Abstract

本发明涉及一种显示面板的残影消除电路,该电路包括:数字模拟转换器(1)、第一开关单元(2)、第二开关单元(3)和Gamma芯片(4),其中,所述数字模拟转换器(1)分别连接所述第一开关单元(2)和所述第二开关单元(3),所述第一开关单元(2)和所述第二开关单元(3)均连接所述Gamma芯片(4)。本发明提供的残影消除电路可以保持公共电压Vcom不变,通过调节正极性参考电压和负极性参考电压,使正极性参考电压和负极性参考电压产生交错部分,使得整个显示面板的像素电压都能够相较公共电压Vcom对称,从而降低显示面板的残影,并且本发明提供的残影消除电路的反转方式少,保证了显示面板的显示内容的状态。

一种显示面板的残影消除电路
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种显示面板的残影消除电路。
背景技术
随着显示技术的发展,液晶显示装置(Liquid Crystal Display,简称LCD)由于具有轻、薄及低辐射等优点,逐渐取代阴极射线管(Cathode Ray Tube,简称CRT)显示装置。液晶显示装置在计算机、智能电话、手机、汽车导航装置、电子书等信息终端中广泛应用,成为最常见的显示装置。
目前采用的液晶显示面板上只有一个Gamma芯片,请参加图1,图1为现有技术提供的一种液晶显示装置中残影的示意图,整个液晶显示面板共用一个公共电压Vcom,使得显示面板上只有区域2的显示效果最佳,而显示面板上的区域1和区域3的特性与区域2不同,从而导致残留图像的问题,即残影问题。
但是,传统的液晶显示装置中的公共电压Vcom不能保持不变,若要消除残影,则需调节公共电压Vcom,由此导致显示面板的反转方式过多,且一个运算放大器需要负载两个开关管的源极,从而导致显示面板的驱动力不强,并且使得整个显示装置不能达到最佳状态。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的技术缺陷和不足,本发明提供了一种显示面板的残影消除电路,能够在保持Vcom不变的前提下改善液晶显示装置的残影问题。
具体地,本发明一个实施例提出的一种显示面板的残影消除电路,包括:数字模拟转换器1、第一开关单元2、第二开关单元3和Gamma芯片4,其中,所述数字模拟转换器1分别连接所述第一开关单元2和所述第二开关单元3,所述第一开关单元2和所述第二开关单元3均连接所述Gamma芯片4。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述第一开关单元2包括第一开关管M1和第二开关管M2,其中,
所述数字模拟转换器1的正输出端Vpout分别连接所述第一开关管M1的控制端和所述第二开关管M2的控制端;

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的残影消除电路可以保持公共电压Vcom不变,通过调节正极性参考电压和负极性参考电压,使正极性参考电压和负极性参考电压产生交错部分,使得整个显示面板的像素电压都能够相较公共电压Vcom对称,从而降低显示面板的残影。并且本发明提供的残影消除电路的反转方式少,且一个运算放大器仅负载一个开关管的源极,有效的提高了驱动力且降低了成本,并保证了显示面板的显示内容的状态。

数字模拟转换器1、第一开关单元2、第二开关单元3和Gamma芯片4,其中,所述数字模拟转换器1分别连接所述第一开关单元2和所述第二开关单元3,所述第一开关单元2和所述第二开关单元3均连接Gamma芯片4。
具体地,如图3所示,第一开关单元2包括第一开关管M1和第二开关管M2,第二开关单元3包括第三开关管M3和第四开关管M4,其中,数字模拟转换器1的正输出端Vpout分别连接至第一开关管M1的栅极和第二开关管M2的栅极连接形成的节点处,数字模拟转换器1的负输出端Vnout分别连接至第三开关管M3的栅极和第四开关管M4的栅极连接形成的节点处;

进一步地,如图1所示,例如在显示面板中选取3个区域,包括区域1、区域2和区域3,测试出区域2每一输入灰阶对应的正极性灰阶和负极性灰阶,假设区域2的输入灰阶为0,则区域2的正极性灰阶则为+0灰阶,区域2的负极性灰阶为-0灰阶,因显示对称性的问题,如图4所示,区域1的正极性灰阶为+0灰阶,区域1的负极性灰阶为-20灰阶,区域3的正极性灰阶为+40灰阶,区域1的负极性灰阶为-0灰阶,由此,在显示面板上会出现显影,为了消除显影且保持公共电压Vcom不变,需将区域1的负极性灰阶调整为-0灰阶,将区域3的正极性灰阶调整为+0灰阶,因此通过设置使正极性参考电压VRPV小于负极性参考电压VRNV,便可以使正极性参考电压VRPV和负极性参考电压VRNV产生交错部分,从而通过调整交错部分的电压大小将像素1和像素3分别偏移若干灰阶值,从而使得显影消除。
本发明提供的残影消除电路可以保持公共电压Vcom不变,通过调节正极性参考电压和负极性参考电压,使正极性参考电压和负极性参考电压产生交错部分,使得整个显示面板的像素电压都能够相较公共电压Vcom对称,从而降低显示面板的残影。并且本发明提供的残影消除电路的反转方式少,且一个运算放大器仅负载一个开关管的源极,有效的提高了驱动力且降低了成本,并保证了显示面板的显示内容的状态。

1.一种显示面板的残影消除电路,其特征在于,包括:数字模拟转换器(1)、第一开关单元(2)、第二开关单元(3)和Gamma芯片(4),其中,所述数字模拟转换器(1)分别连接所述第一开关单元(2)和所述第二开关单元(3),所述第一开关单元(2)和所述第二开关单元(3)均所述连接Gamma芯片(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电路,其特征在于,所述第一开关单元(2)包括第一开关管(M1)和第二开关管(M2),其中,
所述数字模拟转换器(1)的正输出端(Vpout)分别连接所述第一开关管(M1)的控制端和所述第二开关管(M2)的控制端;
所述第一开关管(M1)的第一端连接所述Gamma芯片(4)的第一电压端,所述第一开关管(M1)的第二端和所述第二开关管(M2)的第一端串接形成的节点连接外部电源电压(Vi),所述第二开关管(M2)的第二端连接正极性参考电压(VRPV)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电路,其特征在于,所述第一开关管(M1)是P型晶体管,所述第二开关管(M2)为N型晶体管。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电路,其特征在于,所述第一开关管(M1)是N型晶体管,所述第二开关管(M2)为P型晶体管。
5.根据权利要求2所述的电路,其特征在于,所述第一电压端为所述Gamma芯片(4)的最高电压端。
6.根据权利要求2所述的电路,其特征在于,所述第二开关单元(3)包括第三开关管(M3)和第四开关管(M4),其中,
所述数字模拟转换器(1)的负输出端(Vnout)分别连接所述第三开关管(M3)的控制端和所述第四开关管(M4)的控制端;
所述第三开关管(M3)的第一端连接负极性参考电压(VRNV),所述第三开关管(M3)的第二端和所述第四开关管(M4)的第一端串接形成的节点连接所述外部电源电压(Vi),所述第四开关管(M4)的第二端连接所述Gamma芯片(4)的第二电压。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电路,其特征在于,所述第三开关管(M3)是P型晶体管,所述第四开关管(M4)为N型晶体管。
8.根据权利要求6所述的电路,其特征在于,所述第三开关管(M3)是N型晶体管,所述第四开关管(M4)为P型晶体管。
9.根据权利要求6所述的电路,其特征在于,所述第二电压为所述Gamma芯片(4)的最低电压端。
10.根据权利要求6所述的电路,其特征在于,所述正极性参考电压(VRPV)小于所述负极性参考电压(VRNV)。
