The gasket is a rubber gasket, and a metal fixing piece is arranged on the periphery of the rubber gasket. Firstly, sequentially fixing side rubber membranes in the vertical direction of a floating disc on the wall of a tank, fixing and sealing by adopting bolts and gaskets, and using the overlapped parts of the connected rubber membranes for seaming; and after the rubber membranes on the tank wall are fixedly installed, sequentially sealing the seams of the adjacent rubber membranes.
This floating plate when jar operation patency is bad, and the rubber membrane of floating plate takes place serious extrusion trouble when low liquid level, and when full liquid level, the floating plate is inseparable with the liquid level laminating, does not have unnecessary space below the floating plate in the jar, but storage tank operation liquid level reaches 70% of design safety liquid level, and if the liquid level continued to rise, this floating plate will be torn.

Claims (7)

1. A full-contact flexible light rubber floating disc comprises a top rubber film, an inflatable capsule and a side rubber film, wherein the edge of the floating disc is fixed at the inner side position of a tank wall of a storage tank through the side rubber film, the top rubber film is transversely arranged in the inner space of the storage tank, the inflatable capsule is positioned under the top rubber film and is connected with the top rubber film, the side rubber film at the edge of the tank wall is combined with the top rubber film to form a complete closed flexible rubber film to form the full-contact flexible light rubber floating disc, the total area of the inflatable capsule is 20-80% of the total area of the top rubber film,
the metal block is welded and fixed at the fixed height of the inner wall of the storage tank, the end part of the side rubber membrane is fixed on the fixed metal block through bolts at the side surface and the lower surface of the fixed metal block, rubber gaskets are arranged on two sides of the end part of the side rubber membrane, and a metal fixing sheet is arranged on the outer side of the rubber gasket far away from the fixed metal block.

5. The full-contact flexible lightweight rubber floating disc as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air-filled bladder is made of the same material as the top rubber membrane and the side rubber membranes, and the air-filled bladder and the top rubber membrane are welded by glue and high temperature.
6. The full-contact flexible light-weight rubber floating disc as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top rubber film and the side rubber film are made of butadiene cyanide rubber with the thickness of 2 mm.
