本发明公开了一种伸缩式供电轨道,包括:条形供电底座,内部设有沿长度方向延伸的两根导电条,一端设有与两根导电条电连接的第一外接端子;取电模块,长度方向上滑动且径向上固定在所述条形供电底座上;所述取电模块包括:杆状外壳,设有中空结构;第二外接端子,设置在所述杆状外壳远离第一外接端子的一端;两个电接触件,设置在所述杆状外壳远离第二外接端子的位置上且分别抵紧在两根导电条上实现所述取电模块定位和电连接;两根条形导电件,设置在所述杆状外壳的中空结构内,两端分别电连接所述第二外接端子和两个电接触件;本发明解决了现有技术中货架中导线长度过长以及需要预留导线的问题,减短理线的时间,增加美观度还提升了安全性。

Description

一种伸缩式供电轨道
技术领域
本发明涉及货架供电技术领域,特别是一种伸缩式供电轨道。
背景技术
超市、商场等场合的货架层板在安装灯具时,供电导线需要从货架背面引出后沿层板下方的侧面托架走线然后与灯具相连,现有技术中,供电导线主要由带磁铁的线扣固定在层板托架上。但是在实际使用过程中,货架层板的宽度会时常进行调整,这就导致灯具安装位置也随之变化,继而使得导线长度也得跟随调整以满足灯具安装位置要求,这样就需要调整或者预留一定的导线,不仅仅增加理线的时间,而且现有设计的供电导线裸露在外,不仅不美观还存在安全隐患。
为了克服上述问题,有研究者提出了一些导轨式的供电系统,通过设置导轨和取电头来实现供电,但是上述结构中的导轨长度不可变,还是无法适用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种伸缩式供电轨道,以解决上述技术问题。
一种伸缩式供电轨道,包括:
条形供电底座,内部设有沿长度方向延伸的两根导电条,一端设有与两根导电条电连接的第一外接端子;
取电模块,长度方向上滑动且径向上固定在所述条形供电底座上;
所述取电模块包括:
杆状外壳,设有中空结构;
第二外接端子,设置在所述杆状外壳远离第一外接端子的一端;
两个电接触件,设置在所述杆状外壳远离第二外接端子的位置上且分别抵紧在两根导电条上实现所述取电模块定位和电连接;
两根条形导电件,设置在所述杆状外壳的中空结构内,两端分别电连接所述第二外接端子和两个电接触件。
优选的,所述条形供电底座的横截面为U型槽。
优选的,所述杆状外壳在宽度方向上的两侧与所述U型槽的两边卡扣配合。
优选的,所述导电条设置在所述U型槽的底面上。
优选的,所述电接触件为弹片结构。
优选的,所述杆状外壳的端部设有封装中空结构的端盖。
优选的,所述弹片结构包括:
固定连接部,设置在所述端盖中,一端与条形导电件电连接;
弹性弯折部,由所述固定连接部的另一端朝向条形供电底座延伸形成。
优选的,所述导电条和条形导电件采用铁磁性物质,所述电接触件采用磁铁且在长度方向上固定在所述条形导电件上。
优选的,所述杆状外壳设有并排的两个中空结构,两个条形导电件分别穿过其中一个中空结构。
优选的,所述杆状外壳朝向条形供电底座的一侧设有连通至中空结构的两个安装槽,所述条形导电件作为安装槽的底面,所述电接触件一侧吸附在所述安装槽内,另一侧吸附在对应的导电条上。
本发明的技术效果:
本发明的伸缩式供电轨道,结构简单,安装制造方便,解决了现有技术中,货架中导线长度过长以及需要预留导线长度的问题,减短理线的时间,减少导线裸露,增加美观度还提升了安全性。

具体实施方式
以下基于附图对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
如图1~5所示,本实施例的伸缩式供电轨道包括条形供电底座100和取电模块200,条形供电底座100内部设有沿长度方向延伸的两根导电条101,条形供电底座100的一端设有与两根导电条101电连接的第一外接端子102;第一外接端子102用于外接电源或者其他供电导轨,可以是插接件,也可以是取电模块。条形供电底座100的两端设有端盖105,其中一个用于连接第一外接端子102,另一个用于防止取电模块200脱出。
上述的电连接可以通过焊接、抵接等方式实现。条形供电底座100和取电模块200上还设有用于固定的磁石300。
取电模块200长度方向上滑动且径向上固定在条形供电底座100上,从而实现取电并供电给灯具,在现有技术中,一般是取电头的结构,取电头上直接连接外接端子插接灯具实现供电,为了适应不同深度的层板的供电安装需要,本实施例中,取电模块200包括杆状外壳201、第二外接端子202、两个电接触件203和两根条形导电件204。
杆状外壳201具有长度且设有中空结构2011,第二外接端子202设置在杆状外壳201远离第一外接端子102的一端,两个电接触件203设置在杆状外壳201远离第二外接端子202的位置上且分别抵紧在两根导电条101上实现取电模块200定位和电连接;两根条形导电件204设置在杆状外壳201的中空结构内,两端分别电连接第二外接端子202和两个电接触件203。杆状外壳201起到保护条形导电件204的作用。
上述结构得到了伸缩式的供电轨道,第一外接端子102和第二外接端子202分布在伸缩式供电轨道的两端,可以根据层板或者其他安装设备的尺寸需求进行长度的调整,此时第一外接端子102和第二外接端子202外接线可以设置的很短,从而避免了导线长度也得跟随灯具安装位置调整,不再需要预留一定的导线,减短理线的时间,减少导线裸露,增加美观度还提升了安全性。
为了便于安装和拆卸,本实施例的条形供电底座100的横截面为U型槽,杆状外壳201在宽度方向上的两侧与U型槽的两边103卡扣配合,实现径向上的固定,结构简单,拆装方便。
导电条101可以设置在U型槽的内侧和外侧,为了实现良好的电接触,本实施例中,导电条101设置在U型槽的底面104上。
电接触件203的形式很多,为了便于制造和安装,保证良好的电接触,本实施例中,电接触件203采用弹片结构,具体的安装方式和结构也很多,可以采用弹片、弹针、弹珠灯多种结构。具体的,本实施例中,杆状外壳201的端部设有封装中空结构的端盖205,弹片结构包括固定连接部2031和弹性弯折部2032。固定连接部2031设置在端盖205中,一端与条形导电件204电连接;本实施例中,条形导电件204为导线的形式,弹性弯折部2032由固定连接部2031的另一端朝向条形供电底座100延伸形成。
具体的,端盖205中设有条形的卡槽2051,固定连接部2031为条形导电片,穿过卡槽2051,卡槽2051上设有用于定位固定连接部2031的缩颈段2052,弹性弯折部2032由固定连接部2031的另一端向下弯折后在再朝向条形导电件204方向翻折回固定连接部2031形成,末端抵顶在固定连接部2031上。
由于取电模块200在径向上固定在条形供电底座100上,弹性弯折部2032被压紧后产生阻尼,起到定位的作用。
实施例2
如图6~9所示,本实施例中,除了取电模块200以外,其余结构与实施例1相同,本实施例中,导电条101和条形导电件204采用铁磁性物质,常见的,采用铁基导电,电接触件203采用磁铁且在长度方向上固定在条形导电件204上。
为了减少两根条形导电件204之间的干涉,杆状外壳201设有并排的两个中空结构2011,两个条形导电件204分别穿过其中一个中空结构2011。杆状外壳201朝向条形供电底座100的一侧设有连通至中空结构2011的两个安装槽2012,条形导电件204作为安装槽2012的底面,电接触件203一侧吸附在安装槽2012内,另一侧吸附在对应的导电条101上。电接触件203为矩形结构,部分嵌入安装槽2012,另一部分在导电条101上滑动。
上述结构中,电接触件203可以是固定在安装槽2012中,也可以是活动安装。

Claims (10)

1.一种伸缩式供电轨道,包括:
条形供电底座(100),内部设有沿长度方向延伸的两根导电条(101),一端设有与两根导电条(101)电连接的第一外接端子(102);
取电模块(200),长度方向上滑动且径向上固定在所述条形供电底座(100)上;
其特征在于,所述取电模块(200)包括:
杆状外壳(201),设有中空结构(2011);
第二外接端子(202),设置在所述杆状外壳(201)远离第一外接端子(102)的一端;
两个电接触件(203),设置在所述杆状外壳(201)远离第二外接端子(202)的位置上且分别抵紧在两根导电条(101)上实现所述取电模块(200)定位和电连接;
两根条形导电件(204),设置在所述杆状外壳(201)的中空结构内,两端分别电连接所述第二外接端子(202)和两个电接触件(203)。
2.如权利要求1所述的伸缩式供电轨道,其特征在于,所述条形供电底座(100)的横截面为U型槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的伸缩式供电轨道,其特征在于,所述杆状外壳(201)在宽度方向上的两侧与所述U型槽的两边(103)卡扣配合。
4.如权利要求1所述的伸缩式供电轨道,其特征在于,所述导电条(101)设置在所述U型槽的底面(104)上。
5.如权利要求1所述的伸缩式供电轨道,其特征在于,所述电接触件(203)为弹片结构。
6.如权利要求1~5任一权利要求所述的伸缩式供电轨道,其特征在于,所述杆状外壳(201)的端部设有封装中空结构的端盖(205)。
7.如权利要求6所述的伸缩式供电轨道,其特征在于,所述弹片结构包括:
固定连接部(2031),设置在所述端盖(205)中,一端与条形导电件(204)电连接;
弹性弯折部(2032),由所述固定连接部(2031)的另一端朝向条形供电底座(100)延伸形成。
8.如权利要求1~5任一权利要求所述的伸缩式供电轨道,其特征在于,所述导电条(101)和条形导电件(204)采用铁磁性物质,所述电接触件(203)采用磁铁且在长度方向上固定在所述条形导电件(204)上。
9.如权利要求8所述的伸缩式供电轨道,其特征在于,所述杆状外壳(201)设有并排的两个中空结构(2011),两个条形导电件(204)分别穿过其中一个中空结构(2011)。
10.如权利要求9所述的伸缩式供电轨道,其特征在于,所述杆状外壳(201)朝向条形供电底座(100)的一侧设有连通至中空结构(2011)的两个安装槽(2012),所述条形导电件(204)作为安装槽(2012)的底面,所述电接触件(203)一侧吸附在所述安装槽(2012)内,另一侧吸附在对应的导电条(101)上。
