1. The high-efficiency blended yarn bleaching device is characterized by comprising a box body (1), a first guide wheel (7), a second guide wheel (8), a third guide wheel (9), a second air extractor (12), a pressing conveying assembly (15), a first air extractor (18), a heating box (19), an exhaust pipe (33) and a one-way valve (34);
a clapboard (10) is arranged in the box body (1); the partition plate (10) is used for dividing the interior of the box body (1) into a bleaching bin (5) and a drying bin (14), and a first through hole (11) used for communicating the bleaching bin (5) with the drying bin (14) is formed in the partition plate (10);
bleaching liquid for bleaching the blended yarn (3) is stored at the bottom of the bleaching bin (5), a yarn inlet (2) and an exhaust hole (4) are formed in the box body (1) of the bleaching bin (5), and a first guide wheel (7), a second guide wheel (8) and a third guide wheel (9) are sequentially arranged in the bleaching bin (5) along the yarn inlet (2) towards the direction of the first through hole (11); the blended yarn (3) enters a bleaching bin (5) from a yarn inlet (2) and is tightly pressed against a first guide wheel (7), the blended yarn (3) is immersed in bleaching liquid and is tightly pressed against a second guide wheel (8), the blended yarn (3) penetrates out of the bleaching liquid and is tightly pressed against a third guide wheel (9), and the blended yarn (3) enters a drying bin (14) from a first through hole (11);
an air inlet hole (17) and a yarn outlet (16) are formed in the box body (1) of the drying bin (14), and a pressing conveying assembly (15) used for clamping and conveying the blended yarns (3) is arranged in the drying bin (14) from the first through hole (11) to the yarn outlet (16) side by side; the pressing conveying assembly (15) comprises a mounting frame (24), a first fastening piece (25), a second fastening piece (26), a squeezing roller (27), a driving device (28) and a sliding piece (29); the mounting frames (24) are arranged side by side, and the mounting frames (24) are respectively provided with a fifth through hole (31) and a mounting hole (30); the mounting hole (30) is provided with a sixth through hole on the mounting frame (24); the first fastening piece (25) is screwed into the fifth through hole (31) and a threaded blind hole formed in the inner wall of the drying bin (14) respectively; the squeezing rollers (27) are arranged side by side, and a gap for the blended yarn (3) to pass through is reserved between the squeezing rollers (27); the extrusion rollers (27) are respectively connected with the sliding parts (29) in a rotating way, and the extrusion rollers (27) are respectively connected with the driving devices (28) in a transmission way; the sliding parts (29) are respectively installed in the installation holes in a sliding manner; the second fastening pieces (26) are screwed into the sixth through holes respectively, and the end faces, facing the sliding pieces (29), of the second fastening pieces (26) press the sliding pieces (29) respectively;
the heating box (19) is positioned between the pressing and conveying assemblies (15), an electric heating pipe (20) is arranged in the heating box (19), third through holes (23) are uniformly formed in the end face, facing the blended yarn (3), of the heating box (19), and second through holes (21) are formed in the heating box (19); the air inlet end of the first air extractor (18) is respectively connected with the air inlet holes (17), and the air outlet end of the first air extractor (18) is respectively connected with the second through holes (21);
the second air extractor (12) is arranged in the drying bin (14), and the air outlet end of the second air extractor (12) is respectively connected with the air inlet end of the exhaust pipe (33); the exhaust pipes (33) are respectively arranged on the bottom surfaces of the bleaching bins (5), and the exhaust pipes (33) are provided with fourth through holes at equal intervals; one-way valves (34) are respectively arranged in the fourth through holes;
the blended yarn (3) to be bleached enters a bleaching bin (5) from a yarn inlet (2), and the blended yarn (3) is sequentially pressed against a first guide wheel (7), a second guide wheel (8) and a third guide wheel (9); the bleached blended yarn (3) enters a drying bin (14) from a first through hole (11); the blended yarn (3) is clamped and conveyed by a pressing conveying assembly (15) in a drying bin (14), and the dried blended yarn (3) is output from the box body (1) through a yarn outlet (16); hot air in the drying bin (14) is input into the exhaust pipe (33) through the second air extraction device (12), and the hot air is discharged into the bleaching liquid from a fourth through hole in the exhaust pipe (33).

A high efficiency bleaching device for blended yarn according to claim 1 characterized in that the first guide wheel (7), the second guide wheel (8) and the third guide wheel (9) are comprised of a set of guide wheels for guiding bleaching of the blended yarn (3) and the first guide wheel (7), the second guide wheel (8) and the third guide wheel (9) are mounted in the same way.
3. A high efficiency bleaching device for blended yarn according to claim 2 wherein the number of second guide wheels (8) in the set of guide wheels is not less than two.
4. A high-efficiency bleaching device for blended yarn according to claim 2, wherein the first guide wheels (7) are respectively screwed with the mounting shafts (32); the mounting shafts (32) are respectively arranged in the bleaching bin (5) in parallel and in a rotating way.

A high-efficiency bleaching device for blended yarns according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom surface of the bleaching bin (5) is provided with an inclined plate (35), and the bleaching bin (5) is provided with a drain hole on the box body (1) for draining the bleaching liquid used in the bleaching bin (5).

A high efficiency bleaching device for blended yarn as claimed in claim 1 wherein the heating cabinet (19) is provided with a wind screen (22); the wind screen filter plate (22) is uniformly provided with filter holes; the aperture of the filter hole is not smaller than that of the third through hole (23).

A high-efficiency bleaching device for blended yarn according to claim 1, characterized in that a gas collecting hood (13) is provided in the drying chamber (14); the exhaust end of the gas collecting hood (13) is respectively connected with the gas inlet end of the second gas extraction device (12).
8. A high efficiency bleaching device for blended yarn as claimed in claim 1 wherein dust screen is provided in each of the exhaust vent (4) and the air inlet vent (17).
9. A high efficiency bleaching device for blended yarns according to claim 1 wherein the mounting bracket (24) comprises a mounting plate provided with mounting holes (30) and an L-shaped web provided with fifth through holes (31); the L-shaped connecting plates are respectively arranged on the mounting plates.
