Description

Vehicle illegal parking early warning system and method based on electronic license plate
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent detection, and particularly relates to a vehicle illegal parking early warning system and method based on an electronic license plate.
Background
With the rapid development of the information age, the living standard of people is gradually improved, and the motor vehicles become a transportation tool for more people to go out. However, many traffic safety problems are increasingly highlighted, wherein illegal parking is a great safety hazard. In many cities today, parking lots are constructed to be largely unable to keep pace with the increasing number of cars because of the increasing number of cars.
On average, 1500 thousands of cars are added each year from 2010 to 2015, on an incomplete basis. The newly published data shows that more than 6 hundred million automobiles already exist in China, and the parking demands cannot be met in parking spaces of a plurality of large public places (farmer wholesale markets, scenic spots, hospitals, stations, large shopping centers, hotels and busy streets). The ratio of internationally popular parking spaces to motor vehicles is 1.3:1, whereas this ratio for beijing is 0.6: 1. in order to reduce traffic inconvenience caused by illegal parking, traffic polices patrol on streets every day in large cities and check whether vehicles are illegally parked in the parking-prohibited areas. According to the regulations of road traffic safety laws, the illegal parking can be subjected to measures such as deduction, fine and the like.
However, most of the time, the driver may only have to park at a temporary occasion, and the vehicle has to be parked temporarily at the roadside because a fixed parking space cannot be found; or, in the place without the stop-forbidding mark, the vehicle is mistakenly judged to be capable of safely and legally parking; more times, after the owner enters the closed cell, the owner can only park in an open area due to unfamiliarity with the environment, and the owner mistakenly thinks that the owner leaves the closed cell without influencing other people. Since it is not possible to predict whether the current parking act is legal or not and how long it can be parked, economic losses are often incurred thereby, including fines, points, and even vandalism of the vehicle by blocking the normal passage of other vehicles.
In order to solve the similar problems, chinese patent application publication CN 106127143A proposes a method for detecting illegal parking on a highway. Firstly, extracting a video sequence and carrying out coding identification on an expressway in an area, and establishing an expressway video sequence information base; secondly, performing image processing on the video sequence of the road section, extracting a license plate of a moving vehicle, calibrating a vehicle mass center, recording the distance between the vehicle mass center and the initial position of the expressway in the area, and establishing a vehicle real-time position information base for storage; then, tracking and calibrating the running vehicle, judging the change of the vehicle from the initial position in the video sequence, judging the running state of the vehicle, and calculating the illegal parking time of the vehicle; and finally, giving out illegal parking warning according to the illegal parking time of the vehicle on the highway. The scheme can give out illegal parking warning aiming at vehicles meeting specific conditions, but the scheme is only suitable for specific scene recognition of the expressway.
Chinese patent application publication CN 107103759A proposes a device for detecting vehicle parking violation, which stores vehicle data information and data of a no-parking area of an automobile through a data storage unit, and stores the parking violation information; the GPS positioning unit positions the current area of the vehicle; the timing unit calculates the parking time of the vehicle in the current area; the central control unit judges whether the current area of the vehicle, which is obtained by the positioning of the GPS positioning unit, is located in the parking prohibition area stored in the data storage unit; if the current area of the vehicle is located in the parking forbidding area, judging whether the vehicle is parked in a violation manner for a long time according to the parking time of the current area, which is obtained by timing by a timing unit; if the vehicle parks illegally for a long time, the current illegal parking information record is stored in the data storage unit, and the vehicle data information and the current illegal parking information record are transmitted to a traffic center management unit of a traffic department. However, this solution requires the configuration of corresponding hardware devices in each parking area, and the system is complex, inconvenient for large-scale popularization, and cannot realize early warning in advance.
Chinese patent application publication CN 107609491A proposes a vehicle illegal parking detection method based on convolutional neural network. Initializing an illegal parking detection area and illegal parking parameters; inputting a video and acquiring an image to be processed; detecting vehicles in the video frame image area by using a convolutional neural network, and setting current vehicle information; comparing the current vehicle information with the historical vehicle information, and updating the historical vehicle information; judging whether an illegal parking vehicle exists or not; if the illegal parking vehicles exist, marking the illegal parking vehicles, storing vehicle information and entering the next step of judgment; if no illegal vehicle exists, directly entering the next step of judgment; judging whether the current video frame image is the last frame or not, and if so, ending the algorithm; if the frame is not the last frame, continuously inputting the video to acquire the image to be processed to detect the illegal parking vehicles in the next frame. The method is also used for detecting the parking after the accident, and early warning cannot be realized in advance.
Chinese patent application publication CN 109461313A proposes an intelligent community illegal parking vehicle alarm system and method based on image recognition algorithm. Through set up vehicle identification module, arrange surveillance camera head on the road in the community at the access & exit of community for road monitoring covers all pavements, uses the license plate to realize real time monitoring and location to the vehicle position information who gets into the community for marking. The system can timely discover illegal parking vehicles entering the community and automatically alarm to prompt suspicious or determined illegal parking personnel to discover and handle illegal parking behaviors, timely sends information and positions of the illegal parking vehicles to a monitoring room aiming at vehicles which are not heard to remind and warn illegal parking vehicles, and is manually handled by community management personnel. The scheme needs to arrange the cameras in a large range for real-time monitoring and positioning.
In summary, the prior art does not provide an effective early warning scheme for vehicle parking violation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described herein, it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that such embodiments are provided by way of example only. Numerous variations, changes, and substitutions will now occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the invention. It should be understood that various alternatives to the embodiments of the invention described herein may be employed in practicing the invention.
In some embodiments, the act of parking violation may include the owner unintentionally parking the vehicle in a no parking area or a no long parking area monitored by the electronic monitoring device. In some embodiments, the act of parking violation may include the owner temporarily (but not predicting the period of time for accurate parking) parking the vehicle in other areas that are not monitored by the electronic monitoring device, but may affect the normal passage of other vehicles. Alternatively, the act of parking may include the owner parking the vehicle in an area that does not have a distinct parking flag but is in accountability; for example, the vehicle is parked in a non-parking area inside a cell, parked at a roadside, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1, a system framework diagram of an electronic license plate-based vehicle parking warning system according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. In some examples, the early warning system includes an electronic license plate mounted on a vehicle. The electronic license plate may comprise at least one display area. The display area periodically displays a set of two-dimensional codes. In some examples, the electronic license plate may further include a light-sensitive sensor. The photosensitive sensor is used for detecting an illumination signal on the display area of the electronic license plate and judging the duration of the illumination signal. In some examples, the electronic license plate may further include a two-dimensional code reading sensor. The two-dimensional code reading sensor is used for detecting whether a group of two-dimensional codes in the display area are read or not and recording the time when the two-dimensional codes are read through a timer.
If the light sensitive sensor detects an illumination signal at the display area of the electronic license plate and the duration of the illumination signal is less than a predetermined threshold, the two-dimensional code reading sensor is activated to detect whether the two-dimensional code is read (e.g., detect whether there is a signal indicating that the two-dimensional code is read). And if the two-dimensional code reading sensor detects that a signal that the two-dimensional code is read exists, an early warning signal is sent to an owner of the vehicle.
In order to enable the warning signal to be effective, after the warning signal is issued to the owner of the vehicle, whether the vehicle moves within a preset time period is detected by a position sensor provided on the electronic license plate. If the vehicle does not move within the preset time period, the early warning signal is sent to the owner of the vehicle again. Alternatively or additionally, it is detected by a vibration sensor provided on the electronic license plate whether the vehicle is started within a preset time period. If the vehicle is not started within the preset time period, the early warning signal is sent to the owner of the vehicle again.
Through the system, the vehicle is prevented from being shot by the electronic monitoring equipment to the utmost extent, and the vehicle owner is pre-warned in advance to take measures. And after the actual violation occurs, the owner can be informed in time, and greater loss, such as malicious damage and the like, is avoided. If it is detected that the owner has not taken any action within the predetermined period of time, the owner is continuously notified.
In the above-described exemplary embodiment, the light-sensitive sensor detects an illumination signal in the display area of the electronic license plate and the duration of the illumination signal is less than the predetermined threshold, meaning that the vehicle may be being caught by the electronic monitoring device for the first time. In general, the electronic monitoring device also needs to take a snapshot again after a legal period of time (e.g., 5 minutes) to form evidence of the violation. At the moment, the owner of the vehicle should be warned in time, so that measures are taken in time before the legal illegal parking actually occurs. Preferably, the owner should be notified and remove the vehicle within less than a legal period of time (e.g., within 3 minutes).
In the above exemplary embodiment, the two-dimensional code reading sensor detects the presence of a signal that the two-dimensional code is read, meaning that there is a third party person attempting to contact the owner of the vehicle. For example, at least one of the two-dimensional codes corresponds to the contact address of the owner of the vehicle, and a third party person may be attempting to contact the owner of the vehicle by scanning the two-dimensional code. This is often the case because the owner's vehicle is parked in the wrong place, affecting others traveling or violating cell management regulations. In this case, the owner of the vehicle should also be notified in time to avoid the vehicle being forcibly moved or maliciously damaged.
The above exemplary embodiments may be combined in various ways. For example, electronic monitoring equipment is generally only responsible for taking a picture and not reading two-dimensional code information, but existing electronic monitoring can already send out a prompt signal of trying to read when a two-dimensional code appears in a target area. At this time, the two-dimensional code reading sensor can also detect the presence of a signal that the two-dimensional code is read. When the two-dimensional code is read, the reading device must emit an illumination signal, which triggers the above-mentioned detection process of the light-sensitive sensor.
There are various prior arts in the art on how to detect that the two-dimensional code is read. For example, in mobile payment, when a two-dimensional code is read, the system can signal that the two-dimensional code is being read. Referring to fig. 2, the electronic license plate may include at least one display region. On the display area, a set of two-dimensional codes is periodically displayed, that is, the pattern of the two-dimensional codes dynamically changes. The dynamic change of the two-dimensional code comprises one or the combination of the following situations:
(1) if at least one of the two-dimensional codes of the current group is read, the two-dimensional code is changed;
(2) if the display time of the two-dimensional codes of the current group exceeds a preset time period, the two-dimensional codes are changed;
(3) if the display area of the two-dimensional code of the current group detects the illumination signal with the duration less than the preset threshold value, the two-dimensional code is changed.
Through the situations, the vehicle owner information can be fully protected, and meanwhile, the early warning information can be safely and timely obtained;
fig. 2 schematically shows a set of two-dimensional codes. The group of two-dimensional codes comprises four representative two-dimensional codes and has different resolutions, information amounts and other attribute parameters, so that at least one of different reading devices and different monitoring devices can be identified, and early warning signals are timely and accurate.
Referring to fig. 3, an exemplary embodiment of the electronic license plate-based vehicle parking violation early warning method of the present invention is shown. The method includes steps S11 to S15. In step S11, the detection result of the vibration sensor and/or the position sensor is determined, and if the vibration sensor detects that the vehicle is starting or the position sensor detects that the vehicle is moving, the method ends; otherwise, the process proceeds to step S12.
In step S12, at least one set of two-dimensional codes is displayed in at least one display area. In step S13, the photosensor is activated. If the light sensitive sensor detects an illumination signal focused on the display area of the electronic license plate and the duration of the illumination signal is less than a predetermined threshold, step S14 is entered. In step S14, an initial warning signal is issued to the owner of the vehicle through the wireless communication component of the electronic license plate. In step S15, after receiving the owner' S feedback signal, the process returns to step S11.
In still another exemplary embodiment of the electronic license plate-based vehicle parking early warning method of the present invention, the electronic license plate includes a vibration sensor, a position sensor, and at least one display region. The display area is provided with a two-dimensional code reading sensor. The electronic license plate-based vehicle illegal parking early warning method comprises the steps of S21-S25.
In step S21, the detection result of the vibration sensor and/or the position sensor is determined. Exiting the method if the vibration sensor detects that the vehicle is starting and/or the position sensor detects that the vehicle is moving; otherwise, the process proceeds to step S22.
In step S22, at least one set of two-dimensional codes is displayed on at least one display area of the electronic license plate. In step S23, the two-dimensional code reading sensor is activated. If the two-dimensional code reading sensor detects the presence of a signal indicating that the two-dimensional code is read, the process proceeds to step S24. In step S24, an initial warning signal is transmitted to the owner of the vehicle through the wireless communication component of the electronic license plate. In step S25, the process returns to step S21 after receiving the feedback signal from the owner of the vehicle.
In some embodiments, the steps of the above-described embodiments may be combined, and further examples of the following electronic license plate-based vehicle parking violation early warning method may be obtained. In the method, steps S31 to S36 are performed.
In step S31, the detection result of the vibration sensor and/or the position sensor is determined. Exiting the method if the vibration sensor detects that the vehicle is starting, and/or the position sensor detects that the vehicle is moving; otherwise, the process proceeds to step S32. In step S32, at least one set of two-dimensional codes is displayed in at least one display area of the electronic license plate.
In step S33, the photosensor is activated. If the light sensitive sensor detects an illumination signal that is illuminated or focused on the display area of the electronic license plate and the duration of the illumination signal is less than a predetermined threshold, step S34 is entered. In step S34, the two-dimensional code reading sensor is activated to detect whether or not a signal indicating that the two-dimensional code is read is present. If the two-dimensional code reading sensor detects the presence of a signal indicating that the two-dimensional code is read, the process proceeds to step S35. In step S35, an initial warning signal is transmitted to the owner of the vehicle through the wireless communication component of the electronic license plate. In step S36, if a feedback signal of the owner of the vehicle is received, it returns to step S31.
The vehicle illegal parking early warning method based on the electronic license plate can be provided in the form of mobile phone client APP application, is used for communicating with the vehicle illegal parking early warning system and receiving the early warning signal sent by the electronic license plate.
By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the early warning signal can be sent to the vehicle owner in advance when the vehicle is at the risk of illegal parking; and after the illegal parking behavior occurs, the owner is informed in time, so that greater loss is avoided. The vehicle owner is informed in a preset time period by detecting the signal indicating that the dynamic two-dimensional code of the electronic license plate is read, so that an early warning signal is sent out in advance. The owner is informed in time through the owner contact way bound by the dynamic two-dimensional code, or an early warning signal is directly sent to the owner after the dynamic two-dimensional code is read. Although the prior art center also has a scheme (for example, a vehicle moving code) for notifying the vehicle owner through the two-dimensional code, after the third-party person scans the vehicle moving code, the third-party person needs to perform authentication registration or pay attention to the two-dimensional code and other operations to contact the vehicle owner through a telephone and other ways, and the operation is complicated. And strange calls are likely to be hung up by the owner as harassing calls. The passive contact way cannot warn the vehicle owner in time, and the scheme of the embodiment of the invention abandons the thought, so that the vehicle owner can receive the notice of vehicle illegal parking in time and take corresponding action at the first time.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described herein, it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that such embodiments are provided by way of example only. Numerous modifications, changes, and substitutions will now occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the invention. It should be understood that various alternatives to the embodiments of the invention described herein may be employed in practicing the invention. It is intended that the following claims define the scope of the invention and that methods and structures within the scope of these claims and their equivalents be covered thereby.
