Technical Field
The present invention relates to voice switches, and in particular, to an automatic testing method for a voice switch, an electronic device, and a storage medium.
Background
Generally, for a voice switch device, before the switch device goes out of the market, it is required to detect a voice function of the switch device and detect whether a voice module is normal. And whether the voice module is normal or not, that is, whether all voice ports of the switch work normally or not is detected, such as playing, receiving, recording, talking and the like.
However, the most simple testing method of the current voice switch testing method is: by connecting a telephone, the man-made telephone can detect whether the voice is normal, whether the key tone is normal, whether the voice is silent or has noise, and the like, but the efficiency of the manual testing method is extremely low. For example, when testing a 128-wire voice switch, the time for manually testing 128 voice ports for a highly skilled operator is about 40 minutes, and 128 calls are required to be made within 40 minutes, and each voice port is required to be called to test the voice quality once, and simultaneously, 128 telephone wires are required to be plugged and unplugged. In addition, in the test, when finding that the fault is not qualified, the corresponding fault reason needs to be clearly recorded and identified, and if the manual operation record fails, the recorded data is mistaken, which is not beneficial to the later maintenance and processing.
Of course, there are some commercial beepers, and the call result has clear statistics by using semi-automatic call test, but this equipment is very expensive, and the price of a set of 100-line calling equipment is about twenty-ten thousands; meanwhile, the plug wire of the equipment is complex, and the call device needs to be accessed by each path of telephone. For example, when testing a 128-wire voice switch, 128 telephone ports are required to be inserted into the caller, and the test result of the equipment is also affected if the joints of the telephone wires are slightly loose.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.
The first embodiment is as follows:
aiming at the defects of the testing method of the voice switch in the prior art, the invention provides an automatic calling testing system of the voice switch, which can automatically initiate a call, count the calling result and display the channel calling result condition of the voice switch by a visual image. Meanwhile, in the actual use process, the price of the calling test equipment corresponding to the test method is about ten thousand, and compared with the existing commercial caller, the calling test equipment has the advantages of low price, accurate test and simple operation.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the system includes a master device, a device under test, and a PC, wherein the master device is connected to the PC for receiving a test start instruction sent by the PC. The main test equipment is used for sending the test data to the PC for processing, so that the PC can obtain the detection result of the main test equipment according to the test data, and the voice test of the voice switch is realized. The main testing device is a voice switch to be tested, which is described in the present invention, the voice switch is provided with multiple telephone paths, and the testing device can be a voice switch with any interface, such as a 128-port voice switch, a 64-port switch or a 32-port switch; or a gateway device for relay and mutual conversion. The main device and the tested device are connected through a telephone line, and the 32-port telephone line of the HBW17-68KB200 is adopted for connection, so that the main device and the tested device are directly connected, and the use of cables is greatly reduced.
The network port of the main device is connected with the network port of the tested device through a network cable, namely the main device is connected with the tested device through the Ethernet.
In order to complete automatic calling, an FXO (Foreign Exchange Office module relay port) module is inserted into main equipment, an FXS (Foreign Exchange Station simulation user interface) module is inserted into tested equipment, and an open-source telephone soft switch platform freeswitch is installed on the main equipment.
After receiving the test instruction, the main device automatically initiates a call to the tested device through the open-source telephone soft switch platform freeswitch, that is, a calling party of the main device sends a call signaling from an FXO port of the main device to an FXS of the tested device through a 32-port telephone line, then the tested device sends the call back to a called account of the main device through a network, and both the calling party of the main device and a called party of the main device are subscriber lines of a telephone channel virtually generated in the freeswitch. The main testing equipment calling user of a telephone channel can automatically initiate a calling signaling to the tested equipment through the open-source arc soft switching platform, and the tested equipment can simulate and realize the function of automatic off-hook according to the calling signaling; and meanwhile, the call signaling is forwarded to the calling equipment and the called equipment of the telephone path through the network. In addition, for completing the automatic call initiation of the master device, the automatic call initiation can be realized not only by the open-source telephone soft switch platform mentioned in the present application, but also by other techniques known to those skilled in the art, and will not be specifically described here.
During testing, the main test device receives a test starting instruction sent by the PC, then judges all telephone paths connected with the main test device, and then performs call testing on each telephone path.
When a call test is performed on each telephone path, as shown in fig. 2, a specific operation procedure for selecting one telephone path to perform the call test is as follows:
and step A, the main equipment initiates a call to the equipment to be tested according to a calling user of the main equipment to be tested of a telephone access by utilizing an open-source telephone soft switch platform. Because each path of telephone access comprises two accounts which are respectively a calling user of the main equipment and a called user of the main equipment and the equipment, the calling user of the main equipment and the equipment initiates a call to the equipment to be tested so as to simulate an active call during the call.
And step B, the tested equipment receives the call signaling sent by the main testing equipment and forwards the call signaling to the called user of the main testing equipment through the Ethernet. The calling user and the called user of the main and the equipment are in one-to-one correspondence, belong to the same telephone channel and are used for simulating the normal calling process. The calling user initiatively initiates a call to the tested device, and then the call is forwarded to the called user corresponding to the telephone access through the tested device, so as to simulate the calling process of making a call.
And step C, the called user of the main equipment and the called user of the equipment sequentially sends ringing signals and off-hook signals to the equipment to be tested through the Ethernet. For example, after sending the ringing signal 1S, an off-hook signal is sent, by which the dialing process of the telephone can be simulated.
And D, the tested device returns the received ringing signal and off-hook signal to the calling user of the main device through the Ethernet in sequence.
And E, simultaneously, after the main equipment receives the off-hook signal, the main equipment plays the analog voice stream and forwards the analog voice stream to the called party of the main equipment through the equipment to be tested.
And F, recording the analog voice stream by the called user of the main equipment and the equipment, and generating and storing a recording file. During storage, the recording file is named by the file names of the calling user and the called user, so that the telephone access corresponding to the recording file can be judged by the file names at the later stage.
And repeatedly executing the steps A to F until all the telephone channels are tested. After all the telephone access tests are completed, the main test equipment stores the sound recording files tested each time, and then the main test equipment judges whether the corresponding telephone access is normal or not according to each sound recording file.
When the recording file is processed, the main testing equipment extracts the audio stream in the recording file, compares the audio stream with the analog voice stream, judges whether the audio stream and the analog voice stream are consistent, if so, the telephone channel corresponding to the recording file is normal, and if not, the telephone channel corresponding to the recording file is abnormal.
When judging whether the audio stream of the sound recording file is consistent with the simulated voice stream, the comparison between the audio stream and the simulated voice stream can be realized by a subjective voice quality assessment method (PESQ). The audio stream and the analog voice stream of the recording file are processed by the subjective voice quality evaluation method to obtain an MOS value. The MOS value indicates whether the voice quality is good or bad, and generally, the MOS value of 3.5 or more indicates that the voice quality of the telephone path is good and the telephone path is normal. Therefore, whether the telephone path is normal or not can be judged according to the MOS value of each telephone path.
The invention also inputs real voice audio, key tone and the like into the simulated voice stream, thus realizing the simulation test of the voice signal and the key tone in the call.
Furthermore, in order to avoid that the test result of the telephone access is abnormal due to signal interference or other operation errors in the operation process, the telephone access which is tested abnormally is tested for a plurality of times, and the accuracy of the test result is further ensured.
That is, when a certain telephone channel is abnormal, the process from step a to step F is continuously executed to test the telephone channel for many times, and then the recording file of each test is saved to the main device. The main test equipment judges and processes the sound recording file of each test, and comprehensively considers the processing results of the tests for multiple times to judge whether the telephone channel is normal. For example, if a telephone channel is abnormal in all of the tests on a certain telephone channel, the telephone channel is indicated to be an abnormal telephone channel.
And after all the telephone channels on the main test device are tested, the PC records and stores the detection results of all the telephone channels. The staff can look over the abnormal conditions of every telephone access of this pronunciation switch through the PC, conveniently maintains the investigation.
The invention realizes the test of the same voice switch by the direct connection of the host device and the tested device through the board card 32 paths, namely the direct connection of the 32-port telephone line of HBW17-68KB200, thereby greatly reducing the use of cables.
The invention also supports the test of voice switches with various types of interfaces, such as the test of the voice switch with 4 x N ports, and can basically meet the test of all models of stock switches of a company.
The invention also carries out regression test on the abnormal telephone access by adopting a re-detection mode, eliminates the abnormality caused by error detection, leads to unreliable test results and greatly improves the accuracy of the test.
