Background

The pair of casting rolls, also called as crystallization rolls, has a preset roll gap of 1.5-6 mm between the two rolls, the linear speed of the conventional casting rolls is 0.8-2 m/min, the inside of the casting rolls is provided with a water circulation structure, and the temperature of water in the casting rolls is kept at not more than 40 ℃ during operation, so that the casting rolls have a certain cooling capacity, and the molten liquid can be rapidly cooled between the casting rolls. And casting and rolling are completed under the rotation of casting and rolling, and the strip is continuously rolled out of the roll gap to form the plate strip.
However, due to the defects that the casting roller which is commonly used at present is of an integral structure and an internal water tank structure, the cooling efficiency is low, the casting speed is low, the requirements of modern high-speed production are difficult to meet, and the maintenance and replacement are complex. Therefore, in order to solve the problem, improve the production speed of casting and rolling, improve the production efficiency, reduce the requirement of production cost, and improve the casting and rolling speed to 40-60 m/min, the equipment for solving the technical problem is innovatively provided.
