本发明涉及一种手动夹紧机构,包括固定丝母、丝杆、垫板、压板、活动丝母和夹紧体;所述固定丝母嵌在夹紧体上,垫板固定安装在夹紧体上;所述夹紧体内设置丝杆,丝杆与固定丝母配合连接;所述活动丝母套接在丝杆上,活动丝母能够在丝杆的转动下在夹紧体内上下移动,所述压板固定安装在活动丝母上;安装板装在夹紧体上,转动丝杆上端,活动丝母会上下移动,活动丝母上的压板随之与垫板咬合松开。本发明结构简单、不容易出现故障,节约成本并且操作简单,使用方便,能提高生产效率。

本发明涉及一种手动夹紧机构,属于数控钻床附件技术领域。
背景技术
数控钻是一种加工精度较高的金属切削钻床设备,钻削动力头在门架上做横向移动,门架可在床身上做直线运动,为了确保加工孔的尺寸精度,必须保证在加工过程中门架相对于床身是静止状态,即需要锁紧门架。锁紧机构分为机械手动锁紧,液压,气动等锁紧。液压锁紧和气动锁紧需要专门设立液压或者气压输送装置,排设管路增加成本,维修困难,容易出现故障,操作复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种手动夹紧机构,本发明结构简单、不容易出现故障,节约成本。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种手动夹紧机构,包括固定丝母、丝杆、垫板、压板、活动丝母和夹紧体;所述固定丝母嵌在夹紧体上,垫板固定安装在夹紧体上;所述夹紧体内设置丝杆,丝杆与固定丝母配合连接;所述活动丝母套接在丝杆上,活动丝母能够在丝杆的转动下在夹紧体内上下移动,所述压板固定安装在活动丝母上;安装板装在夹紧体上,转动丝杆上端,活动丝母会上下移动,活动丝母上的压板随之与垫板咬合松开。
进一步地,所述安装板上设有方形槽。
进一步地,所述固定丝母下方设置罩壳。
进一步地,所述丝杆的上端的横截面为方形或者六边形。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1.结构简单,成本低,维修方便,不容易出现故障。
2.操作简单,使用方便,提高生产效率。

下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,一种手动夹紧机构,包括固定丝母1、丝杆2、垫板3、压板4、活动丝母5和夹紧体6;所述固定丝母1嵌在夹紧体6上,垫板3固定安装在夹紧体6上;所述夹紧体6内设置丝杆2,丝杆2与固定丝母1配合连接;所述活动丝母5套接在丝杆2上,活动丝母5能够在丝杆2的转动下在夹紧体6内上下移动,所述压板4固定安装在活动丝母5上;安装板7装在夹紧体6上,转动丝杆2上端,活动丝母5会上下移动,活动丝母上的压板4随之与垫板3咬合松开。
所述夹紧体6上设置带有方形槽的安装板7,使用时,安装板7安装在支架上。
所述固定丝母1下方设置罩壳8。进一步地,所述丝杆2的上端的横截面为方形或者六边形,方便夹持和转动。
使用时,转动丝杆2上端,活动丝母5会上下移动,活动丝母5上的压板4会随之与垫板3咬合或松开。

1.一种手动夹紧机构,其特征在于,包括固定丝母(1)、丝杆(2)、垫板(3)、压板(4)、活动丝母(5)和夹紧体(6);所述固定丝母(1)嵌在夹紧体(6)上,垫板(3)固定安装在夹紧体(6)上;所述夹紧体(6)内设置丝杆(2),丝杆(2)与固定丝母(1)配合连接;所述活动丝母(5)套接在丝杆(2)上,活动丝母(5)能够在丝杆(2)的转动下在夹紧体(6)内上下移动,所述压板(4)固定安装在活动丝母(5)上;安装板(7)装在夹紧体(6)上,转动丝杆(2)上端,活动丝母(5)会上下移动,活动丝母上的压板(4)随之与垫板(3)咬合松开。
2.如权利要求1所述的手动夹紧机构,其特征在于,所述安装板(7)上设有方形槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的手动夹紧机构,其特征在于,所述固定丝母(1)下方设置罩壳(8)。
4.如权利要求1所述的手动夹紧机构,其特征在于,所述丝杆(2)的上端的横截面为方形或者六边形。
