本发明涉及防弹衣技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强电磁屏蔽软质防刺防弹衣及制造方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的主流防刺防弹衣是硬质防弹衣,主要由衣套和防弹层组成,衣套常用化纤制品制作。防弹层用铝合金、钛合金、特种钢等金属;碳化硅、氧化铝等陶瓷片;尼龙、凯夫拉纤维、聚乙烯纤维等材料构成复合防护结构。防弹层可吸收弹头和弹片的动能,可对人体的胸腹部等部位进行有效防护。这类硬质防弹衣的主要缺点是厚重,穿着灵活性与舒适性差,同时没有防电磁辐射功能。
近年来,市场上出现了一种软质防刺防弹衣,去除了金属、陶瓷等硬质防弹层。采用将剪切增稠液浸渍或涂敷在凯夫拉、聚乙烯等纤维表面上,利用剪切增稠液在高速剪切速率下具有类固态形为,从而达到防护效果。该种软质防刺防弹衣在达到同等防护效果的前提下,重量和厚度较硬质防弹衣有所减轻和减薄,但仍然穿着灵活性与舒适性较差。
因此,开发一种厚度薄、重量轻、穿着灵活性与舒适性好且具有电磁防护功能的高强电磁屏蔽软质防刺防弹衣极其重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种高强电磁屏蔽软质防刺防弹衣及制造方法,以实现防刺防弹衣厚度薄、重量轻、穿着灵活性与舒适性好且具有电磁防护功能等优点。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种高强电磁屏蔽软质防刺防弹衣,由阻燃防水层、非晶电磁屏蔽层、第一隔离层、防弹层、第二隔离层、内衬层依次叠加构成的衣本体以及衣袖、上收纳袋、下收纳袋组成,其特征在于,所述衣本体1的制造方法包括以下步骤:
S1.采用铁基(Fe)非晶丝或钴基(Co)非晶丝按经纬排列方式编制成非晶金属布,将多层所述非晶金属布叠加形成非晶电磁屏蔽层;
S2.将纳米二氧化硅或纳米氧化钛或纳米氧化钙颗粒中的一种或多种与聚硼二甲基硅氧烷在一定压力和温度下充分搅拌混合形成基料;
S3.将所述基料加入乙二醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或多种混合物中,充分搅拌均匀形成剪切增稠液;
S4.将凯夫拉纤维丝或碳纤维丝或聚乙烯纤维丝浸泡在稀释后的所述剪切增稠液中,密封加温加压,超声震动,静置,使所述剪切增稠液充分包裹在所述凯夫拉纤维丝或碳纤维丝或聚乙烯纤维丝周围;
S5.将包裹有所述剪切增稠液的凯夫拉纤维丝或碳纤维丝或聚乙烯纤维丝真空干燥形成纤维经线和纤维纬线;
S6.将所述纤维经线和纤维纬线编织成剪切增稠纤维布;
S7.将多层所述剪切增稠纤维布叠加重压形成防弹层;
S8.准备阻燃防水层、第一隔离层、第二隔离层以及内衬层;
S9.将所述阻燃防水层、非晶电磁屏蔽层、第一隔离层、防弹层、第二隔离层、内衬层依次叠加胶粘重压形成衣本体材料;
S10.根据人体身材尺寸,裁剪衣本体材料并缝制成衣本体。
所述内衬层为具有抑菌、柔软舒适的聚乳酸纤维或超高分子量聚乙烯纤维织成。
所述第一隔离层和第二隔离层是一种表面浸渍有所述剪切增稠液,之后又喷涂有二甲基硅油的芳纶纤维。
所述衣袖采用与所述衣本体相同的材料制成。
所述衣本体正面设计有上收纳袋和下收纳袋。
与现有技术相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:
1、增加了以铁基(Fe)非晶丝或钴基(Co)非晶丝按经纬排列方式编制成的非晶金属布,具有较好的吸波屏蔽特性以及抗辐射、抗腐蚀特性,同时又具有较好的强度,增加了防弹衣的电磁屏蔽与抗辐射功能以及防弹防刺功能。穿着具有高强电磁屏蔽功能的防弹衣,长期在电磁环境下不易产生机体温度升高、人体失衡、疲劳、恶心甚至人体组织、细胞代谢紊乱等严重问题。
2、防弹层采用凯夫拉纤维丝或碳纤维丝或聚乙烯纤维丝浸泡在剪切增稠液中,密封加温加压,超声震动,静置,使剪切增稠液充分包裹在凯夫拉纤维丝或碳纤维丝或聚乙烯纤维丝周围。这样剪切增稠液与纤维丝的复合度比整块纤维布浸渍剪切增稠液的复合度提高了120%~150%,防弹防刺能力提高了80%~100%。这样达到同等防弹防刺等级的防弹防刺衣重量比硬质防弹衣轻约50%~60%,厚度减少50%。这种软质防弹防刺衣穿着灵活性和舒适性大大增加。同时增加了衣袖,防护面积增加,安全性更强。
3、在防弹衣正面设计有上收纳袋和下收纳袋,便于收纳对讲机等小物件。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
如图1、2、3所示,一种高强电磁屏蔽软质防刺防弹衣,由衣本体1、衣袖4、上收纳袋2、下收纳袋3组成。所述衣袖4与所述衣本体1材料相同,衣袖4加工好之后缝制在衣本体1上。
所述衣本体1由阻燃防水层11、非晶电磁屏蔽层16、第一隔离层14、防弹层12、第二隔离层15、内衬层13依次叠加,胶粘重压而成。
所述衣本体1的制造方法包括以下步骤:
S1.采用铁基(Fe)非晶丝或钴基(Co)非晶丝按经纬排列方式编制成非晶金属布,将多层所述非晶金属布叠加形成非晶电磁屏蔽层16。所述电磁屏蔽层16具有较好的吸波屏蔽特性以及抗辐射、抗腐蚀特性,同时又具有较好的强度,增加了防弹衣的电磁屏蔽与抗辐射功能以及防弹防刺功能。穿着具有高强电磁屏蔽功能的防弹衣,长期在电磁环境下不易产生机体温度升高、人体失衡、疲劳、恶心甚至人体组织、细胞代谢紊乱等严重问题。
S2.将纳米二氧化硅或纳米氧化钛或纳米氧化钙颗粒中的一种或多种与聚硼二甲基硅氧烷在一定压力和温度下充分搅拌混合形成基料。
S3.将所述基料加入乙二醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或多种混合物中,充分搅拌均匀形成剪切增稠液。所述剪切增稠液在冲击力作用下迅速变硬,吸收并阻挡冲击能量,当冲击力消除后,迅速回到原来的流体状态。
S4.将凯夫拉纤维丝或碳纤维丝或聚乙烯纤维丝浸泡在稀释后的所述剪切增稠液中,密封加温加压,超声震动,静置,使所述剪切增稠液充分包裹在所述凯夫拉纤维丝或碳纤维丝或聚乙烯纤维丝周围。
S5.将包裹有所述剪切增稠液的凯夫拉纤维丝或碳纤维丝或聚乙烯纤维丝真空干燥形成纤维经线121和纤维纬线122。
S6.将所述纤维经线121和纤维纬线122编织成剪切增稠纤维布。
S7.将多层所述剪切增稠纤维布叠加重压形成防弹层12;这样剪切增稠液与纤维丝的复合度比整块纤维布浸渍剪切增稠液的复合度提高了120%~150%,防弹防刺能力提高了80%~100%。
S8.准备阻燃防水层11、第一隔离层14、第二隔离层15以及内衬层13。所述内衬层13为具有抑菌、柔软舒适的聚乳酸纤维或超高分子量聚乙烯纤维织成。所述第一隔离层14和第二隔离层15是一种表面浸渍有所述剪切增稠液,之后又喷涂有二甲基硅油的芳纶纤维。所述第一隔离层14和第二隔离层15既对所述防弹层12有效隔离,也具有很好的辅助防弹效能。
S9.将所述阻燃防水层11、非晶电磁屏蔽层16、第一隔离层14、防弹层12、第二隔离层15、内衬层13依次叠加胶粘重压形成衣本体1材料。
S10.根据人体身材尺寸,裁剪衣本体1材料并缝制成衣本体1。
所述衣本体1正面设计有上收纳袋2和下收纳袋3,便于收纳对讲机等小物件。
综上所述,达到同样防刺防弹等级,采用本技术方案发明的高强电磁屏蔽软质防刺防弹衣较硬质防刺防弹衣重量轻、穿着灵活性与舒适性好、保护面积大、具有强电磁屏蔽功能,能有效保护穿着人员的生命安全。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施方式,不应被视为对本发明范围的限制,而且本发明所主张的权利要求范围并不局限于此,凡熟悉此领域技艺的人士,依照本发明所披露的技术内容,可轻易思及的等效变化,均应落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种高强电磁屏蔽软质防刺防弹衣,由阻燃防水层(11)、非晶电磁屏蔽层(16)、第一隔离层(14)、防弹层(12)、第二隔离层(15)、内衬层(13)依次叠加构成的衣本体(1)以及衣袖(4)、上收纳袋(2)、下收纳袋(3)组成,其特征在于,所述衣本体(1)的制造方法包括以下步骤:
S1.采用铁基(Fe)非晶丝或钴基(Co)非晶丝按经纬排列方式编制成非晶金属布,将多层所述非晶金属布叠加形成非晶电磁屏蔽层(16);
S2.将纳米二氧化硅或纳米氧化钛或纳米氧化钙颗粒中的一种或多种与聚硼二甲基硅氧烷在一定压力和温度下充分搅拌混合形成基料;
S3.将所述基料加入乙二醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或多种混合物中,充分搅拌均匀形成剪切增稠液;
S4.将凯夫拉纤维丝或碳纤维丝或聚乙烯纤维丝浸泡在稀释后的所述剪切增稠液中,密封加温加压,超声震动,静置,使所述剪切增稠液充分包裹在所述凯夫拉纤维丝或碳纤维丝或聚乙烯纤维丝周围;
S5.将包裹有所述剪切增稠液的凯夫拉纤维丝或碳纤维丝或聚乙烯纤维丝真空干燥形成纤维经线(121)和纤维纬线(122);
S6.将所述纤维经线(121)和纤维纬线(122)编织成剪切增稠纤维布;
S7.将多层所述剪切增稠纤维布叠加重压形成防弹层(12);
S8.准备阻燃防水层(11)、第一隔离层(14)、第二隔离层(15)以及内衬层(13);
S9.将所述阻燃防水层(11)、非晶电磁屏蔽层(16)、第一隔离层(14)、防弹层(12)、第二隔离层(15)、内衬层(13)依次叠加胶粘重压形成衣本体(1)材料;
S10.根据人体身材尺寸,裁剪衣本体(1)材料并缝制成衣本体(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强电磁屏蔽软质防刺防弹衣,其特征在于,所述内衬层(13)为具有抑菌、柔软舒适的聚乳酸纤维或超高分子量聚乙烯纤维织成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强电磁屏蔽软质防刺防弹衣,其特征在于,所述第一隔离层(14)和第二隔离层(15)是一种表面浸渍有所述剪切增稠液,之后又喷涂有二甲基硅油的芳纶纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强电磁屏蔽软质防刺防弹衣,其特征在于,所述衣袖(4)采用与所述衣本体(1)相同的材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强电磁屏蔽软质防刺防弹衣,其特征在于,所述衣本体(1)正面设计有上收纳袋(2)和下收纳袋(3)。
