Abstract
本发明属于清洗液技术领域,尤其涉及一种免擦拭客车清洗液及其制备方法。一种免擦拭客车清洗液,由以下重量份物质组成:乙二醇正丁醚1.2‑3.4份,聚醚改性硅油1.5‑3.2份,三乙醇胺2.3‑5.7份,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺2‑4份,山梨酸钾0.5‑1份,薄荷脑1‑1.5份,偏硅酸钠3.2‑5.5份,乳汁草3‑5份,表面活性剂1‑3份,乳化剂3‑5份。该免擦拭客车清洗液具有成本低廉、去污效果好、气味芳香的特点,并提供该免擦拭客车清洗液的制备方法。

技术领域
本发明属于清洗液技术领域,尤其涉及一种免擦拭客车清洗液及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车漆面的污垢主要由尘土、泥沙、鸟粪及树胶等造成污染,传统的洗车方式用高压水枪冲洗车漆表面,在水洗车时造成多种能源浪费,水本身是氧化物,在长期水洗漆面后,漆面会形成氧化成。要长期保持车漆亮丽如新,则需要抛光打蜡。不仅造成能源浪费,并且需要重复投资。另外,现有的汽车清洗液不能很好的去除蚊虫、油污、树胶等污染,清洗不彻底;再者,清洗后的车体表面含静电,容易吸附尘土,不能很好的保持车身的清洁,给人们使用汽车带来了不便。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题,提供一种成本低廉、去污效果好,气味芳香的免擦拭客车清洗液,并提供该免擦拭客车清洗液的制备方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种免擦拭客车清洗液,由以下重量份物质组成:乙二醇正丁醚1.2-3.4份,聚醚改性硅油1.5-3.2份,三乙醇胺2.3-5.7份,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺2-4份,山梨酸钾0.5-1份,薄荷脑1-1.5份,偏硅酸钠3.2-5.5份,乳汁草3-5份,表面活性剂1-3份,乳化剂3-5份。
优选的方案,一种免擦拭客车清洗液,由以下重量份物质组成:乙二醇正丁醚2-2.5份,聚醚改性硅油2-3份,三乙醇胺2-4份,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺2.5-4份,山梨酸钾0.5-1份,薄荷脑1-1.5份,偏硅酸钠4-5份,乳汁草3.5-4.5份,表面活性剂2-2.5份,乳化剂3.5-4.5份。
优选的方案,所述表面活性剂为烷基硫酸盐。
优选的方案,所述乳化剂为三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
一种免擦拭客车清洗液的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
(1)按比例将乙二醇正丁醚,聚醚改性硅油,三乙醇胺,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺,表面活性剂,乳化剂在30-50℃的条件下依次加入反应釜中,搅拌20分钟;
(2)在50-70℃的条件下,按比例加入薄荷脑,偏硅酸钠,乳汁草,山梨酸钾,搅拌15分钟;
(3)降温至室温后,静置10-12h。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.一种免擦拭客车清洗液在清洗时能快速去掉车体表面的蚊虫、树胶、顽固油渍等污染,清洗彻底;
2.一种免擦拭客车清洗液,聚醚改性硅油具有优良的溶解性能,配合乙二醇正丁醚,三乙醇胺,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺等物质使用,挥发速度适中,薄荷脑,乳汁草等物质能够去除异味,该免擦拭客车清洗液能够使清洗过的车体表面形成一层保护膜,增光增艳,有效抵抗酸雨、蚊虫等物质的侵蚀,并能降低尘土吸附,增加车身抗静电能力,使车体表面亮丽如新。

实施例1
一种免擦拭客车清洗液,由以下重量份物质组成:乙二醇正丁醚2份,聚醚改性硅油2份,三乙醇胺4份,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺4份,山梨酸钾0.5份,薄荷脑1.5份,偏硅酸钠4份,乳汁草4.5份,表面活性剂2份,乳化剂4.5份。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为烷基硫酸盐。
优选的,所述乳化剂为三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
一种免擦拭客车清洗液的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
(1)按比例将乙二醇正丁醚,聚醚改性硅油,三乙醇胺,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺,表面活性剂,乳化剂在50℃的条件下依次加入反应釜中,搅拌20分钟;
(2)在70℃的条件下,按比例加入薄荷脑,偏硅酸钠,乳汁草,山梨酸钾,搅拌15分钟;
(3)降温至室温后,静置12h。
实施例2
一种免擦拭客车清洗液,由以下重量份物质组成:乙二醇正丁醚2.5份,聚醚改性硅油3份,三乙醇胺2份,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺2.5份,山梨酸钾1份,薄荷脑1份,偏硅酸钠5份,乳汁草3.5份,表面活性剂2.5份,乳化剂3.5份。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为烷基硫酸盐。
优选的,所述乳化剂为三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
一种免擦拭客车清洗液的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
(1)按比例将乙二醇正丁醚,聚醚改性硅油,三乙醇胺,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺,表面活性剂,乳化剂在30℃的条件下依次加入反应釜中,搅拌20分钟;
(2)在50℃的条件下,按比例加入薄荷脑,偏硅酸钠,乳汁草,山梨酸钾,搅拌15分钟;
(3)降温至室温后,静置10h。

优选的,所述乳化剂为三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
一种免擦拭客车清洗液的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
(1)按比例将乙二醇正丁醚,聚醚改性硅油,三乙醇胺,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺,表面活性剂,乳化剂在40℃的条件下依次加入反应釜中,搅拌20分钟;
(2)在60℃的条件下,按比例加入薄荷脑,偏硅酸钠,乳汁草,山梨酸钾,搅拌15分钟;
(3)降温至室温后,静置11h。

1.一种免擦拭客车清洗液,其特征在于,由以下重量份物质组成:乙二醇正丁醚1.2-3.4份,聚醚改性硅油1.5-3.2份,三乙醇胺2.3-5.7份,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺2-4份,山梨酸钾0.5-1份,薄荷脑1-1.5份,偏硅酸钠3.2-5.5份,乳汁草3-5份,表面活性剂1-3份,乳化剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免擦拭客车清洗液,其特征在于:乙二醇正丁醚2-2.5份,聚醚改性硅油2-3份,三乙醇胺2-4份,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺2.5-4份,山梨酸钾0.5-1份,薄荷脑1-1.5份,偏硅酸钠4-5份,乳汁草3.5-4.5份,表面活性剂2-2.5份,乳化剂3.5-4.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的免擦拭客车清洗液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为烷基硫酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的免擦拭客车清洗液,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的免擦拭客车清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下操作步骤:
(1)按比例将乙二醇正丁醚,聚醚改性硅油,三乙醇胺,十二烷基二乙醇酰胺,表面活性剂,乳化剂在30-50℃的条件下依次加入反应釜中,搅拌20分钟;
(2)在50-70℃的条件下,按比例加入薄荷脑,偏硅酸钠,乳汁草,山梨酸钾,搅拌15分钟;
(3)降温至室温后,静置10-12h。
