The overall data processing method related in the method is compared with the method in the prior art, and the change evaluation result on the data set is provided, and compared with the method mean ratio difference method, the logarithmic ratio difference method and the wavelet packet method applied in the data analysis and evaluation in the prior art. The invention can find out the information which better solves the problems of data change detection and evaluation, and the length of each information is taken, thereby effectively improving the accuracy of change detection. As can be seen by comparing Table 1, in the variation evaluation of the method adopted in the invention, the detection omission factor and false alarm rate are obviously reduced relative to the basic average value ratio difference and the logarithmic ratio difference, and compared with the existing wavelet-based variation detection result, the accuracy PCC and consistency evaluation Kappa parameters are greatly improved. From the above results, the method of the present invention is simpler to operate and more effective for change detection. Overall, the method of the invention significantly improves the accuracy of the change detection.
