技术领域
本发明涉及一种含有大麻二酚的医药中间体的制造方法。
背景技术
目前,工业大麻是指四氢大麻酚(THC)含量低于0.3%的大麻。我国将工业大麻称为汉麻(hemp)。2018年美国农业法案通过工业大麻合法种植法案,FDA在2014年7月22日通过两种以CBD为主要药理成分的新药,目前正在完成工业大麻中的大麻二酚(CBD)在食品、饮料和补品中添加的合法化步骤。2003年,云南省公安厅制定了《云南省工业大麻管理暂行规定》,2010年1月1日云南省实施《云南省工业大麻种植加工许可规定》。2016年全球工业大麻的总产量达到7.7万吨,目前中国工业大麻的种植面积和产量达到全球的50%以上。CBD是工业大麻中的主要提取物大麻二酚的英文简称,具有抗炎、杀菌、镇痛、抗焦虑、抗精神病、抗氧化等功效,医用级CBD的售价达到670元/克。喜力公司、万宝路公司、雅诗兰黛公司分别推出以CBD为主要添加物的下游应用产品。2017年全球606项关于工业大麻的申请中,有309项来自中国。工业大麻分为纤维用工业大麻和种子用工业大麻,大麻种子可以提取出大麻油,大麻油可以提取出在药品、食品、保健品、美妆品等多个下游应用领域有医学和药学意义的大麻二酚(CBD)。
然而在现有技术中,其存在的问题是:工业大麻提取大麻二酚(CBD)高昂的成本,不利于产品的普及推广。
为此,本发明提供一种含有大麻二酚的医药中间体的制造方法。
发明内容
鉴于现有的技术存在的上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有大麻二酚的医药中间体的制造方法及其富含方法,避免了工业大麻提取大麻二酚(CBD)高昂的成本,使成本大大降低,有助于本产品的普及推广。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种含有大麻二酚的医药中间体的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、以符合国家工业大麻标准的四氢大麻酚(THC),该四氢大麻酚(THC)小于0.3%的工业大麻的叶、茎、花、根等粉碎物或工业大麻提取物大麻二酚(CBD)为添加营养素喂养能产生禽蛋的禽类,获取在禽蛋卵黄内富集CBD营养素的禽蛋;
S2、打碎步骤S1所得到的禽蛋,通过蛋清分离设备使禽蛋中的蛋清、蛋黄分离,获取富含CBD营养素的蛋黄液;
S3、将步骤S2中所得到的蛋黄液,通过微波干燥法或喷雾干燥法或冷冻干燥法获取水份含量小于4%的富含CBD营养素的蛋黄粉;
S4、将步骤S3中所得到的蛋黄粉,通过亚临界或二氧化碳超临界方法获得富含CBD营养素的蛋黄油;
S5、将骤S4中富含CBD营养素的蛋黄粉和蛋黄油经巴氏杀菌,密封后低温保存;
S6、根据医学、药学和营养学的CBD营养素添加要求,在药品、特医食品、保健品、功能性食品内添加相应比例的富含CBD营养素的蛋黄粉或蛋黄油,实现前述终端产品的CBD营养素添加。

2、工业大麻中的有益营养素大麻二酚(CBD)富集在卵黄内,通过卵磷脂的包裹,使其具有动物性状分子结构,有利于大幅提高人体皮肤系统对大麻二酚(CBD)吸收率;
3、富含大麻二酚(CBD)营养素的蛋黄粉和蛋黄油可以直接食用,易于与其他营养素或基材混合,便于药品、特医食品、保健品、功能性食品的批量加工和工业化生产;
4、工业大麻经过能产生禽蛋的禽类(以鸡为代表)的生物转化,通过禽类的生理代谢,最大限度的减少工业大麻所含有的有害四氢大麻酚(THC)对人体的伤害和不良影响;

2、工业大麻中的有益营养素大麻二酚(CBD)富集在卵黄内,通过卵磷脂的包裹,使其具有动物性状分子结构,有利于大幅提高人体皮肤系统对大麻二酚(CBD)吸收率;
3、富含大麻二酚(CBD)营养素的蛋黄粉和蛋黄油可以直接食用,易于与其他营养素或基材混合,便于药品、特医食品、保健品、功能性食品的批量加工和工业化生产;
4、工业大麻经过能产生禽蛋的禽类(以鸡为代表)的生物转化,通过禽类的生理代谢,最大限度的减少工业大麻所含有的有害四氢大麻酚(THC)对人体的伤害和不良影响;
5、大麻二酚(CBD)以蛋黄粉、蛋黄液为载体,便于工业化的加工以粉剂、胶囊、软胶囊糖果、口服液等药品、特医食品、保健品、功能性食品常见的产品形式;同时便于医院营养科、病人及有需要的特殊人群自行混合其他食材,实现大麻二酚(CBD)营养素的外部摄入。
综上所述,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (3)
1.一种含有大麻二酚的医药中间体的制造方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、以符合国家工业大麻标准的四氢大麻酚(THC),该四氢大麻酚(THC)小于0.3%的工业大麻的叶、茎、花、根等粉碎物或工业大麻提取物大麻二酚(CBD)为添加营养素喂养能产生禽蛋的禽类,获取在禽蛋卵黄内富集CBD营养素的禽蛋;
S2、打碎步骤S1所得到的禽蛋,通过蛋清分离设备使禽蛋中的蛋清、蛋黄分离,获取富含CBD营养素的蛋黄液;
S3、将步骤S2中所得到的蛋黄液,通过微波干燥法或喷雾干燥法或冷冻干燥法获取水份含量小于4%的富含CBD营养素的蛋黄粉;
S4、将步骤S3中所得到的蛋黄粉,通过亚临界或二氧化碳超临界方法获得富含CBD营养素的蛋黄油;
S5、将骤S4中富含CBD营养素的蛋黄粉和蛋黄油经巴氏杀菌,密封后低温保存;
S6、根据医学、药学和营养学的CBD营养素添加要求,在药品、特医食品、保健品、功能性食品内添加相应比例的富含CBD营养素的蛋黄粉或蛋黄油,实现前述终端产品的CBD营养素添加。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有大麻二酚的医药中间体的制造方法,其特征在于,所述禽类为鸡或者鸭或者鹅。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有大麻二酚的医药中间体的制造方法,其特征在于,所述终端产品包括粉剂或者胶囊或者软胶囊糖果或者口服液等药品或者特医食品或者保健品或者功能性食品或者营养配餐。
