技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料的组分,尤其是一种柔软型高伸长率的环保聚烯烃电缆料,属于电缆技术领域。
背景技术
电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料俗称电缆料,其中包括了橡胶、塑料、尼龙等多种品种。电缆料生产企业是以电缆生产企业为用户,只要有电线电缆需求就有电缆料的市场。电线电缆产品中除钢芯铝绞线、电磁线等裸线产品外几乎都需要绝缘层口。目前我国有电线电缆生产企业近5000家,又有城乡电网改造、西部大开发及通信设施大面积升级改造对电线电缆产品的巨大需求,因而从一段时间来看,电缆料在我国具有广泛的市场发展前景。
中国专利申请“一种pvc电缆料”(申请号为:201610852047.X,申请人为:青岛九洲千和机械有限公司,申请日:2016年09月26日,公布日为:2018年04月03日),,其创新点在于:按质量份数该高分子材料有以下组分构成:pvc树脂为100重量份;增塑剂:50-55重量份;热稳定剂:6-8重量份;阻燃抑烟剂:20-30重量份;填料:10-20重量份。本发明中增塑剂要求具有更高耐热性、
低挥发性、分子量较大,此类增塑剂有偏苯三酸三辛酯(TOTM)、均苯四酸四辛酯(TOPM)、双季戊四醇酯、聚酯等。本发明选择的增塑剂为偏苯三酸三辛酯和双十三酯;热稳定剂为铅盐热稳定剂;阻燃抑烟剂为Sb 2O3、硼酸锌、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁,Sb 2O3为3重量份,硼酸锌为4重量份,氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁为30重量份。
上述专利申请虽然也达到了一定的阻燃抑烟的效果,但随着电线电缆工业的发展,人们对线缆产品提出了更高更严格的性能要求。电缆用绝缘料一般要求必须具有优良的耐长期热老化性能、耐辐照、电气性能稳定、阻燃性能及绝缘性能优等特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种柔软型高伸长率的环保聚烯烃电缆料。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种柔软型高伸长率的环保聚烯烃电缆料,其特征是,包括以下各重量份的组分制备而成:聚丙烯树脂80-180份、聚烯烃弹性体50-120、复合阻燃剂20-45份、协效阻燃剂15-25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20-40份、线性低密度聚乙烯20-28份、乙烯-辛稀弹性体10-30份、改性填料20-45、抗氧剂12-25份、季戊四醇12-18份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐8-16份、聚四氟乙烯4-12份、硬硬脂酸4-13份。
所述改性填料由沸石煅烧、研磨、过滤、烘干后加入玉石粉、蓖麻油、硬脂酸钙混配而成。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂168。
本发明材料耐紫外线辐射性能优异,柔软性好,且具有优良的物理机械性能,经久耐用;另外本发明的材料阻燃效果绝佳,具有较好的电绝缘稳定性,实现低烟的效果;本发明的电缆料不仅具有优异阻燃性和不延燃性,耐磨性得到很大提高;同时具有耐高温性,且抗拉强度高,安全系数好,具有良好的耐油性、耐酸碱性、耐热性、耐老化性等性能,完全能够满足电缆护套的要求。

所述改性填料由沸石煅烧、研磨、过滤、烘干后加入玉石粉、蓖麻油、硬脂酸钙混配而成。
