1. A thread rolling machine which is characterized in that: comprises a feeding device, a fixed thread rolling plate (600), a movable thread rolling plate (700) and a thread rolling driving device;
the feeding device comprises a frame (100), a hopper (200), a pushing mechanism, a beating mechanism and a linkage mechanism which are arranged on the frame (100), wherein the hopper (200) comprises a front material plate (210) and a bottom plate (220), the bottom plate (220) is obliquely arranged from back to front, a discharging gap (230) which is arranged in a left-right extending mode is formed between the lower edge of the front material plate (210) and the lower edge of the bottom plate (220), a material guiding base (240) which is fixedly arranged on the frame (100) is arranged below the discharging gap (230), a material feeding channel (250) which is obliquely arranged from back to front and downward is formed between the material guiding base (240) and the bottom of the hopper (200), and a material blocking block (260) is arranged at the lower end of the material feeding channel (250);
the pushing mechanism comprises a pushing sliding rail (300) arranged below the bottom plate (220) and a pushing sliding block (310) which is slidably arranged on the pushing sliding rail (300), the pushing sliding rail (300) is parallel to the feeding channel (250), and the lower end of the pushing sliding block (310) is arranged at the upper end of the feeding channel (250);
the material beating mechanism comprises a material beating rod (400) vertically arranged on the front side of a front material plate (210), the middle part of the material beating rod (400) is hinged with the front material plate (210), a material beating opening (270) is arranged at the lower part of the front material plate (210), and the lower end of the material beating rod (400) is connected with a material beating block (410) corresponding to the material beating opening (270);
the linkage mechanism comprises a linkage rocker (500) arranged above the hopper (200), the middle part of the linkage rocker (500) is hinged with the frame (100), one end of the linkage rocker (500) is in transmission connection with the upper end of the material beating rod (400), and the other end of the linkage rocker (500) is in transmission connection with the upper end of the material pushing sliding block (310);
the pushing mechanism comprises a limiting seat (320) fixed on the frame (100), and a connecting piece (330) connected with the pushing sliding block (310), wherein the connecting piece (330) is connected with a sliding rod (331) arranged in parallel with the pushing sliding rail (300), a sliding hole matched with the sliding rod (331) is formed in the limiting seat (320), the lower end of the sliding rod (331) is fixedly connected with the connecting piece (330), a nut (332) is connected with the upper end of the sliding rod (331) in a threaded manner after passing through the sliding hole, a pushing reset spring (340) is sleeved on a sliding rod between the nut (332) and the limiting seat (320), and the other end of the linkage rocker (500) is in butt joint with the upper end of the sliding rod (331);
the material beating mechanism comprises a material beating reset spring (420), the material beating reset spring (420) is arranged between a material beating rod (400) and the front side wall of a front material plate (210), an abutting surface (430) is arranged on the rear side wall of the upper end of the material beating rod (400), the abutting surface (430) is obliquely arranged from front to back, and one end of the linkage rocker (500) is abutted with the abutting surface (430);
the linkage rocker (500) comprises a material beating rocker (510) and a material pushing rocker (520) which are connected with each other, wherein the material beating rocker (510) extends forwards and backwards, the material beating rocker (510) and the material pushing rocker (520) are arranged at an included angle, a hinge shaft (530) with an axis extending leftwards and rightwards is arranged at the joint of the material beating rocker (510) and the material pushing rocker (520), the linkage rocker (500) is hinged with the frame (100) through the hinge shaft (530), the material beating rocker (510) is fixedly connected with a material beating ejector rod (511) extending leftwards and rightwards, the material beating ejector rod (511) is abutted against the abutting surface (430), and the material pushing rocker (520) abuts against the upper end of the sliding rod (331);
the front end of the guide base (240) is connected with a first stabilizer bar (241), the front side of the hopper (200) is provided with a second stabilizer bar (211), the first stabilizer bar (241) and the second stabilizer bar (211) are vertically arranged, the second stabilizer bar (211) and the first stabilizer bar (241) are arranged at intervals in the front-back direction, a feeding gap (280) is formed between the second stabilizer bar (211) and the first stabilizer bar (241), and the feeding gap (280) is communicated with the feeding channel (250);
the front end of the material beating rocker arm (510) is provided with a vertically arranged adjusting screw (512), and the upper end of the adjusting screw (512) is in threaded connection with the material beating rocker arm (510);
the fixed screw plate (600) is fixedly arranged below the hopper (200), the movable screw plate (700) and the fixed screw plate (600) are vertically arranged, the movable screw plate (700) and the fixed screw plate (600) are oppositely arranged front and back, a screw clearance (800) is arranged between the movable screw plate (700) and the fixed screw plate (600), the screw clearance (800) is communicated with the feeding channel (250), the screw clearance (800) and the feeding clearance (280) are oppositely arranged left and right, the screw driving device is in transmission connection with the movable screw plate (700), the driving device can drive the movable screw plate (700) to move up and down, and the upper end of the movable screw plate (700) is in butt joint with the lower end of the adjusting screw (512).
