Specifically, the vehicle using request further includes a brand of a shared vehicle to be used by the user; inquiring whether the user has the illegal use record of the shared vehicle according to the identification information, wherein the method comprises the following steps: inquiring whether the vehicle using records associated with the identification information have the illegal use records of the shared vehicle corresponding to the brand; and if the illegal use record of the shared vehicle corresponding to the brand is not inquired in the vehicle use record, inquiring whether the illegal use record of the shared vehicle corresponding to other brands exists in the vehicle use record.

In addition, generating corresponding fine fees according to the travel fees; when the user uses the shared vehicle next time, the fine fee is deducted from the wallet account bound by the identification information, and the fine fee is transferred to the wallet account corresponding to the brand of the shared vehicle used by the illegal use record closest to the current time point.
Specifically, under the condition that a user terminal triggers to end a journey, current position information of a shared vehicle used by a user is obtained, whether the current position information is in any one of a plurality of preset parking areas or not is judged, and under the condition that the current position information is in any one of the plurality of preset parking areas, a vehicle use record of the shared vehicle used this time is generated, and fee deduction operation is carried out; and under the condition that the current position information is not in any one of the preset parking areas, generating an illegal use record of the shared vehicle, and carrying out fee deduction operation.
The block chain provided by the embodiment of the application is a public chain, each node on the public chain can freely join and leave the network, the preset processing rule, the pricing rule and the like can be realized in the intelligent contract, and the user is restricted to use the shared vehicle according to the standard by utilizing the characteristic that the intelligent contract can not be tampered with.

a request receiving module 41, configured to receive a car use request sent by a user terminal; the vehicle using request comprises identification information of a user;
the violation inquiry module 42 is configured to inquire whether the user has a violation use record of the shared vehicle according to the identification information;
and the violation processing module 43 is configured to, when the user has the shared vehicle violation record, perform corresponding processing according to a preset processing rule.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the car use request further includes a brand of a shared vehicle that the user wants to use; the violation query module 42 includes:
a first query subunit 4201, configured to query whether a violation record of a shared vehicle corresponding to the brand exists in the vehicle use record associated with the identification information;
a second querying subunit 4202, configured to query, if there is a violation record of the shared vehicle corresponding to the brand in the vehicle record, whether there is a violation record of a shared vehicle corresponding to another brand in the vehicle record.

a second permission transmitting unit 4303, configured to return, to the user terminal, unlocking information of the shared vehicle that the user wants to use when a time interval between the current time point and the generation time point reaches a preset time interval, and return, to the user terminal, a use permission that the user does not have the shared vehicle that the user wants to use when the time interval between the current time point and the generation time point does not reach the preset time interval.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, the violation processing module 43 further includes:
a second obtaining unit 4304, configured to obtain, when the illegal use record of the shared vehicle corresponding to another brand is found in the vehicle use record, a trip cost of a closest illegal use record from a current time point and a brand of the used shared vehicle from the vehicle use record;
the expense generating unit 4305 is configured to generate a corresponding fine expense according to the trip expense;
and a fee deduction unit 4306, configured to deduct the fine fee from the wallet account bound with the identification information when the user uses the shared vehicle next time, and transfer the fine fee to the wallet account corresponding to the brand of the shared vehicle used in the last illegal use record from the current time point.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus further includes:

The processor 1002 is specifically configured to invoke a computer program to execute the following steps:
receiving a vehicle using request sent by a user terminal; the vehicle using request comprises identification information of a user;
inquiring whether the user has illegal use records of the shared vehicle according to the identification information;
and under the condition that the user has the illegal use record of the shared vehicle, carrying out corresponding processing according to a preset processing rule.
Optionally, the vehicle use request further includes a brand of a shared vehicle to be used by the user; the processor 1002 is configured to execute querying whether the user has a violation record of the shared vehicle according to the identification information, where the querying includes:
inquiring whether the vehicle using records associated with the identification information have the illegal use records of the shared vehicle corresponding to the brand;
and if the illegal use record of the shared vehicle corresponding to the brand is not inquired in the vehicle use record, inquiring whether the illegal use record of the shared vehicle corresponding to other brands exists in the vehicle use record.
Optionally, the processor 1002 is configured to perform, when the user has the shared vehicle illegal use record, corresponding processing according to a preset processing rule, where the processing includes:
returning the use authority which the user does not have to use the shared vehicle to the user terminal under the condition that the illegal use record of the shared vehicle corresponding to the brand is inquired in the vehicle use record;
when the illegal use records of the shared vehicles corresponding to other brands are inquired in the vehicle use record, acquiring a generation time point of the latest illegal use record from the vehicle use record;
and under the condition that the time interval between the current time point and the generation time point does not reach the preset time interval, returning the unlocking information of the shared vehicle to be used by the user to the user terminal, and under the condition that the time interval between the current time point and the generation time point does not reach the preset time interval, returning the use authority of the shared vehicle to be used by the user to the user terminal.
Optionally, the processor 1002 is configured to perform corresponding processing according to a preset processing rule when the user has the shared vehicle illegal use record, and further includes:
when the illegal use records of the shared vehicles corresponding to other brands are inquired in the vehicle use record, acquiring the trip cost of the illegal use record which is closest to the current time point and the brand of the used shared vehicle from the vehicle use record;
generating corresponding fine fees according to the travel fees;
when the user uses the shared vehicle next time, the fine fee is deducted from the wallet account bound by the identification information, and the fine fee is transferred to the wallet account corresponding to the brand of the shared vehicle used by the illegal use record closest to the current time point.
Optionally, the processor 1002 is further configured to: and returning unlocking information aiming at the vehicle using request to the user terminal under the condition that the user does not share the illegal vehicle use record.

under the condition that a user terminal triggers to end a journey, acquiring current position information of a shared vehicle used by a user;

and under the condition that the current position information is not in any one of the preset parking areas, generating an illegal use record of the shared vehicle, and carrying out fee deduction operation.

The server may include, but is not limited to, memory 1001, processor 1002, network interface 1003, and system bus 1004. It should be noted that, since the processor 1002 of the server executes the computer program to implement the steps in the shared vehicle usage management method, the embodiments of the shared vehicle usage management method are all applicable to the server, and all can achieve the same or similar beneficial effects.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program is executed by a processor to realize the steps in the usage management method of the shared vehicle.

receiving a vehicle using request sent by a user terminal; the vehicle using request comprises identification information of a user and a brand of a shared vehicle to be used by the user;
inquiring whether the user has illegal use records of the shared vehicle according to the identification information;
under the condition that the user has the shared vehicle illegal use record, corresponding processing is carried out according to a preset processing rule;
inquiring whether the user has the illegal use record of the shared vehicle according to the identification information, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
inquiring whether the vehicle using records associated with the identification information have the illegal use records of the shared vehicle corresponding to the brand;
and if the illegal use record of the shared vehicle corresponding to the brand is not inquired in the vehicle use record, inquiring whether the illegal use record of the shared vehicle corresponding to other brands exists in the vehicle use record.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the user has the shared vehicle illegal use record, the corresponding processing is performed according to a preset processing rule, and the processing comprises:
returning the use authority which the user does not have to use the shared vehicle to the user terminal under the condition that the illegal use record of the shared vehicle corresponding to the brand is inquired in the vehicle use record;
when the illegal use records of the shared vehicles corresponding to other brands are inquired in the vehicle use record, acquiring a generation time point of the latest illegal use record from the vehicle use record;
and under the condition that the time interval between the current time point and the generation time point does not reach the preset time interval, returning the unlocking information of the shared vehicle to be used by the user to the user terminal, and under the condition that the time interval between the current time point and the generation time point does not reach the preset time interval, returning the use authority of the shared vehicle to be used by the user to the user terminal.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the user has the shared vehicle illegal use record, the corresponding processing is performed according to a preset processing rule, and the method further comprises the following steps:
when the illegal use records of the shared vehicles corresponding to other brands are inquired in the vehicle use record, acquiring the trip cost of the illegal use record which is closest to the current time point and the brand of the used shared vehicle from the vehicle use record;
generating corresponding fine fees according to the travel fees;
when the user uses the shared vehicle next time, the fine fee is deducted from the wallet account bound by the identification information, and the fine fee is transferred to the wallet account corresponding to the brand of the shared vehicle used by the illegal use record closest to the current time point.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and returning unlocking information aiming at the vehicle using request to the user terminal under the condition that the user does not share the illegal vehicle use record.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition that a user terminal triggers to end a journey, acquiring current position information of a shared vehicle used by a user;
judging whether the current position information is in any one of a plurality of preset parking areas;
under the condition that the current position information is in any one of a plurality of preset parking areas, generating a vehicle use record of the shared vehicle, and carrying out fee deduction operation;
and under the condition that the current position information is not in any one of the preset parking areas, generating an illegal use record of the shared vehicle, and carrying out fee deduction operation.
6. A shared vehicle usage management apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the request receiving module is used for receiving a vehicle using request sent by the user terminal; the vehicle using request comprises identification information of a user and a brand of a shared vehicle to be used by the user;
the violation inquiry module is used for inquiring whether the user has the violation use record of the shared vehicle according to the identification information;
the violation processing module is used for carrying out corresponding processing according to a preset processing rule under the condition that the user shares the violation use record of the vehicle;
the violation query module comprises:
the first inquiry subunit is used for inquiring whether a violation record of the shared vehicle corresponding to the brand exists in the vehicle use record associated with the identification information;
and the second inquiry subunit is used for inquiring whether the illegal use record of the shared vehicle corresponding to other brands exists in the vehicle record or not under the condition that the illegal use record of the shared vehicle corresponding to the brands does not exist in the vehicle record.

A server, characterized in that the server comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps in the method of managing the use of a shared vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored thereon, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps in the shared vehicle usage management method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
