Abstract

本发明公开了一种渣斗车用防粘氟碳涂料,其所用原料按重量份计为:氟碳乳液85‑90份、消泡助剂1‑3份、抗黄助剂1‑3份、流平助剂1‑3份、防闪锈剂1‑3份、耐磨助剂5‑10份。该氟碳涂料原料易得,成本低廉,制备工艺简单,施工方便。由该氟碳涂料所制备的涂层硬度高、附着力好、防粘性能优异、耐磨性能好。

一种渣斗车用防粘氟碳涂料
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种渣斗车防粘氟碳涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
地铁施工工序中由于渣土黏性太大,导致渣土与渣斗车紧密粘结在一起,倾倒的时候很难倒干净,需要配备多名工人和占用机器,影响出渣的施工效率。为了解决上述实际工程问题,可行的策略主要是在机件表面涂覆防粘结层,即树脂型涂层。传统的涂层材料如丙烯酸酯类树脂、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂等防粘结能力弱,无法在实际工况下使用。氟碳涂料是以氟碳树脂为基础或以其改性的一类涂料。其聚合物主链结构上由于存在C-F键,键能大,键长小,因而所制备的涂层具有较低的表面自由能,优异的耐候性、防腐蚀性、耐沾污性、耐热性、耐化学品性、疏水疏油性。然而,一般的氟碳涂料都是基于脂肪族的氟碳树脂,其链段刚性不足、热机械性能较低、耐磨性能差。因此,合成刚性的氟碳树脂并开发相应的耐磨涂料具有重要的实际意义。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术所存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种渣斗车用防粘氟碳涂料,其制得的涂层透明度良好、附着力好、防粘性能优异、耐磨性能好。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种渣斗车用防粘氟碳涂料,其由以下重量份原料组成:
氟碳乳液 85-90份,
消泡助剂 1-3份,
抗黄助剂 1-3份,
流平助剂 1-3份,
防闪锈剂 1-3份,
耐磨助剂 5-10份;
所述渣斗车用防粘氟碳涂料的制备方法是将氟碳乳液、消泡助剂、抗黄助剂、流平助剂、防闪锈剂、耐磨助剂在300-2000 r/min的转速下分散均匀即得。
所述氟碳乳液中固态组分的氟含量为2%-10%。
所述流平助剂为非离子缔合型聚氨酯;所述防闪锈剂为锌聚合物;所述耐磨助剂为50-500纳米的石墨颗粒,所述抗黄助剂为2-(2'-羟基-3',5'-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑。。
所述氟碳乳液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将4-氟苯乙烯1.095-2.19重量份、丙烯酸单体0.1-0.3重量份、甲基丙烯酸酯单体1.41-2.705重量份、丙烯酸酯单体3.1-3.7重量份、乳化剂0.3-1重量份及水4-6重量份加入烧杯中,用高速剪切机预乳化30分钟,得到白色的预乳液,记为组分I;
(2)将4-氟苯乙烯9.855-19.71重量份、丙烯酸单体0.9-2.7重量份、甲基丙烯酸酯单体12.69-24.345重量份、丙烯酸酯单体27.9-34.5重量份、乳化剂0.5-1.5重量份、引发剂0.2-0.4重量份及水40-56重量份,用高速剪切机搅拌10分钟,得到白色乳液,记为组分II;
(3)在氮气保护下,在烧瓶中加入乳化剂0.5-1重量份、引发剂0.1-0.2重量份、缓冲剂0.1-0.5份、水20-40重量份,升温至78-85℃后加入组分I;待体系出现蓝色荧光后匀速滴加组分II,3-4h滴完,然后升温至85-90℃,保温2-4h,再降温至40-60℃,调节pH至7-8,趁热过滤出料,得到氟碳乳液。
其中,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾、过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠、过氧化氢中的任意一种;
所述丙烯酸单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸中的任意一种;
所述甲基丙烯酸酯单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯中的一种或几种;
所述丙烯酸酯单体为丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丙酯中的一种或几种;
所述乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、纯月桂基硫酸钠、油酸钾、油酸钠或其与OP-10按质量比1:1组成的混合物;
所述缓冲剂为碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠、氨水中的任意一种。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优势:
(1)本发明使用的芳香族4-氟苯乙烯含氟单体既能通过氟原子提高涂层的防粘性能和耐磨性能,又可以通过苯环提高涂层的硬度及耐候性;
(2)丙烯酸酯单体可以提供良好的透明度、优异的附着力,因此本发明涂料所制备的涂层透明度良好、附着力好、防粘性能优异、耐磨性能好。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明所述的内容更加便于理解,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案做进一步的说明,但是本发明不仅限于此。
实施例1
一种渣斗车用防粘氟碳涂料,其所用原料按重量份计为:
氟碳乳液 90份,
消泡助剂 1份,
抗黄助剂 1份,
流平助剂 1份,
防闪锈剂 1份,
耐磨助剂 10份,
所述氟碳涂料的制备方法是将氟碳乳液、消泡助剂、抗黄助剂、流平助剂、耐磨助剂加入烧杯中,在500 r/min的转速下分散均匀即得。
所述氟碳乳液中固态组分的氟含量为4%。
所述流平助剂为非离子缔合型聚氨酯;所述防闪锈剂为锌聚合物;所述耐磨助剂为50-500纳米的石墨颗粒,所述抗黄助剂为2-(2'-羟基-3',5'-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑。
所述氟碳乳液的制备方法为:
(1)将4-氟苯乙烯2.19重量份、丙烯酸0.21重量份、甲基丙烯酸酯1.61重量份、丙烯酸酯3.5重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠/OP-10 0.5重量份及水4重量份加入烧杯中,用高速剪切机预乳化30分钟,得到白色的预乳液,记为组分I;
(2)将4-氟苯乙烯19.71重量份、丙烯酸1.89重量份、甲基丙烯酸酯14.49重量份、丙烯酸酯31.5重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠/OP-10 1.5重量份、过硫酸钾0.3重量份及水56重量份,用高速剪切机搅拌10分钟,得到白色乳液,记为组分II;
(3)在氮气保护下,在烧瓶中加入十二烷基硫酸钠/OP-10 1重量份、过硫酸钾0.15重量份、碳酸氢钠0.3份、水40重量份,升温至78-85℃后加入组分I;待体系出现蓝色荧光后匀速滴加组分II,3-4h滴完,然后升温至85-90℃,保温2-4h,再降温至40-60℃,调节pH至7-8,趁热过滤出料,得到氟碳乳液。
实施例2
一种渣斗车用防粘氟碳涂料,其所用原料按重量份计为:
氟碳乳液 85份,
消泡助剂 3份,
抗黄助剂 3份,
流平助剂 3份,
防闪锈剂 3份,
耐磨助剂 5份,
所述氟碳涂料的制备方法是将氟碳乳液、消泡助剂、抗黄助剂、流平助剂、耐磨助剂加入烧杯中,在500 r/min的转速下分散均匀即得。
所述氟碳乳液中固态组分的氟含量为4%。
所述流平助剂为非离子缔合型聚氨酯;所述防闪锈剂为锌聚合物;所述耐磨助剂为50-500纳米的石墨颗粒,所述抗黄助剂为2-(2'-羟基-3',5'-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑。
将实施例1中氟碳乳液制备过程中步骤1)所用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、4-氟苯乙烯的用量分别更改为2.34重量份、1.46重量份;步骤2)所用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、4-氟苯乙烯的用量分别改为21.06重量份、13.14重量份,其余按照实施例1的步骤制备氟碳乳液。
实施例3
将实施例1中氟碳乳液制备过程中步骤1)所用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、4-氟苯乙烯的用量分别更改为2.705重量份、1.095重量份;步骤2)所用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、4-氟苯乙烯的用量分别改为24.345重量份、9.855重量份,其余按照实施例1的步骤制备氟碳乳液。
实施例4
将实施例1中氟碳树脂制备过程中步骤1)所用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯的用量分别更改为2.01重量份、3.1重量份;步骤2)所用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯的用量分别改为18.09重量份、27.9重量份,其余按照实施例1的步骤制备氟碳乳液。
实施例5
将实施例1中氟碳树脂制备过程中步骤1)所用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯的用量分别更改为1.81重量份、3.3重量份;步骤2)所用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯的用量分别改为16.29重量份、29.7重量份,其余按照实施例1的步骤制备氟碳乳液。
实施例6
将实施例1中氟碳树脂制备过程中步骤1)所用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯的用量分别更改为1.41重量份、3.7重量份;步骤2)所用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯的用量分别改为12.69重量份、33.3重量份,其余按照实施例1的步骤制备氟碳乳液。
实施例1-6所制备氟碳乳液的原料配比及所得氟碳涂料的技术指标分别见表1、2。

从表中可以看出,本发明氟碳涂料的各项性能均达到技术指标,证明了本发明的涂料涂层透明度良好、附着力好。在实际使用中,将渣土负载在涂层上方,利用重力可完全将渣土倾倒干净,可见涂层防粘性能优异。

Claims (5)

1.一种渣斗车用防粘氟碳涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料组成:
氟碳乳液 85-90份,
消泡助剂 1-3份,
抗黄助剂 1-3份,
流平助剂 1-3份,
防闪锈剂 1-3份,
耐磨助剂 5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的渣斗车用防粘氟碳涂料,其特征在于:所述氟碳乳液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将4-氟苯乙烯1.095-2.19重量份、丙烯酸单体0.1-0.3重量份、甲基丙烯酸酯单体1.41-2.705重量份、丙烯酸酯单体3.1-3.7重量份、乳化剂0.3-1重量份及水4-6重量份加入烧杯中,用高速剪切机预乳化30分钟,得到白色的预乳液,记为组分I;
(2)将4-氟苯乙烯9.855-19.71重量份、丙烯酸单体0.9-2.7重量份、甲基丙烯酸酯单体12.69-24.345重量份、丙烯酸酯单体27.9-34.5重量份、乳化剂0.5-1.5重量份、引发剂0.2-0.4重量份及水40-56重量份,用高速剪切机搅拌10分钟,得到白色乳液,记为组分II;
(3)在氮气保护下,在烧瓶中加入乳化剂0.5-1重量份、引发剂0.1-0.2重量份、缓冲剂0.1-0.5份、水20-40重量份,升温至78-85℃后加入组分I;待体系出现蓝色荧光后匀速滴加组分II,3-4h滴完,然后升温至85-90℃,保温2-4h,再降温至40-60℃,调节pH至7-8,趁热过滤出料,得到氟碳乳液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的渣斗车用防粘氟碳乳液,其特征在于:所述引发剂为过硫酸钾、过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠、过氧化氢中的任意一种;
所述丙烯酸单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸中的任意一种;
所述甲基丙烯酸酯单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯中的一种或几种;
所述丙烯酸酯单体为丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丙酯中的一种或几种;
所述乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、纯月桂基硫酸钠、油酸钾、油酸钠或它们与OP-10按质量比1:1组成的混合物;
所述缓冲剂为碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠、氨水中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的渣斗车用防粘氟碳涂料,其特征在于:所述流平助剂为非离子缔合型聚氨酯;所述防闪锈剂为锌聚合物;所述耐磨助剂为50-500纳米的石墨颗粒;所述抗黄助剂为2-(2'-羟基-3',5'-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑。
