a receiver 93, configured to receive a first authorization request message sent by a first terminal device; a processor 94 for authorizing the first terminal device in accordance with the first authorization request message; a transmitter 95, configured to transmit a first authorization response message to the first terminal device, where the first authorization response message is used to indicate whether the vehicle management server successfully authorizes the first terminal device.
An embodiment of the present application provides a cloud server, and fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a cloud server provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 11, a cloud server provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
a receiver 96, configured to receive a registration request message sent by a first terminal device; a transmitter 97 configured to transmit an authorization query request message to the vehicle management server, the authorization query request message being used to request to query whether the first terminal device is authorized; a receiver 96, further configured to receive an authorization query response message sent by the vehicle management server, where the authorization query response message is used to indicate whether the first terminal device is authorized; a processor 98, configured to issue a public key certificate to the first terminal device according to the registration request message if the first terminal device is authorized; the transmitter 97 is further configured to transmit a registration response message to the first terminal device, where the registration response message is used to indicate whether the public key certificate is successfully signed to the first terminal device.
In addition, embodiments of the present application further provide a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and when at least one processor of the user equipment executes the computer-executable instructions, the user equipment performs the above-mentioned various possible methods.
Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer. An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an ASIC. Additionally, the ASIC may reside in user equipment. Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in a communication device.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (13)

1. A management method for terminal equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a first terminal device sends a first authorization request message to a vehicle management server, wherein the first authorization request message is used for requesting the vehicle management server to authorize the first terminal device;
the first terminal device receives a first authorization response message sent by the vehicle management server, wherein the first authorization response message is used for indicating whether the vehicle management server successfully authorizes the first terminal device;
the first terminal device sends a registration request message to a cloud server, wherein the registration request message is used for indicating the cloud server to send an authorization query request message to a vehicle management server, so that the cloud server confirms whether the first terminal is authorized or not according to an authorization query response message sent by the vehicle management server; if the first terminal device is authorized, the registration request message is used for requesting the cloud server to issue a public key certificate to the first terminal device according to the registration request message; if the first terminal device is not authorized and the first terminal device is a terminal device of a locomotive car owner, the registration request message is used for requesting the first terminal to send a third authorization request message to the vehicle management server, and the third authorization request message is used for requesting the vehicle management server to authorize the first terminal device;
and the first terminal equipment receives a registration response message sent by the cloud server, wherein the registration response message is used for indicating whether the public key certificate is successfully signed and issued to the first terminal equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and the first terminal equipment sends a second authorization request message to the vehicle management server, wherein the second authorization request message is used for requesting the vehicle management server to authorize the second terminal equipment.
3. A management method for terminal equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the vehicle management server receives a first authorization request message sent by first terminal equipment;
the vehicle management server authorizes the first terminal equipment according to the first authorization request message;
the vehicle management server sends a first authorization response message to the first terminal device, wherein the first authorization response message is used for indicating whether the vehicle management server successfully authorizes the first terminal device;
the vehicle management server receives an authorization query request message sent by a cloud server; the authorization query request message is sent under the instruction of a registration request message sent by the first terminal device to the cloud server;
the vehicle management server inquires whether the first terminal equipment is authorized or not according to the authorization inquiry request message; if the first terminal device is authorized, the registration request message is used for requesting the cloud server to issue a public key certificate to the first terminal device according to the registration request message; if the first terminal device is not authorized and the first terminal device is a terminal device of a locomotive car owner, the registration request message is used for requesting the first terminal to send a third authorization request message to the vehicle management server, and the third authorization request message is used for requesting the vehicle management server to authorize the first terminal device;
the vehicle management server sends an authorization query response message to the cloud server, wherein the authorization query response message is used for indicating whether the first terminal device is authorized.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
the vehicle management server receives a second authorization request message sent by the first terminal device;
the vehicle management server authorizes the second terminal equipment according to the second authorization request message;
and the vehicle management server sends a second authorization response message to the second terminal device, wherein the second authorization response message is used for indicating whether the vehicle management server successfully authorizes the second terminal device.
5. A management method for terminal equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the cloud server receives a registration request message sent by first terminal equipment; the registration request message is used for indicating the cloud server to send an authorization query request message to a vehicle management server;
the cloud server sends an authorization query request message to a vehicle management server, wherein the authorization query request message is used for requesting to query whether the first terminal device is authorized;
the cloud server receives an authorization query response message sent by the vehicle management server, wherein the authorization query response message is used for indicating whether the first terminal device is authorized;
if the first terminal equipment is authorized, the cloud server issues a public key certificate to the first terminal equipment according to the registration request message;
the cloud server sends a registration response message to the first terminal device, wherein the registration response message is used for indicating whether the public key certificate is signed and issued to the first terminal device successfully or not;
and if the authorization query response message is used for indicating that the first terminal equipment is not authorized and the first terminal equipment is the terminal equipment of the locomotive owner, sending a third authorization request message to the vehicle management server, wherein the third authorization request message is used for requesting the vehicle management server to authorize the first terminal equipment.
6. A management apparatus of a terminal device, comprising:
the system comprises a first sending module, a first terminal device and a second sending module, wherein the first sending module is used for sending a first authorization request message to a vehicle management server, and the first authorization request message is used for requesting the vehicle management server to authorize a first terminal device;
a first receiving module, configured to receive a first authorization response message sent by the vehicle management server, where the first authorization response message is used to indicate whether the vehicle management server successfully authorizes the first terminal device;
the second sending module is used for sending a registration request message to a cloud server, wherein the registration request message is used for indicating the cloud server to send an authorization query request message to a vehicle management server, so that the cloud server can confirm whether the first terminal is authorized or not according to an authorization query response message sent by the vehicle management server; if the first terminal device is authorized, the registration request message is used for requesting the cloud server to issue a public key certificate to the first terminal device according to the registration request message; if the first terminal device is not authorized and the first terminal device is a terminal device of a locomotive car owner, the registration request message is used for requesting the first terminal to send a third authorization request message to the vehicle management server, and the third authorization request message is used for requesting the vehicle management server to authorize the first terminal device;
and the second receiving module is configured to receive a registration response message sent by the cloud server, where the registration response message is used to indicate whether the public key certificate is successfully signed and issued to the first terminal device.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the third sending module is used for sending a second authorization request message to the vehicle management server, wherein the second authorization request message is used for requesting the vehicle management server to authorize the second terminal equipment.
8. A management apparatus of a terminal device, comprising:
a third receiving module, configured to receive a first authorization request message sent by a first terminal device;
a first authorization module, configured to authorize the first terminal device according to the first authorization request message;
a fourth sending module, configured to send a first authorization response message to the first terminal device, where the first authorization response message is used to indicate whether the vehicle management server successfully authorizes the first terminal device; the fourth receiving module is used for receiving an authorization query request message sent by the cloud server; the authorization query request message is sent under the instruction of a registration request message sent by the first terminal device to the cloud server;
the inquiry module is used for inquiring whether the first terminal equipment is authorized or not according to the authorization inquiry request message; if the first terminal device is authorized, the registration request message is used for requesting the cloud server to issue a public key certificate to the first terminal device according to the registration request message; if the first terminal device is not authorized and the first terminal device is a terminal device of a locomotive car owner, the registration request message is used for requesting the first terminal to send a third authorization request message to the vehicle management server, and the third authorization request message is used for requesting the vehicle management server to authorize the first terminal device;
a fifth sending module, configured to send an authorization query response message to the cloud server, where the authorization query response message is used to indicate whether the first terminal device is authorized.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
a fifth receiving module, configured to receive a second authorization request message sent by the first terminal device;
the second authorization module is used for authorizing the second terminal equipment according to the second authorization request message;
a sixth sending module, configured to send a second authorization response message to the second terminal device, where the second authorization response message is used to indicate whether the vehicle management server successfully authorizes the second terminal device.
10. A management apparatus of a terminal device, comprising:
a sixth receiving module, configured to receive a registration request message sent by the first terminal device; the registration request message is used for indicating the cloud server to send an authorization query request message to a vehicle management server;
a seventh sending module, configured to send an authorization query request message to a vehicle management server, where the authorization query request message is used to request to query whether the first terminal device is authorized;
a seventh receiving module, configured to receive an authorization query response message sent by the vehicle management server, where the authorization query response message is used to indicate whether the first terminal device is authorized;
the issuing module is used for issuing a public key certificate to the first terminal equipment according to the registration request message if the first terminal equipment is authorized;
an eighth sending module, configured to send a registration response message to the first terminal device, where the registration response message is used to indicate whether signing and issuing a public key certificate to the first terminal device is successful;
a ninth sending module, configured to send a third authorization request message to the vehicle management server if the authorization query response message is used to indicate that the first terminal device is not authorized, and the first terminal device is a terminal device of a locomotive owner, where the third authorization request message is used to request the vehicle management server to authorize the first terminal device.
11. A terminal device, comprising:
a transmitter, configured to transmit a first authorization request message to a vehicle management server, where the first authorization request message is used to request the vehicle management server to authorize a first terminal device;
the receiver is used for receiving a first authorization response message sent by the vehicle management server, wherein the first authorization response message is used for indicating whether the vehicle management server successfully authorizes the first terminal equipment;
the sender is further configured to send a registration request message to a cloud server, where the registration request message is used to instruct the cloud server to send an authorization query request message to a vehicle management server, so that the cloud server determines whether the first terminal is authorized according to an authorization query response message sent by the vehicle management server; if the first terminal device is authorized, the registration request message is used for requesting the cloud server to issue a public key certificate to the first terminal device according to the registration request message; if the first terminal device is not authorized and the first terminal device is a terminal device of a locomotive car owner, the registration request message is used for requesting the first terminal to send a third authorization request message to the vehicle management server, and the third authorization request message is used for requesting the vehicle management server to authorize the first terminal device.
12. A vehicle management server, characterized by comprising:
the receiver is used for receiving a first authorization request message sent by first terminal equipment;
a processor, configured to authorize the first terminal device according to the first authorization request message;
a transmitter, configured to transmit a first authorization response message to the first terminal device, where the first authorization response message is used to indicate whether the vehicle management server successfully authorizes the first terminal device;
the receiver is further used for receiving an authorization query request message sent by the cloud server; the authorization query request message is sent under the instruction of a registration request message sent by the first terminal device to the cloud server;
the processor is used for inquiring whether the first terminal equipment is authorized according to the authorization inquiry request message; if the first terminal device is authorized, the registration request message is used for requesting the cloud server to issue a public key certificate to the first terminal device according to the registration request message; if the first terminal device is not authorized and the first terminal device is a terminal device of a locomotive car owner, the registration request message is used for requesting the first terminal to send a third authorization request message to the vehicle management server, and the third authorization request message is used for requesting the vehicle management server to authorize the first terminal device;
the transmitter is further configured to send an authorization query response message to the cloud server, where the authorization query response message is used to indicate whether the first terminal device is authorized.
13. A cloud server, comprising:
the receiver is used for receiving a registration request message sent by first terminal equipment; the registration request message is used for indicating the cloud server to send an authorization query request message to a vehicle management server;

the sender is further configured to send a registration response message to the first terminal device, where the registration response message is used to indicate whether the public key certificate is successfully signed and issued to the first terminal device;
and the transmitter is further configured to send a third authorization request message to the vehicle management server if the authorization query response message is used to indicate that the first terminal device is unauthorized and the first terminal device is a terminal device of a locomotive owner, where the third authorization request message is used to request the vehicle management server to authorize the first terminal device.
