Abstract
本发明是一种阀门装置,通过流体从阀芯侧进,阀芯头出方式,并以阀芯与阀体的活塞结构实现阀的开关及流体回吸,实现在点胶及喷涂因结构问题而产生的残液(不滴液不拉丝),以及阀体动力不受流体压力影响可小型型化及快速响应。本发明所需动力可以不受流体压力影响,并有极为显的回吸动作。对实现点胶及喷涂不滴液不拉丝有明显效果。结构简单,易维护,成本低,重要是环保,节能。
Description
本发明是一种阀门装置,尤其适用于气液体及松散物料等流体的开闭机构。
技术背景:
当前市面上的点胶机所用开关阀头采用正反向关断方式,受流体压力不可小型化,开关响应延迟,并会有残胶溢出。喷涂所用阀也同样会有滴液问题。溢出液体会造成产品、设备及环境污染,并增加人工及处理成本。
发明内容:
为解决在点胶及喷涂因结构问题而产生的残液,以及阀体动力不受流体压力影响。本发明提供一种阀体可以大步改进关关延迟;对出口残液产生大行程回吸而不滴液不拉丝;出液量与时间极度接近正比,且结构简单,易维护清理。
技术方案:
本发明采用通过在阀体内液体从阀芯侧进,阀芯头出方式,并以阀芯与阀体的活塞结构实现阀的开关及出液的大行程回吸。
有益效果:
本发明所用动力可以不受液体压力影响,并有极为显的回吸动作。对涂液或胶液不滴不拉丝。结构简单,易维护,成本低,重要是环保,节能。

具体实施:
当5气缸阀芯一体杆从拉回到底的阀体关闭状态到顶出过程中,10阀头内容积先减少,当5气缸阀芯侧与8阀密封件达到错位时,阀体通路,出液,当5气缸阀芯侧执行回拉动作时,阀芯先关断通路后扩大10阀头内容积,产生回吸果。
Claims (4)
1.一种间歇性小流量使用的流体过芯阀,包括与气缸相边为一体的气缸阀芯一体杆5,与之配合的阀体9、密封8及阀头10,其特征是流体通过阀芯。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的气缸阀芯一体杆5,其特征是阀芯与动力芯一体。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的阀体9,其特征是只与进料腔直接相通。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的阀头10,其特征是只与出料端直接相通。
