本发明涉及装饰膜的技术领域,尤其是一种PP装饰膜,其按照重量份计:所述的PP装饰膜的原料包括如下组分:8030NHS 10~20份、PP粉30~50份、钙粉20~40份、UV9900 0.1~0.3份、二氧化硅消光剂0.1~0.5份、硅酮母粒0.1~0.5份、POE 1~5份、芥酸酰胺0.1~0.5份和钛白粉1~10份。该PP装饰膜,配方合理,制作工艺方便,以热熔压延PP为基底材料,底面复合耐高温涂层,表面经过化学修饰附着印刷油墨和耐磨层,在很大程度上提高了PP薄膜的耐磨性能和耐刮擦性能,大大提高使用寿命,便于广泛推广和使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰膜的技术领域,尤其是一种PP装饰膜。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,装饰膜在各行各业中得到了广泛的使用。目前市场上使用的装饰膜由各种不同的材料制成。其中,采用PP材料制成的居多,目前用PP材料制成的装饰膜,在长期的使用过程中发现其存在不易粘结和印刷的缺陷,而且薄膜的表面耐磨性和耐刮擦性能较差,导致整体使用寿命受到很大的影响,人们需要经常性的更换,给人们的使用带来了很大的不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,提供一种PP装饰膜,配方合理,制作工艺方便,以热熔压延PP为基底材料,底面复合耐高温涂层,表面经过化学修饰附着印刷油墨和耐磨层,在很大程度上提高了PP薄膜的耐磨性能和耐刮擦性能,大大提高使用寿命,便于广泛推广和使用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种PP装饰膜,按照重量份计:所述的PP装饰膜的原料包括如下组分:8030NHS 10~20份、PP粉30~50份、钙粉20~40份、UV9900 0.1~0.3份、二氧化硅消光剂0.1~0.5份、硅酮母粒0.1~0.5份、POE 1~5份、芥酸酰胺0.1~0.5份、PE0~5份和钛白粉1~10份。
进一步地限定,上述技术方案中,按照重量份计:所述的PP装饰膜的原料包括如下组分:8030NHS 15~20份、PP粉35~50份、钙粉20~30份、UV9900 0.1~0.2份、二氧化硅消光剂0.3~0.5份、硅酮母粒0.1~0.4份、POE 2~5份、芥酸酰胺0.1~0.4份、PE3~5份和钛白粉5~10份。
一种PP装饰膜的制备方法,包括如下生产步骤:S1、按比例称量上述原料,放入料仓内进行初步混合;S2、将初步混合好后的原料送入密炼机之中热炼;S3、将热混炼好的原料送入二辊开炼混料;S4、将热混炼后的原料经过过滤设备;S5、将过滤的原料经过五辊压延初步成型;S6、冷压花使产品定型;S7、经过冷却轮冷却完全定型;S8、对产品两面电晕处理;S9、将成品卷曲成卷;S10、去到涂布机对两面涂上涂料。
进一步地限定,上述技术方案中,所述的S10中的涂层的涂料为UV。
进一步地限定,上述技术方案中,所述的S3中各个轧辊之间的温度为170℃~175℃。
进一步地限定,上述技术方案中,所述的S5中各个轧辊之间的温度为50℃~80℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的一种PP装饰膜,配方合理,制作工艺方便,以热熔压延PP为基底材料,底面复合耐高温涂层,表面经过化学修饰附着印刷油墨和耐磨层,在很大程度上提高了PP薄膜的耐磨性能和耐刮擦性能,大大提高使用寿命,便于广泛推广和使用。
具体实施方式
在本申请中,8030NHS,是一种塑料粒子,可以用于基础成型;PP粉,是PP薄膜在制取过程中的主要原料;钙粉的添加,可以有效增强PP薄膜的稳定性;UV9900的添加,是为了提高整体PP薄膜抗紫外线的性能;本申请中采用了在一次压延过后的正反双面涂料进行涂层,表面经过化学修饰附着印刷油墨和耐磨层,在很大程度上提高了PP薄膜的耐磨性能和耐刮擦性能,大大提高使用寿命;二氧化硅消光剂的添加,可以提高PP薄膜的强消光性能,增强薄膜的透光性;硅酮母粒,是一种塑料粒子加工助剂;POE是一种弹性体;芥酸酰胺是一种塑料成型过程中的滑剂。在本申请中,通过添加钛白粉,可以有效的提高抗黄变性能,钛白粉,相对密度为4.26,折光率为2.72,能够反射或者折射大部分可见光,而且还能很好的吸收波长小于410nm的紫外线,耐热性、耐候性好,屏蔽紫外线的作用也较强;但是钛白粉的添加量在进行装饰膜制取过程中需要严加控制,最好控制在5~10份以内,过多的钛白粉含量,一方面会增加整体装饰膜的制取成本;另一方面也会使得整体装饰膜在制取过程中粘性过大,流动性差,不利于后续的压延生产。
本申请提供的是一种PP装饰膜,按照重量份计:PP装饰膜的原料包括如下组分:8030NHS 10~20份、PP粉30~50份、钙粉20~40份、UV9900 0.1~0.3份、二氧化硅消光剂0.1~0.5份、硅酮母粒0.1~0.5份、POE 1~5份、芥酸酰胺0.1~0.5份、PE0~5份和钛白粉1~10份。
其中,按照重量份计:PP装饰膜的原料包括如下组分:8030NHS 15~20份、PP粉35~50份、钙粉20~30份、UV9900 0.1~0.2份、二氧化硅消光剂0.3~0.5份、硅酮母粒0.1~0.4份、POE 2~5份、芥酸酰胺0.1~0.4份、PE3~5份和钛白粉5~10份。
一种PP装饰膜的制备方法,包括如下生产步骤:S1、按比例称量上述原料,放入料仓内进行初步混合;S2、将初步混合好后的原料送入密炼机之中热炼;S3、将热混炼好的原料送入二辊开炼混料;S4、将热混炼后的原料经过过滤设备;S5、将过滤的原料经过五辊压延初步成型;S6、冷压花使产品定型;S7、经过冷却轮冷却完全定型;S8、对产品两面电晕处理;S9、将成品卷曲成卷;S10、去到涂布机对两面涂上涂料。
其中,S10中的涂层的涂料为UV。S3中各个轧辊之间的温度为170℃~175℃。S5中各个轧辊之间的温度为50℃~80℃。
将本申请的PP薄膜与传统生产的PP薄膜进行有效性实验:在同等实验条件下,本申请的PP薄膜耐磨性能和耐刮擦性能要远远高于传统PP薄膜;使用寿命相对传统PP薄膜提高了3倍以上。

1.一种PP装饰膜,其特征在于,按照重量份计:所述的PP装饰膜的原料包括如下组分:8030NHS 10~20份、PP粉30~50份、钙粉20~40份、UV9900 0.1~0.3份、二氧化硅消光剂0.1~0.5份、硅酮母粒0.1~0.5份、POE 1~5份、芥酸酰胺0.1~0.5份、PE0~5份和钛白粉1~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PP装饰膜,其特征在于:按照重量份计:所述的PP装饰膜的原料包括如下组分:8030NHS 15~20份、PP粉35~50份、钙粉20~30份、UV9900 0.1~0.2份、二氧化硅消光剂0.3~0.5份、硅酮母粒0.1~0.4份、POE 2~5份、芥酸酰胺0.1~0.4份、PE3~5份和钛白粉5~10份。
3.一种PP装饰膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下生产步骤:S1、按比例称量上述原料,放入料仓内进行初步混合;S2、将初步混合好后的原料送入密炼机之中热炼;S3、将热混炼好的原料送入二辊开炼混料;S4、将热混炼后的原料经过过滤设备;S5、将过滤的原料经过五辊压延初步成型;S6、冷压花使产品定型;S7、经过冷却轮冷却完全定型;S8、对产品两面电晕处理;S9、将成品卷曲成卷;S10、去到涂布机对两面涂上涂料。
4.根据权利要求3中所述的一种PP装饰膜,其特征在于:所述的S10中的涂料为UV。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种PP装饰膜,其特征在于:所述的S3中各个轧辊之间的温度为170℃~175℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种PP装饰膜,其特征在于:所述的S5中各个轧辊之间的温度为50℃~80℃。
