the turning and hanging device comprises a turning and hanging base, the turning and hanging base is arranged close to the hanging chain conveyor, a walking bracket driven by a synchronous walking driving mechanism is slidably arranged on the turning and hanging base, two pairs of synchronous rocker arms driven by the turning and hanging driving mechanism are rotatably arranged on the walking bracket through a transmission shaft, and turning and hanging pieces are arranged on the synchronous rocker arms;

the rotation process of the synchronous rocker arm: the synchronous rocker arm is in a static state and starts to rotate after receiving a turning signal and synchronously running with a workpiece of a conveying chain, the synchronous rocker arm is idle and rapidly rotates to a position of the two-stage fast and slow walking proximity switch, a turning piece of the synchronous rocker arm starts to hang the workpiece, the synchronous rocker arm is in a load state and slowly runs to a position of the slow walking point stop proximity switch, then the synchronous rocker arm stops rotating, when synchronous movement of the drying production line has a hanging condition, the synchronous rocker arm slowly moves to the position of the two-stage fast walking proximity switch, the workpiece is completely turned onto the conveying chain of the drying production line at the moment, the workpiece is rapidly rotated to the position of the original point stop proximity switch in an idle mode and stopped, and the next signal is waited;
the radiator spraying production line comprises a PLC control system, wherein the PLC control system comprises a PLC, a touch control screen and a plurality of sensors, and the PLC is connected with the touch control screen, the sensors, a conveying power mechanism, a vertical movement driving mechanism, a front-back movement driving mechanism, a left-right movement driving mechanism, a rotation driving mechanism, a synchronous walking driving mechanism, a turning driving mechanism and the sensors.

The radiator spraying production line according to claim 1, wherein a front-back moving rail parallel to the extending plane of the workpiece is arranged on the two spraying racks, a front-back moving frame is slidably arranged on the front-back moving rail, a vertical moving rail is arranged on the front-back moving frame, a position adjusting seat is slidably arranged on the vertical moving rail, a spray gun mounting seat is movably arranged on the position adjusting seat in a left-right direction, and the spray gun is mounted on the spray gun mounting seat.
