背景技术
现代建筑领域中,越来越多的粉煤灰砖头被用作非承重墙面的垒砌,其具有经济环保、节约农田、制作成本低以及改善建筑高能等优点。现有技术的粉煤灰砖的制作方法中,没有统一的规范和标准,制作完成的粉煤灰砖质量参差不齐,过多的重复工序使得生产效率降低,加大了工人的劳动负担,提高了成本。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种粉煤灰砖的制作工艺,使用该工艺制造粉煤灰砖,可以简化其生产流程,提高其成品质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种粉煤灰砖的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)称重:按重量份配比称取物料粉煤灰46-68份、黄沙17-22份、粗砂8-11份以及石灰23-31份;
(2)破碎:将称量好的物料简单混合后放入辊式破碎机进行破碎;
(3)加水:将破碎后的物料加水后充分搅拌;
(4)轮碾:将加水搅拌后的物料进行轮碾;
(5)切割:将压实后的物料切割成砖;
(6)烧结:将砖型物料放入烧结炉进行烧结;
(7)冷却:将烧结后的粉煤灰砖取出并自然冷却,冷却后即完成粉煤灰砖的制作。
优选地,所述步骤(3)的加水量为23%。
本发明的一种粉煤灰砖的制作工艺,经过简单的步骤即可完成粉煤灰砖的制作,提高了产品的硬度和承重能力,具有很好的应用前景。

(3)加水:向破碎后的物料中加入23%的水后充分搅拌;
(4)轮碾:将加水搅拌后的物料进行轮碾;
(5)切割:将压实后的物料切割成砖;
(6)烧结:将砖型物料放入烧结炉进行烧结;
(7)冷却:将烧结后的粉煤灰砖取出并自然冷却,冷却后即完成粉煤灰砖的制作。
经此步骤制成的粉煤灰砖,良品率高,硬度和承重能力都有一定的提高。

经此步骤制成的粉煤灰砖,良品率高,硬度和承重能力都有一定的提高。

(1)称重:按重量份配比称取物料粉煤灰46-68份、黄沙17-22份、粗砂8-11份以及石灰23-31份;

(3)加水:将破碎后的物料加水后充分搅拌;
