The water cooling channel 10 in the embodiment consists of a blind hole channel axially formed along the shaft core 1 and a radial hole for punching the blind hole channel along the radial direction of the shaft core 1; and the inner walls of the two sections of sleeve bodies of the shaft sleeve 2 are respectively provided with a groove 11 which is respectively communicated with the radial hole of the water cooling channel for water inflow and the radial hole of the water cooling channel for water return of the shaft core 1, and the grooves 11 are communicated with the water nozzle 13 opposite to the grooves.
