s1: a sampling needle 3 is extended into a cleaning pool 1, and the needle tip of the sampling needle is positioned below the connection part of a port 2 on the side wall of the cleaning pool 1 and the cleaning pool 1;
in the process, the depth of the sampling needle 3 extending into the cleaning pool 1 is preferably controlled to ensure that the needle tip is axially connected with the interface 2 on the side wall of the cleaning pool 1 at one point, so that the cleaning liquid directly impacts the needle tip of the sampling needle 3 when flowing into the cleaning pool 1.
S2: introducing a first cleaning solution into the cleaning pool 1 to wash the needle tip of the sampling needle 3;
when the first cleaning solution is introduced, the first cleaning solution should have a certain flow rate to impact the needle tip of the sampling needle 3, so as to improve the cleaning effect.
S3: extracting a first cleaning liquid and driving the first cleaning liquid to move back and forth to clean the inner wall of the sampling needle 3 back and forth;
the first cleaning liquid used in the above steps may be the first cleaning liquid accumulated in the cleaning pool 1 after cleaning the needle point, or may be extracted from another place, and as with the needle point cleaning, the first cleaning liquid for cleaning the inner wall must have a certain flow rate to impact the attached matter on the inner wall.
Since the needle tip has a small volume and a small amount of residual sample, the first cleaning solution after the needle tip is cleaned can be used continuously, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first cleaning solution extracted in step S3 is the first cleaning solution stored in the cleaning pool 1 after step S2 is completed, and step S3 is specifically to immerse the needle tip of the sampling needle 3 in the first cleaning solution in the cleaning pool 1, and extract the first cleaning solution in the cleaning pool 1 to perform reciprocating cleaning on the inner wall of the sampling needle 3.
Of course, in other embodiments, the inner wall of the sampling needle 3 may be cleaned with a completely new unused cleaning solution.
Further, the method for cleaning the sampling needle further comprises the following steps:
s4: extracting a second cleaning liquid to clean the inner wall of the sampling needle 3 so as to remove the residual first cleaning liquid;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the second cleaning liquid is a diluent to remove the remaining first cleaning liquid, so as to avoid the adverse effect of the first cleaning liquid on the next sampling, and when the second cleaning liquid is used to clean the inner wall of the sampling needle 3, the sampling needle 3 must be lifted off the first cleaning liquid in the cleaning pool 1 first, or the first cleaning liquid in the cleaning pool 1 must be emptied first.
In order to better remove protein, in the embodiment of the present invention, two kinds of washing solutions are used in combination, wherein the first washing solution is a hemolytic agent, and the second washing solution is a diluent, but in practical applications, only one kind of washing solution may be used to wash the sampling needle, that is, the first washing solution and the second washing solution are the same, in this case, the above-mentioned method for washing the sampling needle skips step S4, and proceeds from step S3 to step S5 directly.
After the four steps are completed, the inner wall and the needle tip of the sampling needle 3 are cleaned, and then the outer wall of the sampling needle 3 is cleaned, as shown in fig. 3, the method for cleaning the sampling needle further comprises the following steps:
s5: the sampling needle 3 is lifted into the swab 4 and separated from the cleaning liquid in the cleaning pool 1, and a second cleaning liquid is introduced into the swab 4 to clean the outer wall of the sampling needle 3;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the second cleaning solution, i.e., the diluent, is directly used to clean the outer wall of the sampling needle 3, and in other embodiments, the first cleaning solution may be used to clean first and then the second cleaning solution is used to perform a secondary cleaning.
S6: the waste liquid in the washing tank 1 is emptied.
Further optimizing the above technical solution, in the embodiment of the present invention, in step S5, the second cleaning solution is introduced into the swab 4 to clean the outer wall of the sampling needle 3, and the second cleaning solution having washed the outer wall of the sampling needle 3 in the swab 4 is removed.
The above embodiment is performed according to the sequence of the sampling needle tip → the inner wall of the sampling needle → the outer wall of the sampling needle, but this is only a preferred embodiment provided by the present invention, and the sequence is not limited thereto, and the sequence may be broken, and the cleaning may be performed according to the sequence of the inner wall of the sampling needle → the tip of the sampling needle → the outer wall of the sampling needle, or according to any sequence, which is not limited herein.
As described above, the embodiment of the present invention provides a sampling needle cleaning device and a sampling needle cleaning method based on the sampling needle cleaning device, the device has a simple structure and is convenient to operate, the device combination method can fully and effectively clean the needle point and the inner wall of the sampling needle 3, and the inner and outer sides and the needle point of the sampling needle 3 can be fully cleaned by matching with the outer wall cleaning device, so as to avoid carrying pollution.

1. A sampling needle cleaning device, comprising:
a cleaning tank;
the needle point cleaning module is communicated with an interface on the side wall of the cleaning pool and used for conveying cleaning liquid to the cleaning pool to clean the needle point of the sampling needle, the needle point cleaning module comprises a first pressure source and a first container for containing the cleaning liquid, the first pressure source extracts the cleaning liquid from the first container and sends the cleaning liquid to the cleaning pool, the first pressure source is an injection pump, the needle point cleaning module further comprises a first control valve, the first container, the first pressure source and the interface on the side wall of the cleaning pool are all communicated with the first control valve, the first container can be communicated with the first pressure source by the first control valve in a first state, and the first pressure source can be communicated with the interface on the side wall of the cleaning pool by the first control valve in a second state;
the sampling needle inner wall cleaning module is communicated with the sampling needle and used for driving cleaning liquid to carry out reciprocating cleaning on the inner wall of the sampling needle, the sampling needle inner wall cleaning module comprises a second pressure source, one end of the sampling needle far away from the needle point is communicated with the second pressure source, the second pressure source can provide positive pressure and negative pressure to drive the cleaning liquid to move in a reciprocating manner, the sampling needle inner wall cleaning module further comprises a second control valve and a second container, one end of the sampling needle far away from the needle tip is communicated with the second pressure source through the second control valve, the second reservoir being in communication with the second control valve, the second control valve being capable of communicating the second reservoir with the second pressure source in a first state, the second control valve is capable of communicating the second pressure source with an end of the sampling needle distal from the needle tip in a second state.
2. The sampling needle cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the cross section of the cleaning pool is circular, and the interface on the side wall of the cleaning pool is communicated with the cleaning pool along the tangential direction of the cleaning pool.
3. The sampling needle cleaning device of claim 2, wherein the port on the side wall of the cleaning basin is sloped downward.

The sampling needle cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a sampling needle outer wall cleaning module, wherein the sampling needle outer wall cleaning module comprises a swab and a cleaning solution delivery device, the sampling needle extends from the inner cavity of the swab, an inlet communicated with the inner cavity is formed in the swab, and the cleaning solution delivery device is communicated with the inlet of the swab.
5. The sampling needle cleaning device according to claim 4, wherein an outlet is provided at the bottom of the cleaning pool, and the outlet of the cleaning pool is communicated with a waste liquid conveying device.
6. A sampling needle cleaning method based on the sampling needle cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) the sampling needle is extended into the cleaning pool, and the needle point of the sampling needle is positioned below the communication position of the interface on the side wall of the cleaning pool and the cleaning pool;
2) introducing a first cleaning solution into the cleaning pool to wash the needle tip of the sampling needle;
3) extracting a first cleaning liquid and driving the first cleaning liquid to move in a reciprocating manner so as to clean the inner wall of the sampling needle in a reciprocating manner;
the first cleaning liquid extracted in the step 3) is the first cleaning liquid stored in the cleaning pool after the step 2) is completed, and the step 3) is to immerse the needle point of the sampling needle in the first cleaning liquid in the cleaning pool and extract the first cleaning liquid in the cleaning pool to perform reciprocating cleaning on the inner wall of the sampling needle.
7. The method of cleaning a sampling needle of claim 6, further comprising the steps of:
4) and extracting the second cleaning liquid to clean the inner wall of the sampling needle so as to remove the residual first cleaning liquid.
8. The method of cleaning a sampling needle of claim 7, further comprising the steps of:
5) lifting the sampling needle into the swab and separating the sampling needle from the cleaning liquid in the cleaning pool, and introducing a second cleaning liquid into the swab to clean the outer wall of the sampling needle;
6) and emptying the waste liquid in the cleaning pool.
9. The method for cleaning a sampling needle according to claim 8, wherein if the first cleaning liquid is the same as the second cleaning liquid, the step 3) is directly performed to the step 5).
10. The method for washing a sampling needle according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the first washing solution is a hemolytic agent and the second washing solution is a diluent.
