1、压线槽口15-2,铝塑结合中梃U型塑料异型材15一侧上下两端设有压线槽口15-2,铝塑结合中梃U型塑料异型材15另一侧上下两端设有凸起结构15-1,中挺2外侧型材是铝塑结合中梃T型断桥铝合金型材14,铝塑结合中梃T型断桥铝合金型材14包括普通铝合金外框14-1、槽口隔热条14-2、普通铝合金内框14-3,铝塑结合中梃T型断桥铝合金型材14外侧设有普通铝合金外框14-1,普通铝合金外框14-1和普通铝合金内框14-3通过槽口隔热条14-2连接为一体构成铝塑结合中挺T型断桥铝合金型材14,塑料异型材15的凸起结构15-1经过微小弹性变形卡到槽口隔热条14-2的凹槽内,同时,铝塑结合平中挺T型断桥铝合金型材14和铝塑结合中挺U型塑料异型材15上下两端通过扣件10紧固,上下卡紧实现塑料异型材15和断桥铝合金型材14的结合;铝塑结合中梃塑料异型材15上设有平开五金6,平开五金6、铝塑结合中梃塑料异型材15、铝塑结合中梃断桥铝合金7通过五金连接螺钉9连接为一体,实现铝塑结合中梃塑料异型材15和铝塑结合中梃断桥铝合金14上下卡紧结合为一体。塑料异型材批水4扣压安装到中梃2上面,起到加强密封、排水的作用。塑料异型材开启扇3与金刚纱网5之间设置一道密封胶条A、塑料异型材开启扇3与塑料异型材批水4之间设置一道密封胶条B、塑料异型材开启扇3与窗框1之间设置一道密封胶条C,实现开启部位的三道密封。
本发明创造性的将两种各有优势的材料进行了结合,通过设计的细化实现了窗户的功能,经测算整窗隔热保温性能与高节能塑料异型材窗性能基本一致,每平方米的价格比断桥铝合金同等节能效果的降低约为30%-40%,符合国家提倡的节能降耗要求,大大节省了窗户的生产成本,让有更多的普通人家使用上高节能保温的结合窗。

Claims (4)
1.一种高节能保温铝塑结合窗,包括窗框(1)、开启扇(3)、中梃(2)、批水(4)、纱网(5),其特征在于:整窗的最外层上下左右各有一根窗框(1)连接成为外框,窗框(1)由L型断桥铝合金型材(7)和L型塑料异型材(8)组合成多腔体结构,外框内横中和竖中设有中梃(2),中梃(2)由T型断桥铝合金型材(14)和U型塑料异型材(15)组合成多腔体结构,中梃(2)通过中梃连接件(17)与窗框(1)连为一体,外框和中梃(2)内由上下左右各一根塑料异型材连接成为开启扇(3),开启扇(3)通过五金件(6)与窗框(1)和中挺(2)连接,批水(4)卡到窗框(1)与中梃(2)上面通过五金连接螺钉(9)固定,金刚纱网(5)插入到窗框(1)的室外侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高节能保温铝塑结合窗,其特征在于:窗框(1)是由内侧多腔体铝塑结合平开框L型塑料异型材(8)、外侧铝塑结合平开框L型断桥铝合金型材(7)、扣件(10)组成的L型结构;窗框(1)内侧型材是多腔体铝塑结合平开框L型塑料异型材(8),多腔体铝塑结合平开框L型塑料异型材(8)包括槽口(8-1)、凸起(8-2)、压线槽口(8-3)、凸起结构(8-4),铝塑结合平开框塑料异型材(8)内侧上部设有压线槽口(8-3),上部L型端部设有凸起结构(8-4),内侧下部设有槽口(8-1)和凸起(8-2),窗框(1)外侧型材是多腔体铝塑结合平开框L型断桥铝合金型材(7),铝塑结合平开框L型断桥铝合金型材(7)包括槽口隔热条(7-1)、隔热条(7-2)、普通铝合金外框(7-3)、普通铝合金内框(7-4)、凸起结构(7-5),铝塑结合平开框L型断桥铝合金型材(7)外侧设有普通铝合金外框(7-3),普通铝合金外框(7-3)和普通铝合金内框(7-4)通过槽口隔热条(7-1)和隔热条(7-2)连接为一体构成铝塑结合平开框L型断桥铝合金型材(7),铝塑结合平开框L型塑料异型材(8)的凸起结构(8-4)经过微小弹性变形卡到槽口隔热条(7-1)的凹槽内,同时铝塑结合平开框L型断桥铝合金型材(7)的下部凸起结构(7-5)经过微小变形卡到槽口(8-1)内,同时,铝塑结合平开框L型断桥铝合金型材(7)和铝塑结合平开框L型塑料异型材(8)上下两端通过扣件(10)紧固,上下卡紧实现塑料异型材(8)和断桥铝合金型材(7)的结合;塑料异型材(8)上设有平开五金(6),平开五金(6)、铝塑结合平开框塑料异型材(8)、铝塑结合平开框断桥铝合金型材(7)通过五金连接螺钉(9)连接为一体,实现铝塑结合平开框塑料异型材(8)和铝塑结合平开框断桥铝合金型材(7)上下卡紧结合为一体;铝塑结合平开框断桥铝合金型材(7)顶部设有铝合金刚纱网型材(11),金刚纱网型材(11)上设有金刚纱网(5)和金刚纱网压线(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高节能保温铝塑结合窗,其特征在于:中梃(2)是由内侧多腔体铝塑结合中梃U型塑料异型材(15)、外侧铝塑结合中梃T型断桥铝合金型材(14)、扣件(10)组成的T型结构;中梃(2)内侧型材是上下对称的多腔体铝塑结合中梃U型塑料异型材(15),铝塑结合中梃U型塑料异型材(15)包括凸起结构(15-1)、压线槽口(15-2),铝塑结合中梃U型塑料异型材(15)一侧上下两端设有压线槽口(15-2),铝塑结合中梃U型塑料异型材(15)另一侧上下两端设有凸起结构(15-1),中梃(2)外侧型材是铝塑结合中梃T型断桥铝合金型材(14),铝塑结合中梃T型断桥铝合金型材(14)包括普通铝合金外框(14-1)、槽口隔热条(14-2)、普通铝合金内框(14-3),铝塑结合中梃T型断桥铝合金型材(14)外侧设有普通铝合金外框(14-1),普通铝合金外框(14-1)和普通铝合金内框(14-3)通过槽口隔热条(14-2)连接为一体构成铝塑结合中梃T型断桥铝合金型材(14),塑料异型材(15)的凸起结构(15-1)经过微小弹性变形卡到槽口隔热条(14-2)的凹槽内,同时,铝塑结合平中梃T型断桥铝合金型材(14)和铝塑结合中梃U型塑料异型材(15)上下两端通过扣件(10)紧固,上下卡紧实现塑料异型材(15)和断桥铝合金型材(14)的结合;铝塑结合中梃塑料异型材(15)上设有平开五金(6),平开五金(6)、铝塑结合中梃塑料异型材(15)、铝塑结合中梃断桥铝合金型材(14)通过五金连接螺钉(9)连接为一体,实现铝塑结合中梃塑料异型材(15)和铝塑结合中梃断桥铝合金(14)上下卡紧结合为一体。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高节能保温铝塑结合窗,其特征在于:塑料异型材开启扇(3)与金刚纱网(5)之间设置一道密封胶条(A)、塑料异型材开启扇(3)与塑料异型材批水(4)之间设置一道密封胶条(B)、塑料异型材开启扇(3)与窗框(1)之间设置一道密封胶条(C),实现开启部位的三道密封。
