It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention provides an employee building method for team tasks, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a preferred embodiment of the employee building method for team tasks of the invention.
Embodiments of the present invention provide embodiments of staff organization methods for team tasks, it being noted that although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than what is shown or described herein.
The staff building method of the team task is applied to a server, a network working platform, staff building terminals of the team task or the like, and the staff building terminals of the team task can comprise mobile terminals such as mobile phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, palm computers, personal digital assistants (Personal Digital Assistant, PDAs) and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers and the like. In various embodiments of the staff building method of the team task, for convenience of description, the various embodiments are explained by taking the staff building terminal of the team task as an execution subject, and a terminal described later, namely the staff building terminal of the team task. In a first embodiment of the staff member organization method for team task of the present invention, the staff member organization method for team task includes:
Step S10, acquiring a task to be allocated and a task requirement of the task to be allocated;
the task to be distributed refers to a team task which can be completed only by a plurality of staff to cooperate. An employer may input a task portrait of a team task based on the needs of the team task, which may contain multi-dimensional task information such as task category, task age, task requirements for employee skills, and so on.
Task requirements refer to various division tasks of a task to be allocated, the number of people required for each division task, the demand skills of each division task, the demand proficiency of each demand skill, the total budget for building staff to complete the task to be allocated, and the like.
Specifically, a task to be allocated input by a third party and a task requirement of the task to be allocated are obtained. For ease of understanding, a specific example is illustrated. For example, the requirement of the task to be allocated on the employee skill aspect may be expressed as a vector V, and the vector V representing the requirement of the task to be allocated on the employee skill aspect is obtained, so as to determine the task requirement of the task to be allocated according to the vector V. Wherein vector V is expressed as follows:
wherein, (n) 1 ,s 1 ) Indicating the task to be allocated needs n 1 An employee having skill class 1, and each employee's skill level for skill class 1 is greater than or equal to s 1 The method comprises the steps of carrying out a first treatment on the surface of the M represents staff requiring M skills for the task to be assigned.
Step S20, acquiring the price sensitivity of each mobilizable employee output by a preset price sensitivity model;
the movable staff refers to staff in the terminal which can be moved to complete tasks to be distributed, such as staff which do not participate in other tasks among staff recorded by the terminal.
Price sensitivity refers to the lowest price that a particular employee needs to pay to accept a task at the current point in time.
The price sensitivity model refers to a model for analyzing and outputting price sensitivity of each movable staff member based on the task acceptance time and task acceptance price of each movable staff member in each history task. Here, the history task means each team task that the mobilization staff has completed.
Specifically, the terminal obtains the situation of each movable staff member receiving task in history, such as the price of the movable staff member receiving task, the time of the movable staff member receiving task, the performance of the movable staff member in the task (including the working skill mastered by the staff member and the proficiency of the mastered working skill), and the like, and forms and perfects staff member figures of each staff member according to the situation of each movable staff member receiving task in history. Or when each movable staff joins, the movable staff can automatically input the price of the self-accepted task, the time of accepting the task, the mastered working skills and the proficiency of each working skill, and the like, so as to form and perfect staff figures of each movable staff.
The staff portrait is acquired and stored by the terminal: the work skills of the staff, the received historical tasks, the situation of receiving the historical tasks, such as each task received by the staff, the price of each task received by the staff, the time of the staff receiving the tasks, the performance of the staff in the task (including the work skills mastered by the staff, the proficiency of the mastered work skills) and the like. Or when a newly added member exists, the terminal acquires and stores: the newly added staff receives the data such as the price of the task, the time of receiving the task, the mastered working skills, and the proficiency of the mastered working skills, which are input by the terminal.
When the mobilization staff is needed to build a team to complete team tasks which cannot be completed by individuals (namely, when a team needs to be built for tasks to be allocated), task receiving time and task receiving price of each mobilization staff in each historical task are obtained from a preset staff portrait. And then, inputting the task receiving time and the task receiving price of each movable staff in each historical task into a price sensitivity model, so that the price sensitivity model analyzes according to the task receiving time and the task receiving price of each movable staff in each historical task to obtain the minimum price (namely the price sensitivity of each staff) required to be paid by each movable staff to accept the task at the current time point. Finally, the price sensitivity model is obtained, and the price sensitivity of each movable staff is output based on the task receiving time and task receiving price of each movable staff in each historical task.
Step S30, acquiring working skills mastered by each mobilizable employee and the proficiency of the working skills output by a preset employee skill model;
among them, the work skills refer to individual work skills that can be used for staff members of a team who complete a task to be assigned, each mobilizing staff member grasping.
The employee skill model is a model for analyzing and outputting each work skill grasped by each movable employee and the proficiency degree of each work skill grasped by the movable employee according to the skill grasping condition of each movable employee in each history task.
When an employee needs to be mobilized to build a team to complete team tasks which cannot be completed by an individual (namely, when a team needs to be built for tasks to be allocated), obtaining skill grasping conditions of each mobilized employee in each historical task from preset employee figures, wherein the skill grasping conditions comprise: individual work skills grasped by the staff, and proficiency level of each work skill, can be mobilized. Then, the skill mastering conditions of each movable staff in each historical task are input into a staff skill model, so that the staff skill model can analyze according to the skill mastering conditions of the staff in each historical task, and each working skill mastered by each movable staff at the current time point and the proficiency mastered by each working skill are obtained. Finally, the staff skill model is obtained, and based on the skill grasping condition of each movable staff in each historical task, each working skill grasped by each movable staff is output, and the proficiency degree of each working skill grasped by the movable staff.
And step S40, constructing target staff of each division task of the task to be distributed according to the task demand, the price sensitivity, the working skills and the proficiency.
The target staff is staff which are screened from the movable staff and are used for building a team for completing the task to be distributed according to the price sensitivity of the movable staff, the working skills of the movable staff and the proficiency of the working skills of the movable staff based on the task requirements of the task to be distributed.
Specifically, in one embodiment, each division task of the task to be allocated and the required skill of each division task are determined according to the task requirement of the task to be allocated. Then, target demand proficiency required by demand skills of the division task is obtained. From the individual mobilization staff, an initial staff is found, in which the mastered working skills are the same as the demand skills of the division tasks, and the mastered working skills are higher than or equal to the target demand skills of the division tasks.
And determining the employee demand number of each division task of the task to be distributed according to the task demand of the task to be distributed. And acquiring and calculating the mobilization priority of each initial employee according to the price sensitivity of the initial employee and the skill proficiency in demand skills. And sequencing the initial staff of each working skill according to the mobilization priority of the initial staff from high to low to obtain each sequence. And sequentially acquiring each initial employee from the sequence to serve as the undetermined employee of each division task (division task corresponding to the same requirement skill as the working skill) until the number of undetermined employees of each division task is equal to the employee requirement number of each division task. The skill proficiency of the initial staff in the required skill refers to the proficiency of the working skill, which is the same as the required skill, in the working skills mastered by the initial staff.
Calculating the mobilization price of each division task according to the price sensitivity of the staff requirement number of each division task and the undetermined staff of the division task; and adding up the mobilization prices of each division task of the tasks to be allocated to obtain the minimum mobilization total price of the team for constructing the tasks to be allocated. And determining a first total budget of the task to be allocated according to the task demand of the task to be allocated.
Detecting whether the lowest total mobilization price is smaller than or equal to the first total budget, if the lowest total mobilization price is smaller than or equal to the first total budget, constructing a team of tasks to be allocated by taking the undetermined staff of each task as the target staff of the task. And if the lowest mobilization total price is greater than the first total budget, re-acquiring a preset second total budget, and after detecting that the lowest mobilization total price is less than or equal to the second total budget, constructing a team of tasks to be allocated by taking the undetermined staff of each task as a target staff of the task. Or if the lowest mobilization total price is larger than the first total budget, and waiting for the price sensitivity of the undetermined staff to be reduced, completing team construction of the task to be allocated again.
One embodiment is to determine each division task of the task to be allocated and the requirement skills of each division task according to the task requirements of the task to be allocated.
And the number of staff with the mastered working skills being the required skills of the division task among the mobilizable staff is calculated. And detecting whether the required staff number of each division task is smaller than the staff number of which the mastered working skills are the required skills of the division task.
If the number of staff requirements of one or more division tasks is greater than the number of staff with mastered working skills as the requirement skills of the division tasks, acquiring the requirement proficiency of an employer for reducing the requirement skills, and then acquiring the preset requirement proficiency. And redetermining according to the preset demand proficiency: whether the staff requirement number of each division task is smaller than the staff number of which the mastered working skills are the requirement skills of the division task.
If the staff requirement number of each division task is smaller than the staff number of which the mastered working skills are the requirement skills of the division task, calculating the mobilization priority of the initial staff according to the price sensitivity of each initial staff and the skill proficiency of the requirement skills. And sequencing the initial staff of each working skill according to the mobilization priority of the initial staff from high to low to obtain each sequence.
And sequentially acquiring initial staff from the sequence to serve as the undetermined staff of each division task (division task corresponding to the same requirement skill as the working skill) until the number of undetermined staff of each division task is equal to the staff requirement number of each division task. And constructing the undetermined staff of each division task as target staff of the division task into a team of the to-be-allocated task.
The skill proficiency of the initial staff in the required skill refers to the proficiency of the working skill, which is the same as the required skill, in the working skills mastered by the initial staff.
For ease of understanding, in the following description, if a worker's skill in work is the same as the skill in demand for a division task, that worker is presented with the skill in demand for the division task.
In the embodiment, each division task of the task to be distributed is determined by acquiring and according to the task portraits of the team tasks input by the employer; and acquiring and screening out staff with the same mastered working skills as the required skills of the task to be distributed from the movable staff according to the price sensitivity of the movable staff output by the preset price sensitivity model and the working skills mastered by the movable staff and the proficiency of each working skill mastered by the movable staff output by the preset staff skill model. Therefore, target staff meeting the requirements of team tasks can be effectively and quickly found out, and the target staff can be built into a collaboration team for completing the team tasks. The problem that staff teams cannot be built for team tasks which can be completed by matching a plurality of staff in the existing network work platform is solved.
Further, based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the employee building method for team task according to the present invention is provided, and step S20 includes:
step A1, acquiring task conditions of each historical task accepted by each mobilizable employee from a preset employee portrait;
the preset staff portraits refer to the situation that each staff history acquired and stored by a terminal accepts tasks, such as each task accepted by the staff, the price of each task accepted by the staff, the time of the staff accepting the task, the performance of the staff in accepting the task (including the working skills mastered by the staff, the proficiency of the mastered working skills) and the like. Or when a newly added member exists, the terminal acquires and stores: the newly added staff receives the data such as the price of the task, the time of receiving the task, the mastered working skills, and the proficiency of the mastered working skills, which are input by the terminal.
When the mobilization staff is needed to build a team to complete team tasks which cannot be completed by the individual (namely, when a team needs to be built for the task to be allocated), firstly, each mobilization staff is searched out from all staff recorded by the terminal. Then, from the staff figures stored in the terminal, the history of each mobilizable staff accepting the task is acquired, such as the price of the mobilizable staff accepting the task, the time of the mobilizable staff accepting the task, the performance of the mobilizable staff in accepting the task (including the working skills mastered by the staff, the proficiency of the mastered working skills), and the like.
Step A2, determining task receiving time and task receiving price of each mobilizable employee in the historical task according to the task condition;
then, according to the situation that each movable staff member receives the task in history, the task receiving time and the task receiving price of each movable staff member in each history task are determined.
The work intent of each employee may vary on different days of the week and for different periods of the day. For example, friday is near work hours, and some employees may be reluctant to accept more new tasks. The task receiving time refers to a time point when the employee historically receives each task. The task price is the price of each task received by the employee history.
Step A3, inputting the task receiving time and the task receiving price into a preset price sensitivity model;
and inputting the task receiving time and the task receiving price of each movable staff in each historical task into a preset price sensitivity model, so that the price sensitivity model analyzes according to the task receiving time and the task receiving price of each movable staff in each historical task to obtain the minimum price (namely the price sensitivity of each staff) required to be paid by each movable staff to accept the task at the current time point.
And A4, acquiring price sensitivity of each mobilizable employee output by the price sensitivity model based on the task accepting time and the task accepting price.
The obtained price sensitivity model is analyzed according to the task receiving time and task receiving price of each movable staff in each historical task, and the lowest price (namely the price sensitivity of each staff) required to be paid by each movable staff for receiving the task at the current time point is obtained.
In this embodiment, the time and price when each movable staff member historically accepts each task are input to a preset sensitivity model, and the price sensitivity of each movable staff member is analyzed through the preset price sensitivity model, so that the target staff member of each division task of the task to be allocated is determined according to the price sensitivity of each movable staff member, and an accurate data basis is provided for the target staff member of each division task of the task to be allocated.
Further, based on the above first embodiment, a third embodiment of the employee building method for team task according to the present invention is provided, and step S30 includes:
step B1, acquiring task conditions of each historical task accepted by each mobilizable employee from a preset employee portrait;
Step B2, determining the skill mastering condition of each movable staff in the historical task according to the task condition;
then, according to the situation that each movable staff member receives the task in history, the skill mastery situation of each movable staff member in each history task, such as the working skill adopted in each history task, the proficiency of the adopted working skill, and the like, is determined.
Wherein skill mastery refers to the skill level of the work skills employed by the mobilizable employee in each historical task and the work skills employed in each historical task.
Step B3, inputting the skill mastering condition into a preset employee skill model;
the skill mastering conditions of each movable staff in each historical task are input into a preset staff skill model, so that the staff skill model can analyze according to the skill mastering conditions of the movable staff in each historical task, and working skills mastered by each movable staff at the current time and proficiency of each working skill are obtained.
And B4, acquiring the skill model of the staff, and outputting the working skills mastered by each movable staff and the proficiency of the working skills based on the skill mastering condition.
And (3) acquiring an employee skill model, analyzing according to the skill mastering conditions of the movable staff in each historical task, and obtaining the working skills mastered by each movable staff at the current time and the proficiency of each movable staff for mastering each working skill.
In this embodiment, skill grasping conditions of each movable staff member when receiving each task are input to a preset staff skill model, and working skills grasped by each movable staff member at the current time and proficiency of each movable staff member for grasping each working skill are analyzed through the preset staff skill model, so that the target staff of each division task of the task to be distributed is determined according to the working skills grasped by each movable staff member at the current time and proficiency of each movable staff member for grasping each working skill, and accurate data basis is provided for the target staff of each division task of the task to be distributed.
Further, based on the above-mentioned first embodiment, a fourth embodiment of the employee building method for team tasks according to the present invention is provided, and step S40 includes:
step S41, determining each division task of the tasks to be distributed and the requirement skills of each division task according to the task requirements;
and determining each division task of the task to be distributed and the requirement skills of each division task according to the task requirements of the task to be distributed. For example, the task requirements of the task to be allocated include: the to-be-allocated tasks share a division task 1, a division task 2 and a division task 3, wherein the division task 1 is completed by an employee needing to master the working skill A, the division task 2 is completed by an employee needing to master the working skill B, the division task 3 is completed by an employee needing to master the working skill C, and the division tasks of the to-be-allocated tasks are determined to be respectively: the task division 1, the task division 2 and the task division 3, wherein the required skills of each task division are respectively as follows: the division task 1 is a working skill A, the division task 2 is a working skill B, and the division task 3 is a working skill C.
Step S42, obtaining target demand proficiency of the demand skills;
the target demand proficiency refers to the minimum proficiency required to be mastered by the demand skills of each division task, which is determined according to the task demands of the tasks to be distributed.
Specifically, in one embodiment, according to task requirements of tasks to be distributed, a demand proficiency preset for each demand skill of each division task is directly obtained and used as a target demand proficiency preset for the demand skill. For example, according to a task portrait input by an employer, it is determined that the demand skill level required by the demand skill a of the division task 1 of the task to be allocated is level 1, the demand skill level required by the demand skill B of the division task 2 of the task to be allocated is level 2, and then the target demand skill level of the demand skill a is level 1, and the target demand skill level of the demand skill B is level 2.
One embodiment is to first find out, from each work skill grasped by each of the mobilization employees, a target work skill that is the same as the required skill of one of the division tasks and for which the skill level is greater than or equal to the current required skill level (determined by employer input). Then, the number of employees of the target work skills is calculated. And the number of the people who need the task of dividing the work with the same requirement skills as the target work skills is obtained. If the number of staff of the target work skills is smaller than the number of people in need of the division task, acquiring the proficiency of the employer in need of the division task after reducing the proficiency of the employer in need of the division task, and taking the proficiency of the requirement skills of the corresponding division task as the target requirement proficiency. Similarly, a target demand proficiency of the demand skills of each division task is determined.
Step S43, finding out staff with skill level greater than or equal to corresponding target requirement skill level from the movable staff as initial staff, wherein the skill level of the movable staff on the requirement skill is the skill level of the working skill identical to the requirement skill;
the skill proficiency refers to the proficiency of a worker in the skill of the task to be assigned, if the skill of the worker is the same as the skill of the task to be assigned. The corresponding target demand proficiency refers to the target demand proficiency of the demand skill.
An initial employee refers to an employee having a skill level for a required skill that is greater than or equal to a target required skill level for the required skill.
One embodiment is that firstly, all employees with the same requirement skills as one of the requirement skills are searched out from movable staff, and a part of staff meeting the requirement of the skills of the task to be distributed is obtained. And then, searching out staff with mastered working skills identical to the required skills of one of the division tasks and with mastered working skills having the proficiency greater than or equal to the target required proficiency of the identical required skills from staff meeting the skill requirements of the tasks to be distributed, and taking the staff as an initial staff. Similarly, all the staff whose mastered working skills are the demand skills of the task to be allocated and whose skill proficiency is greater than or equal to the target demand proficiency of the demand skills are searched out as the initial staff.
One embodiment is that first, a demand skill is obtained from demand skills of respective division tasks of a task to be allocated. Then, from among the mobilizable employees, an employee whose mastered work skills are the same as the required skills and whose skill proficiency at the required skills is greater than or equal to the target required proficiency at the required skills is searched out as an initial employee. Similarly, all the staff whose mastered working skills are the demand skills of the task to be allocated and whose skill proficiency is greater than or equal to the target demand proficiency of the demand skills are searched out as the initial staff.
And step S44, searching and constructing target staff of each division task of the task to be distributed from the initial staff according to the price sensitivity.
Specifically, in one embodiment, first, the number of staff requirements for each division task is obtained. And then, detecting the required skills of all the initial staff, classifying all the initial staff according to the staff with the same required skills in the required skills, and obtaining the initial staff of the division task corresponding to each required skill. And sequencing the initial staff of each requirement skill according to the price sensitivity from high to low to obtain a staff sequence of each division task. And sequentially acquiring each initial employee from the employee sequence of each division task until the number of the acquired initial employees is equal to the employee demand number of the division task, and taking each acquired initial employee as the target employee of the division task of the task to be allocated.
One embodiment is to first obtain the number of required employees for each division task. And then, detecting the required skills of all the initial staff, classifying all the initial staff according to the staff with the same required skills in the required skills, and obtaining the initial staff of the division task corresponding to each required skill. The ratio of the proficiency of the work skills mastered by each initial employee to the price sensitivity of the initial employee is taken as the mobilization priority of the initial employee. And sequencing the initial staff of each required skill according to the moving priority from high to low to obtain a staff sequence of each division task. And sequentially acquiring each initial employee from the employee sequence of each division task until the number of the acquired initial employees is equal to the employee demand number of the division task, and taking each acquired initial employee as the target employee of the division task of the task to be allocated.
In this embodiment, by searching for an employee whose skill level on the required skill is greater than or equal to the target required skill level of the required skill from the respective mobilizable employees, the employee is used as an initial employee, so that the searched employee meets the task requirement of the task to be distributed in terms of skill. And searching target staff of each division task of the task to be allocated from all initial staff according to the price sensitivity, so that a team of the task to be allocated, which is composed of the target staff, is mobilized under the condition of meeting the task requirement of the task to be allocated in the budget aspect.
Further, based on the fourth embodiment, a fifth embodiment of the employee building method for team task according to the present invention is provided, and step S44 includes:
step C1, determining the employee demand number of each division task according to the task demands;
and determining each division task of the task to be distributed according to the task requirement of the task to be distributed, and determining the employee requirement number of each division task. For ease of understanding, a specific example is illustrated. For example, the tasks to be allocated have 3 division tasks in total: task 1, task 2, task 3, the staff requirement number of task 1 is 3, the staff requirement number of task 2 is 4, and the staff requirement number of task 3 is 5.
Step C2, according to the price sensitivity, searching staff with the number of staff requirements from the initial staff of each division task to serve as undetermined staff of each division task;
the initial staff of each division task refers to the initial staff with the same mastered working skills as the required skills of the division task.
Specifically, in one embodiment, what kind of required skills are the working skills mastered by each initial employee is detected, and the employees with the same required skills are classified according to the mastered working skills, so that the initial employees of the division task corresponding to each required skill are obtained by classifying each initial employee. And sequencing the initial staff of each requirement skill according to the price sensitivity from high to low to obtain a staff sequence of each division task. And sequentially acquiring each initial employee from the employee sequence of each division task until the number of the acquired initial employees is equal to the employee demand number of the division task, and taking each acquired initial employee as the undetermined employee of the division task of the task to be allocated.
One embodiment is to detect what demand skills are the working skills mastered by each initial employee, classify each initial employee according to the classification of the employees with the same demand skills in the mastered working skills, and obtain the initial employee of the division task corresponding to each demand skill. The ratio of the proficiency of the work skills mastered by each initial employee to the price sensitivity of the initial employee is taken as the mobilization priority of the initial employee. And sequencing the initial staff of each required skill according to the moving priority from high to low to obtain a staff sequence of each division task. And sequentially acquiring each initial employee from the employee sequence of each division task until the number of the acquired initial employees is equal to the employee demand number of the division task, and taking each acquired initial employee as the undetermined employee of the division task of the task to be allocated.
Step C3, determining the minimum mobilization total price of the staff constructing the task to be allocated according to the price sensitivity of the staff to be determined;
specifically, the price sensitivity of each to-be-assigned employee is obtained, and after the price sensitivities of all to-be-assigned employees are added, the lowest cost required by the building team to complete the to-be-assigned task, namely the lowest mobilization total price of the to-be-assigned task, is obtained under the condition that the task requirements of the to-be-assigned task are met.
The minimum mobilization total price refers to the minimum price to be paid by the team of staff members who build each division task to complete the task to be assigned.
And C4, constructing the undetermined staff of each division task as target staff of each division task of the task to be allocated according to the minimum mobilization total price.
Specifically, a first total budget for the task to be allocated is determined according to task requirements of the task to be allocated. And detecting whether the lowest mobilization total price is smaller than or equal to the first total budget of the task to be allocated, and if the lowest mobilization total price is smaller than or equal to the first total budget of the task to be allocated, taking the undetermined staff of each division task as the target staff of the division task of the task to be allocated.
In one embodiment, if the lowest total mobilization price is greater than the first total budget of the task to be allocated, acquiring a second total budget input by the employer after budget improvement, detecting whether the lowest total mobilization price is less than or equal to the second total budget of the task to be allocated, and if the lowest total mobilization price is less than or equal to the second total budget of the task to be allocated, taking the pending employee of each task to be allocated as the target employee of the task to be allocated.
One embodiment is to output a prompt with the lowest mobilization total price as a suggested lowest budget if the lowest mobilization total price is greater than a first total budget for the task to be allocated, so that an employer determines whether to increase the budget to complete the construction of the staff team for the task to be allocated according to the prompted lowest budget. And acquiring and taking the undetermined staff of each division task as the target staff of the division task of the task to be allocated according to the information of improving the budget to the minimum mobilization total price input by the employer.
Wherein, the first total budget refers to the mobilization budget which is determined to be acceptable by the employer according to the task portraits input by the employer. A second total budget means that the employer's acceptable mobilization budget is again obtained. Wherein the first total budget is smaller than the second total budget.
In this embodiment, after the pending staff of each task is found, the minimum mobilization total price of the staff constituting the task to be allocated is obtained by adding up the price sensitivities of all the pending staff. And finally, based on the task requirements of the tasks to be allocated in the budget aspect, determining that the minimum total mobilization price accords with the budget requirements of the tasks to be allocated, and taking the undetermined staff of each division task as the target staff of the division task. Therefore, staff team for constructing the task to be allocated is avoided, and budget of the task to be allocated is exceeded.
Further, based on the fifth embodiment, a sixth embodiment of the employee building method for team task according to the present invention is provided, and step C4 includes:
step D1, determining a first total budget of the task to be allocated according to the task demand;
specifically, when the employer inputs a task presentation, the employer inputs a budget for the task to be allocated as part of the task presentation. The task portraits input by employers are obtained, tasks to be allocated and a first total budget of the tasks to be allocated are determined according to the task portraits.
Step D2, detecting whether the lowest mobilization total is less than or equal to the first total budget;
detecting whether the lowest total mobilization price is smaller than or equal to the first total budget of the task to be allocated, and if the lowest total mobilization price is smaller than or equal to the first total budget of the task to be allocated, proving that the staff team for the task to be allocated is built and the budget of the task to be allocated is not exceeded. If the lowest total mobilization price is detected to be larger than the first total budget of the task to be allocated, the staff team of the task to be allocated needs to be built, and the budget of the task to be allocated needs to be exceeded.
And D3, if the minimum mobilization total price is smaller than or equal to the first total budget, taking the undetermined staff of each task to be allocated as the target staff of each task to be allocated.
And if the minimum mobilization total price is smaller than or equal to the first total budget of the task to be allocated, taking the undetermined staff of each task to be allocated as the target staff of the task to be allocated.
And if the lowest mobilization total price is smaller than or equal to the second total budget of the task to be allocated, taking the pending employee of each task to be allocated as a target employee of the task to be allocated.
In this embodiment, when the minimum total mobilization price is less than or equal to the first total budget, the pending employee of each division task is used as the target employee of the division task of the task to be allocated, so as to complete the construction of the staff team of the task to be allocated. Therefore, the staff team of the task to be allocated can be built under the condition of meeting the task requirement of the task to be allocated in the budget aspect.
Further, step D2 further includes:
step D4, if the lowest mobilization total price is larger than the first total budget, acquiring a preset second total budget;
if the minimum mobilization total price is larger than the first total budget of the task to be allocated, the staff team of the task to be allocated needs to be built, the budget of the task to be allocated needs to be exceeded, the staff team currently built does not meet the task requirement of the task to be allocated, and the second total budget input after the employer improves the mobilization budget is acquired again.
Step D5, detecting whether the lowest mobilization total is less than or equal to the second total budget;
and detecting whether the lowest total mobilization price is smaller than or equal to the second total budget of the task to be allocated, and if the lowest total mobilization price is smaller than or equal to the second total budget of the task to be allocated, proving that the staff team of the task to be allocated is built and the budget after the improvement standard of the task to be allocated is not exceeded. And if the lowest total mobilization price is detected to be larger than the second total budget of the task to be allocated, proving that staff teams of the task to be allocated need to be built and that the budget after the improvement standard of the task to be allocated needs to be exceeded.
Step D6, if the minimum mobilization total price is smaller than or equal to the second total budget, taking the undetermined staff of each task to be allocated as the target staff of each task to be allocated;
wherein the first total budget is smaller than the second total budget.
And if the minimum mobilization total price is smaller than or equal to the second total budget of the task to be allocated, taking the undetermined staff of each task to be allocated as the target staff of the task to be allocated. If the lowest mobilization total is greater than the second total budget for the task to be allocated, a prompt is entered to exceed the budget for the employer to determine whether to again increase the mobilization budget based on the actual situation.
In this embodiment, when the minimum total mobilization price is greater than the first total budget, that is, the budget of the task to be allocated needs to be exceeded by the staff team for building the task to be allocated, the second total budget after the employer increases the budget is further obtained, and whether to take the pending staff of each division task as the target staff of the division task of the task to be allocated is determined, so as to complete the building of the staff team of the task to be allocated. Therefore, the staff team of the task to be allocated can be built under the condition of meeting the task requirement of the task to be allocated in the budget aspect.
Further, based on the fifth embodiment, a seventh embodiment of the employee building method for team task according to the present invention is provided, and step C2 includes:
e1, calculating the mobilization priority of the initial staff according to the price sensitivity and the proficiency level;
specifically, the ratio of the proficiency level of the work skills grasped by each initial employee to the price sensitivity of that initial employee is taken as the mobilization priority of that initial employee. If the proficiency of the working skill mastered by the initial staff member 1 is 5, the price sensitivity of the initial staff member 1 is 10, and the mobilization priority of the initial staff member 1 is 5/10; the proficiency of the work skills mastered by the initial staff member 2 is 5, the price sensitivity of the initial staff member 2 is 12, and the mobilization priority of the initial staff member 2 is 5/12.
Step E2, sequencing the initial staff of each working skill according to the mobilization priority from high to low to obtain each sequence;
detecting what the required skills are of the working skills mastered by each initial employee, classifying each initial employee according to the classification of the employees with the same required skills in the mastered working skills, and obtaining the initial employee of the division task corresponding to each required skill, namely the initial employee of each division task.
And sequencing all initial staff of each division task from high to low according to the mobilization priority to obtain all sequences.
The sequence is an initial employee sequencing sequence obtained after sequencing all initial employees of each division task from high to low according to the mobilization priority.
And E3, sequentially acquiring the initial staff from the sequence to serve as the undetermined staff of each division task until the number of undetermined staff of each division task is equal to the staff requirement number.
Specifically, each initial employee is sequentially obtained from the sequence as the pending employee of the division task until the number of the obtained pending employees of the division task is equal to the employee demand number of the division task. And similarly, obtaining the undetermined staff of each division task.
In this embodiment, after the initial staff of each division task is ordered according to the moving priority from high to low, the undetermined staff of each division task is sequentially obtained from the initial staff, so that the cost of staff team for constructing each division task is reduced while the undetermined staff of each division task is ensured to be completely constructed.
Further, based on the fourth embodiment, a seventh embodiment of the employee building method for team task according to the present invention is provided, and step S42 includes:
Step F1, calculating the number of mastership of the required skills of each division task under the condition of meeting the current target required proficiency;
when an employer inputs a task image, a skill level requirement for the required skills of each division task may be input in advance. The skill level of the demanded skill which is input in advance by the employer through the task portrait is obtained as the current target demanded skill level of the demanded skill. The current target demand proficiency refers to proficiency of demand skills for each division task, which is input in advance by an employer when inputting task figures. Firstly, the demand skills of each division task are respectively obtained, each demand skill is compared with the working skills mastered by each movable staff, the movable staff with the same mastered working skills as the demand skills is obtained from each movable staff, the mastered working skills are calculated to be the same as the demand skills, and the staff number of the movable staff with the current target demand skills of the demand skills is used as the mastered staff number of the demand skills of the division task. And similarly, acquiring the number of mastership of the required skills of each division task.
The mastership number refers to the number of people who can master the demand skills of one division task in the mobilization staff, and the skill proficiency of the demand skills of the division task is greater than or equal to the current target demand proficiency of the demand skills.
Step F2, obtaining the number of people in need of each division task;
specifically, analysis is performed according to task demands of the tasks to be distributed to obtain each division task of the tasks to be distributed, and the number of people in need of each division task is determined.
The number of people required by each division task refers to the number of staff required by the division task for completing the task to be distributed.
And F3, if the mastery number is detected to be smaller than the required number of people, reducing the current target required proficiency to update the target required proficiency.
Detecting whether the mastered number of the required skills of the division task is smaller than the required number of the division task, if the mastered number of the required skills of the division task is smaller than the required number of the division task, acquiring the preset required proficiency input after the employer reduces the standard, and taking the preset required proficiency as the target proficiency; i.e., decreasing the current target demand proficiency of the demand skill, and taking the decreased target demand proficiency as the target demand proficiency of the demand skill.
If the number of the mastered demand skills of the division task is greater than or equal to the number of the demand people of the division task, the demand proficiency input by the employer when inputting the task portrait is used for respectively acquiring the current target demand proficiency of each demand skill as the target demand proficiency of each demand skill.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the number of people in need of one or more division tasks is greater than the number of people in need of the division tasks in the mobilization staff recorded in the terminal under the condition that the requirement proficiency input by the employer is satisfied, the preset requirement proficiency after the employer reduces the standard is re-acquired as the target requirement proficiency. The method avoids the situation that the demand proficiency input by the employer is too high, and the staff team of the task to be distributed cannot be built under the condition that the demand proficiency of the employer is met.
