In industrial production facilities, heat exchange components are often used to exchange heat with a flowing gas or liquid. Example 1, as shown in fig. 5, includes a driving device 5. As shown in fig. 1, the pipe box 1 is included, the walls of the pipe box 1 are hidden in the drawing, a plurality of pipes 11 are included in the inner space of the pipe box 1, condensed substances such as condensed water are provided in the pipes 11, and gas is heat-exchanged with the pipes 11 by flowing in the pipe box 1, i.e., moving at the gaps between the plurality of pipes 11. Due to the increase of desulphurisation substances, there are residues on the outer walls of the pipe 11, which residues need to be removed in this case.
In this case, the driving device 5 is installed outside the casing of the tube box 1, which is disadvantageous for installation due to the narrow space in the inner box. The design of the drive device 5 with the added stroke is due to the fact that the cleaning device is added to the pipe box 1, which is often a secondary refitting project. When the pipe box 1 is initially installed, because the reasons are not considered, the outside of the pipe box 1 is often a fixed frame and other parts, so that the stroke of the driving device 5 is also very limited, and the design of increasing the stroke can be used for meeting the effective moving stroke requirement of the cleaning assembly 2 in a limited narrow space.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a frame 3 is mounted in the pipe box 1, and the frame 3 includes a guide rail 31. Comprising a transmission member 4, the transmission member 4 comprising a trolley 42 and a connecting cord 41. The connecting rope 41 is connected with the output piece 6 in fig. 5, and the connecting rope 41 moves under the driving of the output piece 6, so that the sliding vehicle 42 is driven to move on the track 31.
As shown in fig. 7, the specific structure of the slide car 42 includes a car body 421, and wheels 424 mounted on the car body 421. The wheel 424 includes a central inner wheel 4241 and two side outer buckles 4242. The inner wheel 4241 is abutted against the rail 31, and the two outer fastening surfaces 4242 are fastened to the side surfaces of the rail 31.
The body 421 is provided with a rope groove 423, the rope groove 423 extends in a vertical direction, and the connecting rope 41 passes through the rope groove 423 and is fixedly connected with the body 421 by a component such as a screw bolt, thereby driving the sliding vehicle 42 to move. The connecting rope 41 is protected by providing a circular arc-shaped rope protecting curved surface 4231 on the upper and lower end surfaces of the rope groove 423.
A connection hole 422 is provided in the middle of the vehicle body 421 for connecting the cleaning assembly 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cleaning assembly 2 comprises a plurality of cleaning rows 21, two in fig. 2, adjacent cleaning rows 21 being connected by means of a co-link 22. Each row of cleaning rows 21 includes a connecting shaft 211 and a plurality of cleaning sheets 213 connected thereto and arranged parallel to each other.
The coupling shaft 211 is coupled to the coupling hole 422 of the slider car 42. The connection shaft 211 is connected to the connection block 212, and the cleaning sheet 213 is mounted on the connection block 212. By driving the cleaning sheet 213 to move back and forth, the outer wall of the pipe 11 is wiped clean.
The pipe 11 is sometimes fragile due to the different materials and models. In order to avoid damage to the pipeline 11 during cleaning, the double buffer protection design of the cleaning assembly 2 is adopted in the technical scheme.
Specifically, the connection block 212 includes an upper clip portion 2121 and a lower base portion 2122. The clip portion 2121 includes two clips with a gap therebetween. The middle parts of the two clamping pieces are provided with through holes for the connecting shafts 211 to pass through. Grooves are provided in both clips, the grooves extending over the threads. The user screws into the groove using fasteners 2124 such as bolts, screws, etc., to adjust the tightness between the two jaws. On the one hand, the design enables an operator to install and debug in a narrow space in the pipe box 1 by one hand, and the operation is convenient. On the other hand, the tightness of the two clips is adjusted by adjusting the screwing degree of the bolt, thereby adjusting the firmness of the cleaning sheet 213. If the user sends the tightness adjustment to a point, the cleaning sheet 213 will rotate itself when touching the pipe 11 as a displacement buffer, so as to protect the outer wall of the pipe 11.
Second, a mounting groove 2123 is formed in the base 2122, and the cleaning blade 213 is connected to the mounting groove 2123 by means of a bolt or the like. As shown in fig. 4, the bolts pass through retention holes 2133 in main plate 2131. And the main piece 2131 is provided with a frangible groove 2132. The area of the connecting portions on both sides of the frangible groove 2132 is small. When the cleaning sheet 213 hits the outer side of the wall of the pipe 11, if the acting force between the cleaning sheet 213 and the wall is too strong, the cleaning sheet 213 breaks at the frangible groove 2132, so as to avoid the rigid contact on the outer side of the wall of the pipe 11, and protect the pipe 11.
