技术领域
本发明涉及纸幅分切技术领域,尤其涉及一种可调整双螺旋线刀剪切角度的横向分切机装置。
背景技术
纸张是由纸幅按照要求进行裁切得到的,对于纸幅的裁切通常采用上、下辊的结构,如图7,即在上辊组件2安装上刀片3,在下辊组件4安装下刀片5,上辊及下辊的同步反向转动,实现纸幅裁切的目的,通常情况下,裁切同种规格(包括厚度和材质的相同)纸幅时,将上、下刀片分别调整至合适的角度及位置,达到纸幅裁切合格的目的,即裁切后切口无纸毛、切口直线度在误差范围内,但是当更换其他不同规格(即纸幅的材质和厚度均发生变化)的纸幅时,则出现切口有纸毛、切口直线度超过误差范围的问题,导致纸张裁切不合格,这种裁切不合格的问题需要调整上、下刀片的角度得到解决,但是传统裁切装置的上、下刀片角度比较难调整,该问题是困扰行业多年的技术瓶颈,制约着生产。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上、下刀片难以调整角度的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可调整双螺旋线刀剪切角度的横向分切机装置,实现快速调整上、下刀片角度的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种可调整双螺旋线刀剪切角度的横向分切机装置,包括箱体、转动连接于箱体的上辊组件、与所述上辊组件连接的上刀片、转动连接于箱体的下辊组件、与所述下辊组件连接的下刀片、用于驱动下辊组件或/和上辊组件同步转动的驱动组件,下辊组件、上辊组件平行设置,外界纸张经由下辊组件与上辊组件之间经过,所述上刀片与下刀片配合用于裁切外界纸幅,所述上辊组件包括上辊及上转动体;
所述上辊设有上容置槽,所述上转动体容置于上容置槽并与上辊可拆卸连接;
所述上转动体设有用于容置上刀片的上刀槽,所述上刀片与所述上转动体可拆卸连接;
所述下辊组件包括下辊及下转动体;
所述下辊设有下容置槽,所述下转动体容置于下容置槽并与下辊可拆卸连接;
所述下转动体设有用于容置下刀片的下刀槽,所述下刀片与所述下转动体可拆卸连接。
进一步的,所述上转动体设有若干个上螺纹孔,若干个上螺纹孔均与上刀槽连通,外界螺丝螺接于上螺纹孔并与上刀片抵触。
进一步的,所述上辊组件还包括上刀锁紧件,所述上刀锁紧件的侧壁与所述上刀槽的侧壁体间距设置,所述上刀片设于上刀锁紧件与上刀槽的侧壁体之间。
进一步的,所述上刀锁紧件设有若干个上通孔,外界螺丝穿过上通孔并与上转动体螺接。

本发明的有益效果:通过在上辊设置上转动体,上转动体设置上刀片,上转动体相对上辊的转动,实现调整上刀片角度的目的,同理,在下辊设置下转动体,下转动体设置下刀片,下转动体相对下辊的转动,实现调整下刀片角度的目的,实现同一装置,裁切不同规格纸幅的目的,并且达到提高生产效率,降低生产成本的目的。

具体的,本实施例中,上辊21呈圆柱状,沿圆柱长度方向加工上容置槽211,上转动体22呈圆柱状,上容置槽211的形状与上转动体22相同,上转动件22可以在上容置槽211内转动,在上转动体22的本体加工左螺旋状的上刀槽221,上刀片3固定连接于上转动体22,通过转动上转动体22在上容置槽211的角度,调整上刀片3相对于上辊21的角度,实现调整上刀片3角度的目的,上刀片3角度调整合适后,将上转动体22固定于上辊21,在上辊21沿上容置槽211的长度方向加工若干个上侧通孔212,每个上侧通孔212均与上容置槽211连通,若干个外界螺丝分别穿过若干个上侧通孔212并与上转动体22抵触,实现上转动体22的固定,进入待工作状态,同理,下辊41呈圆柱状,沿圆柱长度方向加工下容置槽411,下转动体42呈圆柱状,下容置槽411的形状与下转动体42相同,下转动体42可以在下容置槽411内转动,在下转动体42的本体加工呈右螺旋状的下刀槽421,下刀片5固定连接于下转动体42,通过转动下转动体42相对于下容置槽411的角度,调整下刀片5相对于下辊41的角度,实现调整下刀片5角度的目的,下刀片5角度调整合适后,将下转动体42固定于下辊41,在下辊41沿下容置槽411长度方向加工若干个下侧通孔412,每个下侧通孔412均与下容置槽411连通,若干个外界螺丝分别穿过若干个下侧通孔412并与下转动体42抵触,实现下转动体42的固定,进入待工作状态,针对不同材质的纸幅,将上刀片3与下刀片5分别调整,直至合适角度,实现合格裁切的目的。
通过在上辊21设置上转动体22,上转动体22设置上刀片3,上转动体22相对上辊21的转动,实现调整上刀片3角度的目的,同理,在下辊41设置下转动体42,下转动体42设置下刀片5,下转动体42相对下辊41的转动,实现调整下刀片5角度的目的,实现同一装置,裁切不同规格纸幅的目的,并且达到提高生产效率,降低生产成本的目的。
