Abstract
一种装配式复合火炕面板,其特征在于:火炕复合面板由上面板、保温层、下面板三部分组成,上、下面板边框通过槽钢连接,保温层填充于上下面板之间,上下面板用沉头自攻螺钉固定在槽钢上,防止槽钢出现过热现象,在下面板与槽钢之间安装一道隔热层,在上面板下部设置一个温度传感器,温度传感器与温度报警器连接。本发明重量轻,可拆装;上下面板之间填充保温层,蓄热保温;下面板与槽钢之间安装一道隔热层,防止槽钢出现过热现象,避免火灾隐患;温度传感器与温度报警器连接,当温度达到设定温度时发出报警信号,可以随时观察火炕面的温度,保证火炕温度分布均匀,解决了一直以来困扰农民的火炕炕头热、炕梢凉、热得快、凉的快、前半夜热、后半夜凉的问题;底部的防火板是自洁净的,减少烟灰沾染,降低清灰成本,节约费用。

技术领域
本发明涉及民用取暖领域,特别涉及一种装配式可温控报警的复合火炕面板。
背景技术
火炕在农村被广泛使用,传统的火炕由土坯、红砖、混凝土板组成,存在着下面一些缺点:火炕温度分布不均匀:炕头热、炕梢凉;热得快,凉的快,前半夜热、后半夜凉;使用一定时间就要对火炕进行清理,清理时就要破坏火炕面板,造成了大量的浪费;容易产生局部过热现象,存在火灾隐患。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种结构新颖、安装拆卸方便、蓄热效果好且炕面温度均匀的装配式的可温控报警的复合火炕面板。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种装配式复合火炕面板,其特征在于:火炕复合面板由上面板、保温层、下面板三部分组成,上、下面板边框通过槽钢连接,保温层填充于上下面板之间,上下面板用沉头自攻螺钉固定在槽钢上,防止槽钢出现过热现象,在下面板与槽钢之间安装一道隔热层,在上面板下部设置一个温度传感器,温度传感器与温度报警器连接。
所述的温度报警器为TAD-167 数显温度报警器,当温度达到设定温度时发出报警信号。
所述的上面板为10-14mm厚的水泥纤维板,保温层为600-700mm厚的珍珠岩,下面板为45-55mm厚的岩棉洁净板。
所述的隔热层是由玻璃纤维芯材与真空保护表层复合而成的8-12mm厚的STP真空绝热板。
所述的温度传感器为pt100温度传感器。
本发明优点如下:
本发明重量轻,可拆装;上下面板之间填充保温层,蓄热保温;下面板与槽钢之间安装一道隔热层,防止槽钢出现过热现象,避免火灾隐患;温度传感器与温度报警器连接,当温度达到设定温度时发出报警信号,可以随时观察火炕面的温度,保证火炕温度分布均匀,解决了一直以来困扰农民的火炕炕头热、炕梢凉、热得快、凉的快、前半夜热、后半夜凉的问题;底部的防火板是自洁净的,减少烟灰沾染,降低清灰成本,节约费用。

图中1为上面板,2为槽钢,3为下面板,4为沉头自攻螺钉,5为保温层,6为真空绝热板,7为硅胶发泡密封条,8为pt100温度传感器,9为固定卡,10为导线,11为温度报警器。
具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明包括上面板1、槽钢2、下面板3,沉头自攻螺钉4,保温层5,上面板为12mm厚的水泥纤维板,保温层为600-700mm厚的珍珠岩,下面板为50mm厚的岩棉洁净板,真空隔热板6是由玻璃纤维芯材与真空保护表层复合而成的10mm厚的STP真空绝热板。上面板1和下面板3的边框通过沉头自攻螺钉4固定在槽钢2上,保温层5为珍珠岩填充于上下面板之间。防止槽钢出现过热现象,在下面板与槽钢之间安装一道隔热层,在上面板下部设置一个温度传感器,温度传感器与TAD-167 数显温度报警器连接。
施工安装时,先设置下面板3,安装槽钢2前先在四个角各放置一道隔热层——真空绝热板6,接着在四个边各设置一个槽钢2,在上下面板间填充珍珠岩保温层5,接着设置上面板1,上下面板用沉头自攻螺钉4固定在槽钢2上。
参照图2,施工安装阶段,两块上面板之间用硅胶发泡密封条7填充。
参照图3,在上面板下部设置一个pt100温度传感器8,将它用固定卡9固定在上面板1上。接着将pt100温度传感器8通过导线10连接到温度报警器11上,导线10外部包裹有硅胶线套,起到防热作用,当温度达到设定温度时就发出报警信号。
Claims (5)
1.一种装配式复合火炕面板,其特征在于:火炕复合面板由上面板、保温层、下面板三部分组成,上、下面板边框通过槽钢连接,保温层填充于上下面板之间,上下面板用沉头自攻螺钉固定在槽钢上,防止槽钢出现过热现象,在下面板与槽钢之间安装一道隔热层,在上面板下部设置一个温度传感器,温度传感器与温度报警器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式复合火炕面板,其特征在于:所述的温度报警器为TAD-167 数显温度报警器,当温度达到设定温度时发出报警信号。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式复合火炕面板,其特征在于:所述的上面板为10-14mm厚的水泥纤维板,保温层为600-700mm厚的珍珠岩,下面板为45-55mm厚的岩棉洁净板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式复合火炕面板,其特征在于:所述的隔热层是由玻璃纤维芯材与真空保护表层复合而成的8-12mm厚的STP真空绝热板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式复合火炕面板,其特征在于:所述的温度传感器为pt100温度传感器。
