本发明公开了建筑用聚合物防水材料,包括以下组分:聚合物改性弹性乳液、聚醋酸乙烯酯碳酸钙复合材料、聚氨酯、复合乳化剂、有机磷酸盐、液态硅溶胶、硅酸盐水泥、微硅、粉煤灰、纳米氧化锡锑、纳米钛白粉。本发明在建筑物及基面形成多层次的、不易破坏的永久性防水防腐整体,更好的发挥防水材料耐寒、耐热、耐老化、抗菌、环保、寿命长等的优良特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水材料,具体涉及建筑用聚合物防水材料。
背景技术
目前,全世界用于建筑物防水的材料概括起来无非有两中:一种是刚性防水;一种是柔性防水。其中普遍采用的刚性防水是在建筑物基面另加钢筋混凝土砂浆防水层。这种防水层与基面结合不够紧密,且防水层本身存在分子空隙,在水的作用下钢筋容易腐蚀膨胀,导致防水层开裂而失去防水防腐效果。同样,目前普遍采用的柔性防水是在建筑物基面涂刷有机物防水涂料,形成防护层。这种防护层不但容易老化、分层、脱落,也容易在外力的作用下被破坏,从而失去应有的防水防腐性能。
上述两种防水材料都是在建筑物表面涂刷防水层。这样,无论是刚性防水还是柔性防水,都不能与建筑物基面结合为统一的整体。因此,很容易出现分层、开裂、老化、脱落等现象,严重影响了防水的质量和效果,无法对建筑物真正起到防水防腐的性能,从而降低了建筑物的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有防水材料防水效果差,使用寿命短,目的在于提供建筑用聚合物防水材料,解决现有防水材料防水效果差,使用寿命短的问题。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
建筑用聚合物防水材料,包括以下组分:聚合物改性弹性乳液、聚醋酸乙烯酯碳酸钙复合材料、聚氨酯、复合乳化剂、有机磷酸盐、液态硅溶胶、硅酸盐水泥、微硅、粉煤灰、纳米氧化锡锑、纳米钛白粉。
本发明在建筑物及基面形成多层次的、不易破坏的永久性防水防腐整体,更好的发挥防水材料耐寒、耐热、耐老化、抗菌、环保、寿命长等的优良特性。
所述的建筑用聚合物防水材料,包括以下重量份数的组分:20-30份聚合物改性弹性乳液、10-30份聚醋酸乙烯酯碳酸钙复合材料、10-20份聚氨酯、10-15份复合乳化剂、8-12份有机磷酸盐、5-10份液态硅溶胶、8-20份硅酸盐水泥、10-30份微硅、20-25份粉煤灰、3-8份纳米氧化锡锑、3-8份纳米钛白粉。
所述的建筑用聚合物防水材料,包括以下重量份数的组分:25-30份聚合物改性弹性乳液、25-30份聚醋酸乙烯酯碳酸钙复合材料、10-18份聚氨酯、13-15份复合乳化剂、10-12份有机磷酸盐、6-10份液态硅溶胶、12-20份硅酸盐水泥、28-30份微硅、23-25份粉煤灰、6-8份纳米氧化锡锑、3-5份纳米钛白粉。
所述的建筑用聚合物防水材料,包括以下重量份数的组分:28份聚合物改性弹性乳液、30份聚醋酸乙烯酯碳酸钙复合材料、16份聚氨酯、14份复合乳化剂、11份有机磷酸盐、8份液态硅溶胶、18份硅酸盐水泥、29份微硅、24份粉煤灰、7份纳米氧化锡锑、4份纳米钛白粉。
所述复合乳化剂包括以下组分:十八酸、十六酸、十四酸、油酸。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明建筑用聚合物防水材料的防水性能好,能够严密封堵砂浆、混凝土基面的分子空隙,使用寿命长;
2、本发明建筑用聚合物防水材料中结合了有机材料与无机材料,具有耐老化、耐候性强、与水泥基层有化学结合力、不脱皮、耐热、防火、无毒、无污染及节约能源等特点;
3、本发明建筑用聚合物防水材料制备原料易得。

实施例1
本发明建筑用聚合物防水材料,包括以下组分:聚合物改性弹性乳液、聚醋酸乙烯酯碳酸钙复合材料、聚氨酯、复合乳化剂、有机磷酸盐、液态硅溶胶、硅酸盐水泥、微硅、粉煤灰、纳米氧化锡锑、纳米钛白粉。所述复合乳化剂包括以下组分:十八酸、十六酸、十四酸、油酸。
本发明在建筑物及基面形成多层次的、不易破坏的永久性防水防腐整体,更好的发挥防水材料耐寒、耐热、耐老化、抗菌、环保、寿命长等的优良特性。

基于实施例1,所述的建筑用聚合物防水材料,包括以下重量份数的组分:20-30份聚合物改性弹性乳液、10-30份聚醋酸乙烯酯碳酸钙复合材料、10-20份聚氨酯、10-15份复合乳化剂、8-12份有机磷酸盐、5-10份液态硅溶胶、8-20份硅酸盐水泥、10-30份微硅、20-25份粉煤灰、3-8份纳米氧化锡锑、3-8份纳米钛白粉。
实施例3
基于上述实施例,所述的建筑用聚合物防水材料,包括以下重量份数的组分:25-30份聚合物改性弹性乳液、25-30份聚醋酸乙烯酯碳酸钙复合材料、10-18份聚氨酯、13-15份复合乳化剂、10-12份有机磷酸盐、6-10份液态硅溶胶、12-20份硅酸盐水泥、28-30份微硅、23-25份粉煤灰、6-8份纳米氧化锡锑、3-5份纳米钛白粉。
实施例4
基于上述实施例,所述的建筑用聚合物防水材料,包括以下重量份数的组分:28份聚合物改性弹性乳液、30份聚醋酸乙烯酯碳酸钙复合材料、16份聚氨酯、14份复合乳化剂、11份有机磷酸盐、8份液态硅溶胶、18份硅酸盐水泥、29份微硅、24份粉煤灰、7份纳米氧化锡锑、4份纳米钛白粉。
