Abstract

The invention discloses a metal plate strip heat treatment spiral roller way which consists of a spiral roller body, a transmission bearing seat, a support bearing seat and a roller ring, is arranged at a high-pressure section and a part of low-pressure section of a roller quenching machine, and is used for rapid cooling (quenching and solution) heat treatment of metal plate strips such as plain carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, special alloy and the like with the thickness of 2-300 mm. The spiral roller way can quickly and directionally remove wall surface cooling residual water in the heat treatment and cooling process of the metal plate strip, avoids the generation of cooling soft spots and high temperature zones, and can realize the wide-direction flow partition control through the flow guide and flow equalization design, thereby improving the cooling efficiency and uniformity of the metal plate strip.

The heat treatment of the metal plate and strip usually adopts a roller hearth type heat treatment furnace to complete the heating process, and adopts a roller type quenching machine to complete the quenching, controlled cooling and other processes. The roller type quenching machine has strong cooling capacity and uniform cooling, and the plate shape of the cooled plate strip is good, so that the roller type quenching machine can be used for the production of quenching, solid solution, controlled cooling and the like of metal plate strips such as carbon steel, stainless steel, special alloy, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy and the like, and is a main cooling equipment form of a large-scale heat treatment line. The roller type quenching machine adopts a jet impact quenching mode, high-pressure and large-flow cooling water impacts the upper surface and the lower surface of the plate strip at a high speed to pierce surface steam films, so that the direct single-phase forced convection heat exchange with the wall surface is realized, and the wall surface heat exchange efficiency is high and the heat exchange controllability is good.
In the process of cooling the metal plate strip, the cooling speed and the plate shape are main process indexes. For metal plate strips with ultra-thin specifications of less than 10mm, slit nozzles and a plurality of rows of circular hole inclined jet nozzles are adopted in the high-pressure section of the quenching machine, large-flow instantaneous high-cooling-speed jet cooling is implemented, phase change is thorough and quasi-transient in the cooling process, the cooling temperature drop and the uniformity of performance are improved, and the cooling stress is reduced; for an ultra-thick metal plate with the thickness of more than 100mm, the high-pressure section of the quenching machine is cooled by large temperature gradient, the temperature of the thick near surface of the plate and strip is rapidly reduced by high-pressure and large-flow cooling water to the range of 1/4 thickness, the heat transfer foundation is laid for heat conduction of the large temperature gradient of the core, the low-pressure section is cooled continuously and efficiently, the dynamic balance of wall surface heat exchange and internal heat conduction is realized, and the core cooling speed and the section cooling uniformity are continuously improved; for an ultra-wide plate and strip with the width of more than 3500mm, the flow in the width direction is controlled in a partition mode in the cooling process, the temperature drop/phase change in the middle and the edge in the width direction is guaranteed to be in quasi-synchronization, and the width-direction cooling uniformity of the plate and strip is improved. The implementation of the cooling process needs large flow rate in a high-pressure section of the quenching machine, high cooling speed cooling and high-efficiency continuous cooling in a low-pressure section, a large amount of residual cooling water after heat exchange needs to be discharged timely and orderly, the opportunity and the capacity of contact and heat exchange between new water and a high-temperature wall surface are improved, and meanwhile, the wide-direction flow partition control is realized.

4. The roll collar adopts a split design, not only can realize the sectional control of the width flow of the metal plate strip, but also is convenient to disassemble, assemble and maintain.
