As shown in fig. 4, the cloud service-based cultural industry creative integration service method provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s101, an information acquisition module acquires user identity and other related information by using radio frequency identification equipment or other input equipment; the data acquisition module acquires service policies or information about cultural industries released by various government websites or other platforms by using a data mining technology; meanwhile, electronic commerce information, scientific and technological information, talent information and industry service information of the relevant cultural industry are obtained by using a data mining technology;
s102, a user registers a platform service account by using the acquired user identity and other information through an account registration module; the account login module performs platform login by using the registered platform service account; after logging in, a user publishes and uploads related cultural industry creative information and other related information by using a login account through an information publishing module;
s103, the main control module controls the data processing module to process the collected related service policy information, the electronic commerce information, the scientific and technological information, the talent information and the industry service information; meanwhile, the information auditing module audits the information issued by the user and the processed information;
s104, the information summarizing module summarizes all kinds of information which pass the auditing and carries out classified display; meanwhile, summarizing cultural industrial data on the platform; the performance evaluation module determines an evaluation index of the cultural industry and performs performance evaluation on the summarized cultural industry data based on the determined evaluation index;

2.1) analyzing the standard data to obtain the service meaning of the standard data, wherein the obtained service meaning of the standard data is used as a preset duplication removal field corresponding to the target standard data;

(2) converting the established target characteristic value matrix into a target relative membership matrix; simultaneously carrying out non-quantitative tempering;
(3) calculating the maximum value and the minimum value of the characteristic value of each evaluation index based on the established target relative membership matrix, namely determining the optimal value and the worst value of each evaluation index;
(4) establishing a corresponding fuzzy partition matrix based on the determined optimal value and the worst value of each evaluation index;
(5) based on the established fuzzy partition matrix, weighting the distance between the cultural industry to be evaluated and the optimal value and the worst value of the evaluation index by utilizing the membership degree, and establishing a corresponding objective function and a fuzzy optimal model;
(6) and performing performance evaluation on the cultural industry to be evaluated based on the established fuzzy optimal model.
In step (1), the evaluation indexes of the cultural industry provided by the embodiment of the invention include: the scale of the cultural creative industry, the achievement of the cultural creative industry, the direct income of the cultural creative industry, the indirect income of the cultural creative industry and the investment of the cultural industry;
the cultural industry investment comprises: fixed asset investment, cultural creative investment and labor cost.
The invention is further described below in connection with simulation effects.
Simulation experiment results
The total data processing method related in the method provided by the invention is compared with the method in the prior art, the change evaluation result on the data set is provided, and the method is compared with the method mean ratio difference method, the logarithm ratio difference method and the wavelet packet method applied in the data analysis and evaluation in the prior art. The invention can be found out to better solve the information of the data change detection and evaluation problems, and the information is respectively obtained, thereby effectively improving the change detection accuracy. Table 1 comparative test results.

By comparing table 1, it can be found that, in the change evaluation of the method adopted in the invention, the detection false alarm rate and the detection false alarm rate are obviously reduced relative to the basic mean ratio difference and the logarithmic ratio difference, and the accuracy PCC and the consistency evaluation Kappa parameter are greatly improved relative to the existing change detection result based on the wavelet. From the above results, it is clear that the method of the present invention is simpler to operate and more effective for change detection. Overall, the method of the invention significantly improves the accuracy of change detection.

Claims (10)
1. A cultural industry creative integrated service method based on cloud service is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring user identity and other related information by using radio frequency identification equipment or other input equipment; acquiring service policies or information about cultural industries released by various government websites or other platforms by using a data mining technology;
acquiring electronic commerce information, scientific and technological information, talent information and industry service information of the relevant cultural industry by using a data mining technology;
thirdly, registering a platform service account by using the acquired user identity and other information; performing platform login by using the registered platform service account; after logging in, a user publishes and uploads related cultural industry creative information and other related information by using a login account;
reading the relevant service policy information, the electronic commerce information, the scientific and technological information, the talent information and the industry service information which are acquired in the first step to the third step, and splitting data according to a data structure to obtain standard data;
step five, performing deduplication processing on the standard data: analyzing the standard data to obtain the service meaning of the standard data, and taking the obtained service meaning of the standard data as a preset duplication removal field corresponding to the target standard data;
searching target field data matched with the preset duplication-removing field in all standard data, and eliminating all repeated target field data to obtain standard data after duplication-removing processing;
calculating the error rate of the obtained standard data after the duplication removal; deleting abnormal data with error rate larger than error threshold in the standard data to obtain filtered data;
step seven, sorting the filtered data according to the error rate; deleting 10% of data at the head and the tail in the sorted queue to obtain a filtering result; carrying out standardization processing on the filtered data;
step eight, auditing the information issued by the user and the processed information;
step nine, summarizing various types of information which pass the examination and verification, and carrying out classified display; meanwhile, summarizing cultural industrial data on the platform; the performance evaluation module determines an evaluation index of the cultural industry and performs performance evaluation on the summarized cultural industry data based on the determined evaluation index;
tenthly, performing credit evaluation on the user based on the auditing result of the relevant information issued by the user, the performance evaluation result of the cultural industry corresponding to the user and the user service management data; providing correction suggestions for users or cultural industries with poor performance evaluation results and credit evaluation results; canceling or limiting service items or types for users who fail to evaluate credit and do not perform rectification or modification;
eleven, performing statistical analysis on the acquired related data and the cultural industrial data; storing various collected and processed data information, performance evaluation results, various service data and transaction data by using a distributed database; and providing a visual interface by using a display, and visually displaying the related data.
2. The cultural industry creative integration service method based on cloud services as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the ninth step, the performance evaluation of the summarized cultural industry data based on the determined evaluation index comprises:
(1) obtaining an evaluation index of the cultural industry and cultural industry data to be evaluated, establishing an evaluation index set based on the obtained index, and establishing a corresponding target characteristic value matrix;
(2) converting the established target characteristic value matrix into a target relative membership matrix; simultaneously carrying out non-quantitative tempering;
(3) calculating the maximum value and the minimum value of the characteristic value of each evaluation index based on the established target relative membership matrix, namely determining the optimal value and the worst value of each evaluation index;
(4) establishing a corresponding fuzzy partition matrix based on the determined optimal value and the worst value of each evaluation index;
(5) based on the established fuzzy partition matrix, weighting the distance between the cultural industry to be evaluated and the optimal value and the worst value of the evaluation index by utilizing the membership degree, and establishing a corresponding objective function and a fuzzy optimal model;
(6) and performing performance evaluation on the cultural industry to be evaluated based on the established fuzzy optimal model.
3. The cultural industry creative integration service method based on cloud services as claimed in claim 2, wherein in the step (1), the evaluation index of the cultural industry comprises: the scale of the cultural creative industry, the achievement of the cultural creative industry, the direct income of the cultural creative industry, the indirect income of the cultural creative industry and the investment of the cultural industry;
the cultural industry investment comprises: fixed asset investment, cultural creative investment and labor cost.
4. A cloud service-based cultural industry creative integrated public service platform is characterized by comprising:
the information acquisition module is connected with the main control module and is used for acquiring the user identity and other related information by utilizing radio frequency identification equipment or other input equipment;
the data acquisition module is connected with the main control module and is used for acquiring service policies or information about cultural industries released by various government websites or other platforms by using a data mining technology; meanwhile, the system is used for acquiring electronic commerce information, scientific and technological information, talent information and industry service information of the relevant cultural industry by using a data mining technology;
the account registration module is connected with the main control module and used for performing platform service account registration by using the acquired user identity and other information;
the account login module is connected with the main control module and used for performing platform login by using a registered platform service account;
the information publishing module is connected with the main control module and is used for the registered user to publish and upload related cultural industry creative information and other related information;
the main control module is connected with the information acquisition module, the data acquisition module, the account registration module, the account login module, the information release module, the data processing module, the information auditing module, the information summarizing module, the performance evaluation module, the service management module, the credit evaluation module, the suggestion rectification module, the screening module, the statistical analysis module, the storage module and the display module and is used for controlling each module to normally work by utilizing a single chip microcomputer or a controller;
the data processing module is connected with the main control module and is used for processing the collected related service policy information, the electronic commerce information, the scientific and technological information, the talent information and the industry service information;
the information auditing module is connected with the main control module and is used for auditing the information issued by the user and the acquired and processed information;
the information summarizing module is connected with the main control module and is used for summarizing various types of information which pass the auditing and carrying out classified display; meanwhile, summarizing cultural industrial data on the platform;
the performance evaluation module is connected with the main control module and comprises an evaluation index determining unit and a comprehensive evaluation unit; the system is used for determining the evaluation index of the cultural industry and comprehensively evaluating the performance of the relevant cultural industry;
the service management module is connected with the main control module and comprises a user management unit, a place renting and selling unit, a financing transaction unit, a talent service unit, a publishing unit, a cultural industry transaction unit, an education training unit, a consultation unit, an inquiry unit and a cloud service unit; for providing administrative, transactional services;
the credit evaluation module is connected with the main control module and is used for evaluating the credit of the user based on the evaluation result of the cultural industry performance and the related user service management data;
the suggestion rectification module is connected with the main control module and is used for providing rectification suggestions for users or cultural industries with poor performance evaluation results and credit evaluation results;
the screening module is connected with the main control module and used for canceling or limiting service items and types of the users with the credit evaluation failing;
the statistical analysis module is connected with the main control module and is used for performing statistical analysis on the acquired related data and cultural industrial data;
and the storage module is connected with the main control module and is used for storing various collected and processed data information, performance evaluation results, various service data and transaction data by utilizing the distributed database.

the publishing unit is used for providing publishing transaction service of cultural products;
and the cultural industry transaction unit is used for providing creative, design, process, intellectual property transaction, trusteeship and protection services.
8. The cloud service-based cultural industry creative complex public service platform of claim 7, wherein the service management module further comprises:
an education training unit for providing training related services;
the consultation unit is used for carrying out cultural industry creative consultation through the consultation interface;
the query unit is used for providing a query interface of various information and data;
and the cloud service unit is used for providing cultural industry creative information data calculation and cloud storage services for the user through the cloud server.
9. A computer device, characterized in that the computer device comprises a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of:
the information acquisition module acquires the user identity and other related information by using radio frequency identification equipment or other input equipment; the data acquisition module acquires service policies or information about cultural industries released by various government websites or other platforms by using a data mining technology; meanwhile, electronic commerce information, scientific and technological information, talent information and industry service information of the relevant cultural industry are obtained by using a data mining technology;
the user registers the platform service account by using the acquired user identity and other information through the account registration module; the account login module performs platform login by using the registered platform service account; after logging in, a user publishes and uploads related cultural industry creative information and other related information by using a login account through an information publishing module;
