Abstract

本发明公开了一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料,包括荧光纤维毛绒层、第一纱网层、第一波纹带层、涤纶纤维、毛细钢丝、第二纱网层、第二波纹带层、第三纱网层、粘胶短纤纺织层和第四纱网层。该种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料设计合理,通过内部分布呈波纹状毛细钢丝的第一波纹带层和第二波纹带层,能够将面料处于蓬松状,同时增强了面料的抗拉性能;该种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料设计合理,通过将荧光纤维毛绒层纺织在外侧向外并将粘胶短纤纺织层纺织在内侧向内,从而能够增强吸汗性能,而且适用于夜间特殊施工作业服装的制造使用。

一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺纱线面料,具体是一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料,属于纺织面料应用技术领域。
背景技术
织原意是取自纺纱与织布的总称,但是随着纺织知识体系和学科体系的不断发展和完善,特别是非织造纺织材料和三维复合编织等技术产生后,现在的纺织已经不仅是传统的手工纺纱和织布,也包括无纺布技术,现代三维编织技术,现代静电纳米成网技术等生产的服装用、产业用、装饰用纺织品。
部分用于特殊夜间环境施工作业服装用料缺乏相应发光或反光强的面料材质,以至于需要外加佩戴相应发光结构,同时面料的抗拉扯性能有待从纺织线料上进行改善加强。因此,针对上述问题提出一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料,包括粘胶短纤纺织层,所述粘胶短纤纺织层顶部表面纺织有第三纱网层,且第三纱网层与第二纱网层之间纺织有第二波纹带层,所述第二纱网层与第一纱网层之间纺织有第一波纹带层,且第一纱网层顶部表面密集纺织形成有荧光纤维毛绒层。
优选的,所述粘胶短纤纺织层底部纺织有第四纱网层,且第四纱网层底部表面涂抹有定型剂浆料薄层。
优选的,所述第二波纹带层和第一波纹带层组成成份相同,且第二波纹带层与第一波纹带层处于上下交错的位置状态。
优选的,所述第一波纹带层由涤纶纤维和毛细钢丝组成,且毛细钢丝表面交织缠绕有涤纶纤维。
优选的,所述第一纱网层、第二纱网层、第三纱网层及第四纱网层的规格大小相同,且位于外侧的第一纱网层的网孔眼和第四纱网层的网孔眼均细小。
优选的,所述毛细钢丝呈波纹状交织在相应的波纹带层内,且毛细钢丝形状与相应的波纹带层截面形状一致。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、该种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料设计合理,通过内部分布呈波纹状毛细钢丝的第一波纹带层和第二波纹带层,能够将面料处于蓬松状,同时增强了面料的抗拉性能。
2、该种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料设计合理,通过将荧光纤维毛绒层纺织在外侧向外并将粘胶短纤纺织层纺织在内侧向内,从而能够增强吸汗性能,而且适用于夜间特殊施工作业服装的制造使用。

请参阅图1-3所示,一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料,包括粘胶短纤纺织层7,所述粘胶短纤纺织层7顶部表面纺织有第三纱网层6,且第三纱网层6与第二纱网层4之间纺织有第二波纹带层5,所述第二纱网层4与第一纱网层2之间纺织有第一波纹带层3,且第一纱网层2顶部表面密集纺织形成有荧光纤维毛绒层1。
所述粘胶短纤纺织层7底部纺织有第四纱网层8,且第四纱网层8底部表面涂抹有定型剂浆料薄层,能够对粘胶短纤纺织层7底部进行防护;所述第二波纹带层5和第一波纹带层3组成成份相同,且第二波纹带层5与第一波纹带层3处于上下交错的位置状态,能够形成蓬松结构;所述第一波纹带层3由涤纶纤维301和毛细钢丝302组成,且毛细钢丝302表面交织缠绕有涤纶纤维301,明确相应波纹带层的组成;所述第一纱网层2、第二纱网层4、第三纱网层6及第四纱网层8的规格大小相同,且位于外侧的第一纱网层2的网孔眼和第四纱网层8的网孔眼均细小,有利于相互之间逐层铺开连接在一起;所述毛细钢丝302呈波纹状交织在相应的波纹带层内,且毛细钢丝302形状与相应的波纹带层截面形状一致,达到保持结构一致的效果。
本发明在使用时,通过内部分布呈波纹状毛细钢丝302的第一波纹带层3和第二波纹带层5,能够将面料处于蓬松状,同时增强了面料的抗拉性能;
通过将荧光纤维毛绒层1纺织在外侧向外并将粘胶短纤纺织层7纺织在内侧向内,从而能够增强吸汗性能,而且适用于夜间特殊施工作业服装的制造使用。

1.一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料,其特征在于:包括粘胶短纤纺织层(7),所述粘胶短纤纺织层(7)顶部表面纺织有第三纱网层(6),且第三纱网层(6)与第二纱网层(4)之间纺织有第二波纹带层(5),所述第二纱网层(4)与第一纱网层(2)之间纺织有第一波纹带层(3),且第一纱网层(2)顶部表面密集纺织形成有荧光纤维毛绒层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料,其特征在于:所述粘胶短纤纺织层(7)底部纺织有第四纱网层(8),且第四纱网层(8)底部表面涂抹有定型剂浆料薄层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料,其特征在于:所述第二波纹带层(5)和第一波纹带层(3)组成成份相同,且第二波纹带层(5)与第一波纹带层(3)处于上下交错的位置状态。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料,其特征在于:所述第一波纹带层(3)由涤纶纤维(301)和毛细钢丝(302)组成,且毛细钢丝(302)表面交织缠绕有涤纶纤维(301)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料,其特征在于:所述第一纱网层(2)、第二纱网层(4)、第三纱网层(6)及第四纱网层(8)的规格大小相同,且位于外侧的第一纱网层(2)的网孔眼和第四纱网层(8)的网孔眼均细小。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种荧光仿毛弹纺纱线面料,其特征在于:所述毛细钢丝(302)呈波纹状交织在相应的波纹带层内,且毛细钢丝(302)形状与相应的波纹带层截面形状一致。
