技术领域
本发明涉及高分子预铺防水卷材配套用胶带及其施工应用。
背景技术
高分子预铺防水卷材是在高分子片材主体(HDPE、TPO等)上表面涂覆高分子自粘胶,最后在胶层上撒覆颗粒层而成;由于其主体材料高分子片材具有良好的拉伸强度和断裂延伸率,物性指标优良,故在施工中无需施工保护层,大大降低了工期和造价;而且卷材层能和后浇筑混凝土底板满粘,不窜水,是目前地下室底板防水最为经济可靠的解决方案。
但通过大量的工程实例来看,高分子预铺防水卷材在现场施工还存在如下问题:
1、高分子预铺防水卷材是通过高分子胶层进行自粘搭接的,夏季施工时由于塑料存在热胀冷缩特性比较明显,卷材搭接边可能会产生脱开问题,影响防水效果。
2、高分子预铺防水卷材现场施工一般是不做保护层的,一旦防水层发生破损,修补非常困难。
3、高分子预铺防水卷材材性偏硬,在节点部位,如阴阳角等部位难以密封和处理。
4、高分子预铺防水卷材在暗挖隧道部位使用一般采用热熔焊接搭接,搭接部位卷材只有片材主体,无法和后浇筑混凝粘接,影响防水质量。

为了解决现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种高分子预铺防水卷材配套用胶带,高分子预铺防水卷材配套用胶带,包括由下至上依次设置的:PE离型膜,高分子自粘胶膜,强力交叉层压PE复合膜,高分子自粘胶膜,表面特殊颗粒层;
所述高分子自粘胶膜,按重量份计由以下组分组成:25~50份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,10~30份增塑剂,30~60份第一增粘树脂,3~10份纳米填料,10~20份第二增粘树脂,0.02~0.05份紫外吸收剂,以及0.02~0.05份抗氧剂;所述第一增粘树脂选自碳五加氢石油树脂、萜烯树脂中的一种或两种;所述第二增粘树脂选自石油树脂、萜烯树脂、松香树脂中的一种或几种;
所述表面特殊颗粒层是通过在100重量份特种白水泥中添加0.1~0.5重量份聚羧酸减水剂、0.01~1重量份消泡剂、0.01~0.05重量份缓凝剂,混合均匀后水化固化,再粉碎而制得;所述表面特殊颗粒层的粒径分布如下:粒径<30目的占2%~8%,粒径在30~60目的占40%~50%,粒径在60~80目的占30%~40%,粒径在80~120目的占5%~15%,粒径>120目的占2%~8%。
高分子预铺防水卷材由于材料材质偏硬、加上卷材表面颗粒层的覆盖,卷材自身无法通过常见方式如热熔焊接或胶粘连接;这些特点导致了材料在现场节点密封困难,在卷材出现破损、变形后难以处理。
本发明高分子预铺防水卷材配套用胶带,拥有良好的粘接特性,加上其强度高、柔软轻薄的特点,它的使用可解决高分子预铺防水卷材在现场施工的很多问题。
通过向苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中加入第一增粘树脂、第二增粘树脂、增塑剂和纳米填料等成分,使制得的胶带与混凝土、铝合金和塑钢等材料具有优异的粘结性能,而且还具有极为柔软的特点,在节点异形部位容易实现服贴和密实,可以适应各种结构形变。
作为胶带主体的强力交叉层压PE复合膜具有优秀的强度、延伸性特性,能保证防水系统的抗变形和使用年限。
胶带中特制的高分子自粘胶膜与高分子预铺防水卷材中的胶层有良好的相容性,不会出现有害反应。
本发明高分子预铺防水卷材配套用胶带的表面,由表面特殊颗粒层覆盖处理,该特殊颗粒层经过人工酸洗和分拣处理,抗压强度高、级配合理、无杂质,作为保护层能抵御太阳紫外线对下部胶层的破坏,同时也解决了人员行走粘脚问题。

3)撕除胶带下表面PE离型膜,粘接胶带进行焊接边密封,然后用压辊碾压牢固。
