技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车线束保护的丁基阻燃自黏带及其制造工艺。
背景技术
汽车发动机舱与驾驶舱之间穿孔线束组与橡胶线束护套之间需要阻燃密封,且汽车其他部位线束组与橡胶护套之间也需要保护与阻燃,线束与线束搭接部位也需要阻燃与密封保护;而现有的自黏带由于其自身配方和工艺的局限性,导致其不能满足各种情况和用车环境先的阻燃、防水和密封效果。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种用于汽车线束保护的丁基阻燃自黏带及其制造工艺,专门用于汽车线束的阻燃、防水和密封三合一保护。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种用于汽车线束保护的丁基阻燃自黏带,包含以下组分:丁基橡胶、氮磷复合型无卤阻燃剂、无卤性氢氧化铝阻燃剂、低分子聚异丁烯、纳米级别补强粉剂、增粘剂和环保性塑化剂。
优选的,所述丁基橡胶为90-120重量份,氮磷复合型无卤阻燃剂为200-250重量份,无卤型氢氧化铝阻燃剂为250-380重量份,低分子聚异丁烯为150-200重量份,纳米级别补强粉剂为150-200重量份,增粘剂为50-80重量份,环保性塑化剂为100-180重量份。
优选的,所述丁基橡胶为氯化丁基橡胶。
优选的,所述增粘剂为天然松香树脂和/或环保热熔型萜烯树脂。
优选的,所述环保性塑化剂为合成植物脂和/或石蜡油。
所述的用于汽车线束保护的丁基阻燃自黏带的制作工艺,其步骤如下:
①将称重好的丁基橡胶投入电辅热捏合机内进行橡胶分散;设定电辅热捏合机腔体内温度恒定在110-120℃之间;橡胶投入捏合机后进行首次混炼时间控制在30-40min;
②当丁基橡胶被分散成为细小颗粒初步达到熔融状态,将称重好的氮磷复合型无卤阻燃剂、无卤性氢氧化钠阻燃剂、低分子聚异丁烯投入捏合机内进行二次混炼,时间控制在30-40min,期间腔体温度保持恒定在摄110-120℃之间;
③当所投入粉料被完全捏合成团后,再投入称重好的纳米级别补强粉剂、增粘剂、环保性塑化剂,进行三次混炼,时间控制在25-35min,期间腔体温度必须保持恒定在摄110-120℃之间;
④将完成步骤③的产品通过橡胶挤出机按照规定尺寸进行挤出,并同隔离纸一起通过缠绕器卷成密封胶带盘并装箱。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的丁基阻燃自黏带,优化了配方和配比,可以同时满足线束保护和密封防水双重功效,材料的环保性满足客户针对车辆日益提高的环境要求,而且在燃烧过程中不会产生毒气体,粘性符合要求,便于施工;优化后的制造工艺保证了产品质量,并提高了生产效率。

下面结合实施例来说明本发明。
本发明所述的一种用于汽车线束保护的丁基阻燃自黏带,包含以下组分:丁基橡胶为90-120重量份,氮磷复合型无卤阻燃剂为200-250重量份,无卤型氢氧化铝阻燃剂为250-380重量份,低分子聚异丁烯为150-200重量份,纳米级别补强粉剂为150-200重量份,增粘剂为50-80重量份,环保性塑化剂为100-180重量份。
所述丁基橡胶为氯化丁基橡胶,增粘剂为天然松香树脂和/或环保热熔型萜烯树脂,环保性塑化剂为合成植物脂和/或石蜡油。

上述各实施例的自黏带,其制作工艺均采用以下步骤:
①将称重好的丁基橡胶投入电辅热捏合机内进行橡胶分散;设定电辅热捏合机腔体内温度恒定在110-120℃之间;橡胶投入捏合机后进行首次混炼时间控制在30-40min;
②当丁基橡胶被分散成为细小颗粒初步达到熔融状态,将称重好的氮磷复合型无卤阻燃剂、无卤性氢氧化钠阻燃剂、低分子聚异丁烯投入捏合机内进行二次混炼,时间控制在30-40min,期间腔体温度保持恒定在摄110-120℃之间;
③当所投入粉料被完全捏合成团后,再投入称重好的纳米级别补强粉剂、增粘剂、环保性塑化剂,进行三次混炼,时间控制在25-35min,期间腔体温度必须保持恒定在摄110-120℃之间;
④将完成步骤③的产品通过橡胶挤出机按照规定尺寸进行挤出,并同隔离纸一起通过缠绕器卷成密封胶带盘并装箱。

①将称重好的丁基橡胶投入电辅热捏合机内进行橡胶分散;设定电辅热捏合机腔体内温度恒定在110-120℃之间;橡胶投入捏合机后进行首次混炼时间控制在30-40min;
②当丁基橡胶被分散成为细小颗粒初步达到熔融状态,将称重好的氮磷复合型无卤阻燃剂、无卤性氢氧化钠阻燃剂、低分子聚异丁烯投入捏合机内进行二次混炼,时间控制在30-40min,期间腔体温度保持恒定在摄110-120℃之间;
③当所投入粉料被完全捏合成团后,再投入称重好的纳米级别补强粉剂、增粘剂、环保性塑化剂,进行三次混炼,时间控制在25-35min,期间腔体温度必须保持恒定在摄110-120℃之间;
